Abigail my fiancé went in to get her hair done for Mother’s Day at the smart style salon in cody wyoming. The stylist Monica did her hair, she asked her to do a balayage with black and grey. A couple days after she got done, her hair appeared very fried and damaged. This has caused her very severe emotional damage cause she can’t even do her hair for work and the color she asked for is not correct either. We went in to ask for a refund since I paid 200 dollars total for hair and products that she referred, but totally denied our request for a refund as it’s “store policy”, So my girlfriends hair needs to be cut now cause of how badly damaged it is, she cries about it every day and we have yet to get a refund from these people. I highly suggest going somewhere else if you don’t wanna be left screwed over by these people.

I got my hair highlighted today by Amber. I am very pleased with the results. The atmosphere at this salon is friendly. I asked advice on color changes and two of the hairstylists conferred to come up with a plan that best suited my request. In many salons Ive been in, the competition is too agressive to allow for this kind of fantastic customer service. Not here, the stylists were helpful to each other and, best of all, good to me😀 Thank you ladies and especially Amber for a great experience.

Booked an app online at 12pm. Showed up at 12pm and was told it was 1230 online. Proceeded to check my app confirmation and it said 12pm. Stylist lied about appt time and wasted my time going into Walmart today Sunday aug 2 when I stopped doing an important job and rushed to the haircut place to be lied to.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Often times, I can just drop in quickly and they will find a way to fit me into the schedule. Sign up for the emails as you will receive coupons very frequently.

Cuts are hit and miss but they work well with kids.

Made a same day appointment online for a shampoo only. Quick and economical.

Had an appointment and they never called to tell me they couldnt open that day. 2 weeks later still havent heard anything from them.

Walked in for a shampoo, haircut and blowdry. Had to make an appt for later. While Im standing there, the beauty operator had to quit doing a haircut to attend to me (she had hair all over her hands...disgusting) AND answer the phone. Customer calling to make an appt. Instead of tell that person she was with a customer, she stopped to take the call. The woman who cut my hair was terse, unfriendly, and stuck her book up against my cheek twice while shampooing my hair. I asked her to back away. She barely put any shampoo in my hair. She gave me the worst haircut ever. Cant believe how uneven it is. I could have done better myself. While this was going on, the first woman came over to complain to my operator about some published coupon that she wasnt going to honor. Im there to be pampered and I have to listen to this whining by employees? Needless to say, ll NEVER go back.
