Stanley Steemer and Austin are awesome. It is amazing how much stuff comes out of your dryer vents. I had them cleaned today and it was crazy. I highly recommend that you get your dryer vent cleaned by Stanley Steemer. It could prevent a fire and it cuts down on dust. Very professional and clean... even wore booties in the house. Only takes like 30 minutes or even less.

The crew that arrived did as good as I expected. The couch and stuffed chair did well. My recliner is older and shows more wear but it is much cleaner and protected now. The 2 dog beds got cleaned and only one has a spot that wouldnt come out.The two people were very courteous, professional and efficient. Id give the 4 1/2 🌟 if it were there

The 2 young men who cleaned my carpet did an excellent job in a very timely manner. They were professional, courteous and very helpful in moving items and furniture out of the way. The carpet looks great and even the wear patterns look so much better. It is the best job Ive had done with my carpet ever. The last time I had my carpet cleaned it took 3 days to dry! This team explained to me that it would take 6 to 8 hours and I was grateful.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and thoughtfulness of the two gentlemen Nate and Jake provided. I had the carpets cleaned, deodorized and protected after some construction. I would highly recommend Stanley Steemer and will definitely be using again.

Very easy and efficient process booking online. Cleaners were very communicative with confirming their arrival and one hour window the day before and also calling to give me a heads up a few minutes before they arrived. Actual cleaning was fast and well worth the money. The carpets in my finished basement look nearly brand new! This is the second time using Stanley Steemer for carpet cleaning and I would not hesitate to book again.

We spoke to two gentlemen (Eric & Austin) and both were amazing. Austin called to confirm the appointment but they got shifted around and so Eric touched base to let us know they were running behind because of snow. We have had this beautiful velvet Restoration Hardware Sofa for six years. We were shopping for a new one because it had been so beaten up by our kids. There were rust stains around the buttons and popcorn butter from years of movies. The sofa looks AMAZING!!!! It is like new and so happy to not have to replace it. Eric also cleaned two other chairs and ottomans. They also look like brand new! I sent a message to thank him this morning and he said if we have any questions or issues to give him a call. We will DEFINITELY use Eric and Stanley Steemer again!Thank you, guys. Awesome service, communication and work.

The two young men who came to clean the carpet were very professional. They were supposed to clean two chairs also but the steam would not penetrate the fabric. The tag on the chair had an “S” on it. They were very apologetic even though it certainly was not their fault.

Had a terrific experience with two young men that made my rug and furniture look brand new - very professional and knowledgeable. Going to do this once a year as they explained to me that it extends the life of everything. I have two dogs and two cats and while I vacuum a lot I cannot get them truly clean. It is wonderful to have clean furniture....

McKenzie the manager is the MOST unprofessional manager I’ve ever spoken to. Not only did they just not show up on my scheduled appointment, they were not even sorry but rude and disrespectful. They also lied backtracked and lied again about losing my address and then saying they came when they definitely did not I was hyper vigilant at the window and my door open for 5 hours awaiting them. I was told I would not be offered a discount and that they are just a franchise so they don’t care about the business name. This location is extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of time. Corporate dealt with it by offering me 50% off through snail mail but I needed my carpets cleaned 3 days ago so thanks but yeah right I will never recommend them to anyone. Worst possible service.

The two workers left their truck with the exhaust on aimed at my garage and then into my house. 20 minutes after they left my CO monitors begin ringing “evacuate evacuate!!”. I had to call 911, scramble to find the cat, wait for two hours with five firemen, and now I have to buy new CO monitors since they’ve been exposed. The house was full of exhaust from their truck. The utilities people also put a lock on my oven and I need to now pay for a repair of that. This was a fiasco. I found the Stanley Steemer number and the operator told me this sometimes happens. Please inform your workers not to blow exhaust into the hoses. Secondly the boys were in way too much hurry and did things way too fast.

Our guy showed up on time, was cordial and efficient. He and the equipment did a fine job. Removed several old stains perfectly. Our location is not easy to access since the truck couldnt get very close. But the long hose reached!

The service provider spent time and attention in cleaning my carpets.Now that it is all dry, I can still see some residual spotting left in the rugs.I have no idea if this is the best they can be or touch-up might make it better.Overall a good job.

I used Stanley Steemer to clean my berber carpet. They did a great job and were pleasant and professional to deal with. The reason I chose them over some of the others I contacted was I actually got a live person on the phone who was polite and able to answer my questions and schedule an appointment. Their estimate was correct and they were able to book me in quickly. I will use Stanley Steemer again.

I was thoroughly disappointed. I had two carpeted rooms done (twice because I called immediately after clean #1) and stains are all still there. I know that krud mutter in a rug doctor could absolutely beat the outcome achieved by Stanley Steemer. After the second clean the space smelled so strongly of cat urine (and it did not prior to their attempts). Not happy at all.

Very convenient and quick. They called before arriving and even arrived a bit early. Both guys were professional and the work done was superb.

The guys who came to clean were great, prompt and pleasant. However, after the carpets were dry it’s obvious they are still dirty. The living room is still covered in stains and the area rug that was done is filthy around the edges. Way over priced for the quality of cleaning. Most likely won’t use this service again.

Very knowledgeable and friendly service person. Explained all the options and benefits. I had pre-selected what I wanted and was not pressured into anything else.Some of the most difficult traffic areas, those that other cleaning companies couldnt do anything with, came out about 80%. I was very impressed at how the carpets looked when they were done.My only complaint is that I was told the carpets would be mostly dry in 6 hours. More than 24 hours later and the carpets were sill damp. Emptied dehumidifier 3 times and let A.C. run 24 hours a day. Be prepared for wet carpets for at least a full day.

I have been using this location for many years and have always been happy...but this last cleaning was just awful. They sent a couple of young kids, I question whether they cleaned at all. I had to contact another carpet cleaning company to re clean my carpets...I took a $270 loss on Stanley Steemer...but one thing for sure...they will never see a penny from me again.

Pretty cheap, very fast, perfect for moving out of your apartment and just need a receipt for your landlord. I cant speak to the actual cleaning ability because I didnt really care and also the floors were very clean to begin with but they cleaned all the carpet in my apartment for $150
