I work at the four seasons in Jackson hole. The Cody Hotel is amazing, well done!!! I will definitely stay here more. The stuff is super nice and helpful, the room is clean and nicely designed.

Simply wonderful! Fantastic accomodations! Just the cutest little town! The hotel is within walking distance to the rodeo and a couple hours outside of Yellowstone.

Overall a great experience! Staff was friendly and inviting. The location was great for somewhat close access to Yellowstone while still close to town for restaurants, gas, etc. The breakfast was a bit lacking (buffet style - scrambled eggs were OK, biscuits were hard and gravy was really runny) so after the first morning, we went into town (Rawhide Coffee - delicious!) to get an earlier and faster breakfast so we could get out to Yellowstone earlier. The pool was a nice relief, but small-ish and pretty crowded when we were there. Ultimately, I would recommend it.

Very nice hotel. The staff was very nice. The location was perfect if you plan on seeing the rodeo, with lots of restaurants nearby. The hotel breakfast was your standard breakfast of eggs, waffles, seasoned potatoes, ect. My only complaint was the condition of the couch sleeper. The mattress was very broken down, you could feel every spring in it, and woke up very stiff. Plus, the sleeper was next to the ac unit, so it blew cold air all night, and the thin blankets they provided just werent enough to keep warm.

Just getting to this,but especially important to share as comparing to other 3-star hotels weve been able to stay at during the pandemic.The Cody was beautiful and the staff were terrific. It was clean and we felt very safe. The breakfast was a bagged egg sandwich and yogurt. Much more nutritious than a chocolate muffin and applesauce from others! It was a wonderful January getaway! Thank you!

The Hotel was great! Indoor pool, breakfast, even smores for the kids! Hotel was clean and the staff was AMAZING!!! Everyone was very nice and accommodating! We will definitely be going back. Great location as a jump off point to get to Yellowstone.

We had been camping for a week and needed a break in town with hot showers and restaurant meals. The Cody is expensive but for us it was perfect. Nice rooms, laundry, pool, exercise room, even a library. And the staff was absolutely friendly and helpful.

This hotel was beautiful, cant say enough about it. Extremely well maintained, inside and out. If you find yourself in the area, this is the place to stay for sure.

We had such an incredible stay at the Cody Hotel. We had an emergency come up and arrived a few days late for our stay & the staff were beyond accommodating. Our room was clean. We eat gluten free & appreciated that breakfast had eggs & sausages. I can’t say enough good things about the hotel.

We stayed at The Cody Hotel on our visit to Yellowstone. I understand summer is peak season and the economy is recovering from Covid, but at $824 (two nights, taxes and fees included) We expected a little more in the room. A basic two queen beds: one bar of soap, one condiment pack of sugar/creamer for the coffee, not sure what kind of TV service they have as the reception on channels was poor, breakfast buffet pretty standard (waffles, powdered eggs, sausage, etc.). We expected more luxury(?). I dont enjoy giving critical reviews, but, sorry, at this price, we need to come to Cody off season.

AMAZING stay at The Cody Hotel. Beautiful place with decor from the history of the region. Nice location at edge of town. When we got here, they didnt have room ready, so they gave us an amazing upgrade. King bed suite, fireplace, jacuzzi tub. Host was amazing at front desk. Room very clean, sanitized and welcoming. Must stay.

Great location if you cant find lodging inside yellowstone. Rustic vibes and nice breakfast spread. Sauna definitely a plus.

The decor... the maintenance... the people are all great and i would stay again. The only issue is the breakfast. I have stayed at many places during covid and feel The Cody could do a better job.

They gave a nice hot breakfast sandwich with the covid issue going on which was better than most hotels have been doing. They have a nice size indoor pool too which is nice when its cooler weather.We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back

Best hotel in Cody. Staff and maintenance people are always great. 24 hour hot tub, fantastic Christmas decorations. A lot of the wood used for trim is salvaged wood from Yellowstone which is extra cool. Highly recommend it.

Very nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Dog friendly. Convenient access to Yellowstone East entrance. I would rate it 5 stars if not for the reduced breakfast (only a sandwich), not being proactive with towels etc. For the price paid, I expected them to provide some more takeaway items for breakfast. For guests staying multiple days they should proactively give body wash, shampoo, towels as guests come back.

My German Shepherd and I stayed over the Summer and the staff was incredible. Everything was extremely clean and sanitized and despite Covid and the limitations, they still had fresh local coffee and to-go breakfasts available every morning! Celes in particular was incredibly accommodating and so kind. We will definitely be back.

Very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Its right at the edge of town toward Yellowstone. We came in from Yellowstone and it was a beautiful drive. The staff was very friendly and very sweet with our dogs. The room was big and everything looked very clean. We had a cool patio to let the dogs out. Wed stay there again

Great stay! Kyle at the front desk was an awesome friendly welcoming face at the end of a long drive! Very helpful and informative when looking for options on where to eat. The room was extremely clean and gorgeous. All in all fabulous stay!

The rooms were extremely clean! The bedding and towels didnt have that hotel smell. They just smelled clean! We had a spacious room with a nice balcony and the staff were wonderful. We loved our stay here! We highly recommend The Cody Hotel if you are planning a trip to Yellowstone.

My family and I stayed here for one night. The breakfast was decent (picture attached) but the hotel overall price was a bit too expensive for our liking.

2020-Sept. We booked 3 rooms. We arrived late at night and parking was no problem.Face mask is required in common areas. Lobby was beautiful.Check-in was a breeze. Staff was nice.The room was clean.Typical sized toiletries.TV could be a little bigger.Pool was clean however the water was too cold.Hot tub was nice.I didnt care for the bagged breakfast.A little pricey for ok amenities and a bagged breakfast.Have a great stay.

Positive: The rooms were very clean and well kept up. The entire hotel had a honey feeling and very clean. Negative: My only disappointment was that the evening desk people didnt wear a mask even though numbers in the area were increasing.

I chose the Cody Hotel because it sat on the entrance road that we needed to take to go to Yellowstone. I am so glad I did! We had a beautiful view from the 3rd floor. We had a balcony with a bench that we could sit out and relax on. The staff was incredibly helpful thoughtful and kind. Thank you Katie and Demity! There is also a very large sitting area with a running stream and trees, just beautiful!

Everything about this hotel was wonderful! Jim and Amy at the front desk were very helpful, knowledgeable, and fun. The room was beautiful and very clean. Very close to the Cody rodeo and good restaurants. We will definitely be back soon!

Very nice hotel for the areaWe decided to stay in this hotel for 2 nights while touring the area. It is very easy to get to and is right off of Yellowstone Ave near the edge of town toward Yellowstone national park. There is plenty of parking. Check-in was easy. The staff was very friendly. There are shields in place at the front counter for COVID compiance. The hotel looks like a rustic lodge with large timbers, stone floors and carpeting set into the stones. The room that we got looked like a standard 2 bedroom affair with a balcony. Overall, a very nice hotel for the area for the price.

We traveled from south Florida to Northwest Washington and stayed in 8 Hotels along the way . The Cody Hotel was my favorite! The staff were welcoming, accommodating and helpful. The hotel had a local theme and a nice collection of Cody history and art. The room were very clean and updated. Our dog was welcome and the whole experience was great. We will stay here again for sure!

Staff was awesome and always available, room was very comfy! Nice hot showers with great water pressure. Everything you need including Walmart is very close, and it is also located on the same road that leads to the east Yellowstone entrance.

We really appreciated that thus is a real hotel, not motel. It was expensive $200+, but every lodging is expensive during summer time. Even super 8 was $200 the very same night. One star less as the room smelled like dog, there was a black hair left on the toilet and AC was super loud. But this was the BEST place we stayed during our Yellowstone trip and the location is beautiful. I would stay here again.

Very cool hotel. Modern, clean, very upscale but reasonable prices. Only complaint in that the nite staff was not very capable, and not overly nice. Had to make our keys 3 times, then use a master key before they started to work. Our room had a pullout couch - nice touch since there were 4 of us. But we opened it and there mattress was missing. Called the front desk (nite staff) and was told we did not pay for a room with a pullout. I asked if i could do that and was told none are available. The other family with us got a room without a couch. So it appears that they maybe they had to give us a room with a pull out couch because the others were all taken, but then they removed the mattress from the pull out because we didnt pay for it. Then when I asked about paying for it, they were too lazy to accommodate us. But the day staff was incredibly friendly and nice and appeared to know what they were doing. Still 5 stars because of the day staff, we did very what we paid for ( but nothing more), and its a very nice hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay here.rooms were nicely decorated. Comfy bed and pillows. Staff was friendly. Nice outdoor area with fireplace to relax. My husband used the gym and was happy with it. We would stay here again!

Perfect spot to stay in Cody. It’s on the way to Yellowstone. There are bikes available to borrow and this location has a shuttle into town. Lovely clean and spacious rooms, great service, and huge parking lot. Also decent breakfast included and the wifi worked well! Nice indoor heated pool.

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. We really liked it. The Hotel looked classy, had a nice pool, hot tub, and sauna. It had some of the Cody feel to it with Western pictures throughout the hotel and in the rooms. You can either have breakfast brought to your room (no extra charge) or theres a nice serving area to eat it. Really great place to stay in Cody. The price is worth it.

The Cody is beautiful, peaceful and always an excellent place to stay when youre in the area. Weve stayed twice as a family on our way to and from Yellowstone and always enjoy our visit. When we needed to make an adjustment to our rooms, staff were very pleasant and perfectly accommodating.

Ive stayed in several different places in cody this 1 has been the best so far. Had an issue with the bill expedia had me at a lower rate and Demeti (possibly wrong name) not only made it right but also gave us what turned into a $60 discount on the stay. All hotels in cody are $200+ a night The Cody is definitely the best bang for your buck

Have been coming here for the past three years and it just seems to get better. The staff is always going the extra mile to exceed expectations.

Amazing atmosphere and staff. I loved the feel of the place. The lobby is a great place to visit and relax. I have never just sat in a lobby before. It also had books to read and two computers. The pool, hot tub, and sauna are available 24 hours and they are pet friendly. I loved the rooms. They were clean with refrigerator and microwave. The best thing is, they had q-tips and cotton balls never seen that in a hotel before. I loved our stay.

Wow... Given October is a non-tourist time we got a 5 star room for a 2 star price. Furniture in the room was beyond your imagination. We were only there 1 night...wish we couldve stayed 2 weeks.Staff very nice and helpful....if you are going to Cody...stay here.

It has one of the best exteriors and interiors in Cody. Friendly staff and clean. There is one major issue though and I hope they fix it. The doors auto-close and when they do, the shut with a bang. Loud enough to feel it in the next room. Impossible not to be woken up by someone coming in late or leaving early. I hope they read this and either take off the door closers or adjust them so they dont slam the doors. It is loud enough that I take off two stars.

Pet-friendly on the first floor. Rooms are a nice size and are well maintained. A but pricey for the area - the only reason I didnt give it 5.

Price was great and the rooms were better than expected of the price. Slept really comfortably. Service was good, so was the breakfast. Nothing amazing but more than enough for the price! My favorite pet friendly hotel in Cody. I always stay on my way to yellowstone. The room was perfect for the family with space for both kids to get away from each other after 10 hours on the road. Everyone enjoyed the jet tub and a good nights rest

Wonderful hotel! Breakfast is delicious, the rooms are amazing, and the other amenities are great. The pool/hot tub is open 24 hours, which you dont usually see in a hotel! Super convenient for a late night soak. Every room has a balcony, which is an added plus.

If you stay anywhere in Cody, stay here! It is a wonderful place and a true value. Its located on the west edge of town with views of mountains to the west. It is located directly across the highway from the Old Trail (ghost) town. The 24-hr sauna, jacuzzi, & pool were wonderful, and the staff there is the greatest. The rooms are spacious and the hotel has an overall upscale, western atmosphere. The breakfast provided was very good.

My name is Cody, how could I not love it?? But seriously, this hotel is awesome, a pool and jacuzzi that are actually nice, a decent sauna and weight room, most rooms have balconys, and the breakfast is better than hotels at the same price. Just a touch more upscale than chain hotels like holiday inn and best western.

Very nice and clean. Made you feel as though you were in a cabin setting more than a hotel. Breakfast could have been better and there was no fresh coffee at breakfast.
