They never showed up. Didnt answer their phone. It went to voicemail, cant leave a voicemail because the box is full. Will never do business with them again. Ross Carpet Cleaning had to come and do their job for them.

Very nice family owned business. They were very helpful and did a great deep clean of our house. We very concerned because of COVID-19 but felt very comfortable after they left that all surfaces were disinfected.

I had an appointment to have them pick up my rug for cleaning. No one showed up and no one called to let me know they couldn’t make it. Not very professional. Your customers time is important too.

They were very nice and affordable but the quality of work was rather sub-par. There is still cat urine and even cat litter from the previous tenants throughout the entire house. There is also chemical left on the carpet that wasnt removed all they way during the cleaning process. I am now responsible to pay for another cleaning of the whole house (minus one room) because my real estate company claims they arent liable.

I will say Heaven’s Best was nice and affordable and their software for creating and sending quotes was easy to view and use. But the actual cleaning was less than ideal. After moving into a house with freshly “cleaned” carpets I was severely disappointed. Not only were the carpets still smelly and littered with stains, but I’m convinced they weren’t even vacuumed. I have vacuumed up cups of cat litter, metal shards, and even sewing needles. The worst part of it all is we were specifically told they cleaned a room with attention to cat pee and the room is unusable. After smelling it for a month we had it inspected with UV and this room (along with most of the house) has pee all over the floors and walls. We’re fully aware this is a hard smell to eliminate, but actually cleaning the carpets is a great place to start.
