I had to put 1 star because there isnt a lower one, with that being said a while ago I brought my desktop in for repairs and was told 2 day turnaround. After almost 2 weeks and excuse after excuse had to fire an employee, another employee took vacation, sorry were understaffed, blah, blah, blah funny he didnt mention any of lame those excuses when I called him or brought my computer in for repairs. Anyway 13 days later got it back paid over $240.00 took computer home and didnt work (of course). Had to bring it back and another 11 days and another $370.00 still didnt work (of course). Brought it back a 3rd time 5 more days and another $77.00 it finally works. It would have been cheaper for me to buy new friggin computer (which we had to do in less than 6 months) than to support what ever bad habits they have going on under that roof. Why couldnt they fix it for $77 in the first place and in the 2 days like they promised me? Ill tell ya why, because hed say anything not to lose my business and wouldnt be able triple charge me if he didnt. Definitely a liar and a scammer to me but you be the judge good luck, youre gonna need it!
