Business built on lies and unprofessional tactics. I wanted to rent another thing and they never have my pay schedule correct so I keep being late. I was told that could lease an item if I paid off well I wanted to lease a living room set since I was planning on paying off something and I get told I have to make 5 on time payments otherwise I’m not approved which the two associates I spoke to gave me two different stories so I’m definitely bringing my business elsewhere. I have been with this company since they were originally easyhome and now that it’s rent a center they are robbing customers blind on top of the lying scammy ways they call business. Not to mention they are calling you the day your due and call you all day until they close at 7. Why put my due date on a date I don’t even get paid? Also how are you calling me the date my item is due yet aarons doesn’t even call you until the next day smh

The sales people that I met were very friendly and very respectful. The store was very clean, and they had a good selection of appliances such as refrigerators stoves washing machines dryers things of that nature and if youre looking for a large TV they definitely have them

Great place to rent stuff at

Lisa is by far one of the lest civil human beings it has ever been my displeasure to speak with, and the rent-a-center here fluctuates between calling us every 15 minutes the day a payment is due to calling us every 15 minutes AFTER weve made a payment to get us to buy more sh*t.

Im sitting waiting for a delivery that isnt coming due to someone calling outta work I guess said the person on the phone nor did they bother to call & let me know, I had to call where he then mentions they havent collected payment which is obvious bc the agreement was for me to pay upon arrival !!! Very unprofessional and bad first impression. I dont recommend!!

Just had to have the manager of this store removed from my job by the police in Rotterdam! Any Manager isn’t allowed to pose as a debit collector and make your private business, public! I will be pressing charges and pursuing further legal action. I’ll nevwr use this rent a center or any others after talking to the district manager and he told me it was perfectly legal for him(the manager) to be at my job harassing me! Well thy can both talk to my lawyer about how legal it is!

I wouldnt recommend this store to no 1 and even when I mention there name RENT A CENTER HERES what I get back HELL TO THE NO F.. K that store😂🤣😂I TRULY UNDERSTAND TRUST I FEEL YA......

It’s amazing how how ridiculous these people are and when asked to not contact us regarding someone else’s account with them they question you and ask you for that persons information. IF I SAY TO STOP CALLING ME THAT MEANS TO STOP! Not continue to call us when I don’t have anything to do with someone else renting from you smfh

Unprofessional & rude!! When you begin to get defensive because of the way they talk to you, they have the nerve to tell you YOURE the one who was rude!! They were late delivering my items & gave me a hard time & damaged our rental property. I just began working again & missed a payment & its been non-stop harassment now. I plan on paying them off with my back pay check this week & calling corporate. They need to better train their employees in customer service because they suck at it. I plan on NEVER being a customer again after this. If I ever rent again Ill go to Aarons as someone suggested.

They are not professinal.set up a delivery date they didnt come i called them 2days later to find out what was going on,they said i was deneied with no reason,after they took a 2 week payment from me.so i wasted a day from work and my lunch hour just too go get my money back.they suck out loud.

Very disappointed. From day one nothing went right and they are disrespectful. I will never ever rent from them again. They could care less about their customers lesson learned.
