Such nice people. We drove from Billings on a Saturday to get a radiator cause this was the only place within 100 miles that had the one we needed. They were so great at answering all my questions. Highly recommend.

We were traveling and stopped in Cody for a couple of days and the air quit working on our vehicle. We tried to see about getting in at the Ford place but they were booked till the following week (understandably.) The Ford place told us what they thought might could be the issue so we ended up at this autozone to see about getting a fuse. James the manager went above and beyond to help us out. He came outside and spent probably close to an hour with us trying to help diagnose the issue. I was shocked and overwhelmed at his generosity. He brought out all the tools needed, and worked on it like it was his own vehicle. Thank you, James! Keep up the good work and hospitality.

These people was Great !! -8* outside and the two that was working done a good job. The Gal came out and tested the batteries and the Guy came out and put two new ones in. The boss could of been more help if he would of came out when he was asked. But we got the job done without him.

Very helpful with changing out a bad battery. Checked it and installed a new one in less than 15 minutes and we were back on the road! Thank you!

We were staying in Cody for the weekend and woke up to a flat tire. The Store Manager here went leagues above to help us out on a Sunday. He showed me exactly what to purchase and then he rolled the tire into his store, removed the screw, cleaned and plugged the hole. Thanks to him we are back on the road and I will never forget it!

My car battery failed with the first cold snap. James quickly diagnosed that it was, in fact, the battery, and other systems were still a go. He clearly was an expert and quickly replaced the battery for me..

I was in Cody, WY visiting my dad, and had a windshield wiper blade issue that had to be replaced. I had no idea how to do this. I went to Auto Zone, and the young men there were absolutely on their A game. They got me the correct blade AND installed it for me. I want to give a shout out to the assistant manager there and his staff. Thanks so very much guys. You all are amazing and very informed and helpful. Next time I am in Cody, WY and need auto help, I will be visiting your location.THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

They were nice. My in laws truck had the a.c go out on them and one of the guys that works there stayed and pulled the a.c part out and fixed it. He was really helpful. The other guys there were nice. They let me get water for the dogs out of the bathroom. One of the men there let me go in the mens bathroom to let me use the thing in there that they use to fill up the mops to fill up the bucket for the dogs. Id recommend going there for all of your automotive needs. They are super friendly and supportive.

I was in town as a tourist, and was driving up and down mountain roads at Yellowstone ...unfortunately, the brakes on one of my wheels locked up and were practically on fire. At any rate, no auto shops were open on a Sunday...so they let me use their parking lot to do the repairs myself (I of course compensated them by buying a bunch of parts and tools). Moral of the story, Im forever grateful for these guys allowing me to do that.

James was the difference between a corporate frustration and a personal experience.Ive been to OReillys, Napa, Amazon, searching for a turn signal on my truck for over a week.Napa didnt even leave from behind the desk.Amazon suggestions for my blinkers were more than $50.OReillys employee said that these parts dont even exist.Went to AutoZone with a part numbers, and James not only stepped out from behind the counter but found upgraded versions with different completely different part numbers knowing the part number meaning... FOR A LIGHT BULB!You can always tell when customer service employees are working for a paycheck or working cuz they do what they love, James loves what he does and it shows.

On July 24th I was in Cody, WY., on vacation from Colorado. I went to this Auto Zone to purchase new wheel bearings to replace the bearings on my trailer that had gone bad on my trip. The bearings on only one wheel had gone bad, however I wanted to replace the bearings on both wheels. Unfortunately I do not remember the young man or the managers names who went above and beyond in helping. They only had one prepackaged set of the bearings I needed in stock, but the manager told me she would put another kit together out of stock. The only problem was, they did not have a seal to fit my axle. The manager went out of her way spending an enormous amount of time in an attempt to locate the seal needed.I can not express my appreciation of these two people who did so much for a traveler who would have been stuck had they not tried every avenue imaginable to help me out with the parts I needed, to get rolling again. I am sorry I can not recall your names, but the young man and the manager have earned my respect and appreciation for the assistance they provided to me in a time of need.If all employees with Auto Zone are this dedicated to assisting customers with their needs, Auto Zone will get my business at home and on the road after this pleasant and helpful visit to this store.If the manager and employee get a copy of this, I wish to say Thank You and my hat is off to you for exceptional customer service! The manager told me as I was leaving Thank You for your patience, I told them I could, in no way, be upset with people who went out of their way to help a stranger get back on the road. Kudos to the people there! I had no other issues on my trip and made it back to Colorado just fine.

My fiance and I were on vacation when his alternator died in Greybull, Wyoming at 7:45 on a Saturday night. We called AutoZone in Cody, and the employee, Kyle, found the alternator we needed and set it aside for us. We had our car towed from Greybull to Cody, and Kyle spent an hour the next day helping my fiance replace the alternator in their parking lot. Kyle really went above and beyond for us, and we cant thank him enough!
