Antonio came to clean our dryer vent and we were very pleased with how smooth and professional this company is. It took Antonio not even 30 minutes to complete the service in an exceptional manner and the owner Michael Hinman is very responsive. Their prices are very hard to beat as well. Called 9 different places for my cousin over three days, no answer, no call back. She found Hinman listed, called, instant response! Antonio was the tech, very informative, step by step, and friendly. This was a problematic issue with a center of unit stack with duct work that led to the roof. Fair prices, and they guarantee their work. If you are not calling these guys, youre missing out. Hands down, best I have seen. Period.

Not sure where to begin with this company because I do not want to over promise and under deliver. However I am just going to tell you how it is. From the moment I called them to the moment they completed the job they were one of the friendliest, and most professional companies I have ever done business with. I have a new dryer that blows very hot air, but yet my clothes were not drying quickly. Sometimes I had to rerun the dryer a couple times to get my clothes dry. I called Hinman’s Dryer Vent Cleaning, and they came over right away. They found the problem, and fixed my issue immediately. I wasn’t sure what to expect for a bill because the poor guy had to crawl into my attic, and not only clean the vent, but move the vent around because it was incorrectly positioned by the previous owners. 5 star service!! I was having to run my dryer multiple times to get my Clothes to complety dry. I called Hinmans Dryer cleaning and within an hour they came out to my house. The tech Chris was friendly and explained everything while he was doing it. End result, my dryer vent had been clogged letting little air pass through, within 30 minutes Chris had everything cleaned out and my dryer was working back to normal. Highly recommend this company and will be using them in the future.

We needed quite a few dryer vents cleaned from the machine all the way up to the roof. Mr. Hinman is licensed & insured, was prompt, courteous and brought the proper equipment. He explained what he was going to do and why - a nice touch. We will be using Mr. Hinman again on more vents and to clean the vents & screens on the tops of 2 buildings.
