Did an AMAZING job on my car. Had rear bumper and driver rear door replaced. They even wet the extra mile and filled in my door dings and detailed and buffed over the entire car. They did much more that I expected. My car looks brand new!!!!!

I have a 2007 Mustang GT/CS. Bumper scratched up,paint flaking off and side body same, thanks to huge pot hole. So I stopped in there for free estimate. Was just looking to see how much might be to repaint front bumper and side body mod. The price was very reasonable. So I scheduled for work. They did the work and it came out beautiful. George, Shelia, Dwayne and staff are very professional, nice and great at what they do. Highly reccommend!!

Had my car done after a rear end collision through GEICO. The whole process was smooth and I wasnt even physically present for any of it except to collect it. Family owned business that excels in customer service. (Had pick the car on a Saturday, made one call and they arrived within minutes). The work on my car was so good that it looked like new again. No complaints, no issues. These guys are the best.

Had my truck in for repair two weeks ago. The whole process was unbelievably easy. I had to do nothing. From the girls in the front office to the body guys in the back they were very professional. They did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them. Thank you very much

I had to get my bumper and hood painted So I looked around and this shop was in my area. so I came down got an estimate, prices were not to bad and the people were nice to. So I left my car for a couple of days and they painted it. When I came to pick up, the car it looked good, but couldnt really examine the work as it was getting dark, but I was happy it was painted. Next day I noticed they didnt remove the bumper to get a good solid coat of paint all around. Even with that I wasnt that upset and just shrugged if off. Fast forward 3 months later, I spot an air bubble in the paint on the bumper. Eventually after a week the paint started to chip away in different spots all around the bumper. So I came back to the shop and the guy there told me it was because I hit something that made my bumper crack and that was the result of all the chipping of the paint. Even if the bumper were to be cracked the paint shouldnt chip away like that, Ive had cracked bumpers before and they never chipped away like this. The chips were in complete different areas of where the little crack was,the crack was on the way bottom where the clips get attached to to hold it in place and the the chips were everywhere. So I left and went to another shop to see what they thought about it, they told me that who ever painted the bumper never applied adhesion promoter which helps with the paint sticking to the bumper. Kind of a must when painting plastics but I guess these guys must of wanted to skip that step and save some time. Just dont go here, i know I wont after this.

We have dealt with Primeauss shop for about 25 years and have always received excellent service. Their autobody and mechanical work is topnotch. They have even taken the time to make sure that if a part failed during the warranty period it was replaced at no cost to us.
