DO NOT COME HERE! I had a load of blankets to do and she’s told me I could only put one blanket in at a time, and it would cost me $5 each blanket. Plus the rest of the clothes I had to do. I hadn’t a $10 bill and the Change machine didn’t work either and she asked if I had any other change on me. She has been outside half the time on her phone and smoking her cigarette right outside the door. She was also very rude whenever I had came in. We had told her that we would just go to the other laundry mat and she’s told us it was more expensive there and we wouldn’t be able to get all our laundry done there. So she told us it would be closer cheaper here to do it and we would be able to get all our laundry washed and dried with the amount of money we have, but really we are able to do 1 blanket and 3 towels for $5 and will be able to dry then but that’s all that we could do here. Also the vast majority of the machines didn’t work or your needed certain fabric softeners or laundry detergents. I’m telling you do not come here please go to the other one here in town.

Dont do it. Your clothes will come out smelling like a decayed trailer in a Louisiana swamp, as will everywhere you put your clothing. Youve been warned.

Unfortunately Im unable to give zero stars as a review.Listen, if youre from out of town youll be much better off asking a local to point you to Beck Lake, find a rock, and wash your clothes in a pond. This place is disgusting!

Old machines, maybe half actually work

Run, dont walk, to the other laundromat in town. This is the WORST laundromat Ive ever been to. The machines are ancient and are not maintained. When I was there, there were 2 machines with standing water in them. Some broken machines are signed, others are not! You may load all your clothes and put your detergent in, only to find out it doesnt work. A tourist couple came in and they said, why dont they just close the business down if theyre not going to take care of it? The change machine didnt work either. Theres a reason why this place is empty and the competition is full. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

Grease dryer doesnt work and no contact phone number available. And my company has an account with these guys. What a waist of money

Some of the dryers ate better they could at least see about getting the bad out

Broken machines, no attendant, unclear directions on which machines were used for greasers.One machine ate my money and didnt start. A second sat on the prewash cycle for at least 30 minutes until I changed the temp. A third washer didnt spin the clothes, so we ended up putting them in the dryer for 45 minutes to an hour only to leave with the clothes still wet.About a quarter of the machines were out of order and of those still working, many had individual notes on how to coax it into working.Machines used for greasers should be clearly labeled ON THE MACHINE. Several of my items were ruined because I didnt see the small sign indicating greaser machines until after I started my load.
