Anytime I have to have something that needs to be signed for mail, they always claim I wasn’t here . I am a stay at home mom, and have 3 dogs. They never knock .

Very frequently my expected mail never comes or it is misplaced to different neighbors. The worst thing happen today while my ANNUAL Tax documents that were clearly labeled Important TAX Document were delivered to my neighbors. Luckily our neighbor brought it to us! Unbelievable, especially these very sensitive tax documentations with all my personal informations to be send to wrong address! Does anyone now is there any way to complain and do something because this is more than too much!

I had a package that was put in the wrong parcel locker and after I contacted them in the morning, someone came and put it in the right place for me to pick up that same day! Very helpful and kind

I was expecting a package to be delivered from ebay today, at about 3pm some one rang our doorbell and waved then placed the package in our mail box. when i answered the door the man stated the package was delivered to his house in error and was correcting the mishap.he lives on Church st. and I live on Orchard st. A one block difference

I cant speak for all of the individual postal carriers, but the on-site staff at this Post Office have been stellar in my interactions with them. Ive been an eBay seller since 2008, and during the last 12 years Ive dealt with a lot of different post offices in NY and elsewhere. This post office has been the easiest to work with BY FAR. I ship a significant number of packages each week, and postal employees have often given me a hard time about dropping packages off, or wont scan them in on time. Some managers have even made me wait in line and have me watch them scan each individual package, every single day, which is obviously a complete waste of everyones time and not practical at all. The staff at the Cohoes Post Office are incredibly nice, always let me drop off packages without issues, always scan them on time, and always work diligently to solve any issue that arises.

I havent received mail in 2 weeks since my daughter moved out. She filled out the change of address in her name. I havent received any mail since she moved because she is getting it at her new address. I am waiting for a package and when I checked tracking it says it will be redelivered to the new address on file. My daughter and I have different first names but the same last name. This is my 3rd issue with this Post Office. This is an inconvenience.

Thank god I have honest neighbors who delivered my school tax bill because for some reason the mailman couldnt get it right even with the number on my house right on the door.

I believe the mail man might be taking packages.

My packages and mail are routinely stolen from my porch. So I went and bought a brand new mailbox with lock and key. I also labeled my mailbox to say please do not leave any packages please leave a pink slip, in big bold letters. Without fail every single package is still delivered. I have called to complain I spoke with the carrier himself I spoke with the postmaster and everyone assures me that this issue is going to be fixed. After a few complaints the carrier started mishandling my mail. My pieces of mail are being stuffed so hard into the mailbox that its ripping my things. On one occasion ripping a very important check that i had been waiting weeks for.This has been going on for months. Its not hard to leave a pink slip, and I have no problem picking it up. But now I have to come out of my pocket and pay for a p o box because the post office cant do their job. I cant seem to speak with anyone higher than the post master and they are suddenly illiterate when it come to knowing who is above them. I will find their supervisor and I will get this corrected

They are horrible about organization. Each time a package is sent to me they either NEVER deliver it or loose it in their sorting department... then top it off I moved but the same office was assigned to my new location, they still are unable to send my packages and never forward my mail . I stopped by numerous of times and complained also I stopped by my old address to just see and low and behold ALL my packages were on the patio , mind you this has been a three month ongoing process of questions and no answers from anyone!!! And the manager at the post office said that the currier never left the building with my packages !!! No one there knows what the other is doing and never follows up correctly with each other !!!

I love how you have managed to lose my package last week. And put my second one in someone else’s mail box.
