Technician Skye was very personable, knowledgeable, and seemed honest and trustworthy. Explained everything he was doing, what to expect in upcoming days, and how to help prevent future infestations. Very satisfied with service thus far.

I cannot say enough on how much I like this company. I have been a customer of theirs for 15 years and have never had a negative experience. I have had the same technician at my house for the last 10 years, which is important to me. The last company I used had seemed to have a different technician at my house every visit. I have referred X Terminator to the rest of my family members. My technician knows my entire family now and even does a couple of business locations of ours. My technician always does a very thorough job for me. My rate is excellent, mabey because i have been with them so long.

My issue has been resolved and I hope it was a learning experience for the company as a whole. Please be more careful with who represents your business in the future

I had this company treat my kitchen for termites. I was told to pay $275 and they would come back for follow ups. That it would be better then paying per visit. I had them come out and treat the same areas multiple times and the termites still reappeared in the same areas. After 3 times of them not taking care of the issue, on the 4th call they refused to come back out to treat the same area again unless I gave them another $75. Each time they would spend no more then 10mins at the house. If they did a thorough job I probably would not of had to call them back multiple times. The owner Travis is a smooth talker, but very shady. When I tried to dispute the charges with Amex he sent in an fake invoice in which he changed the details on and forged my signature. This company can not be trusted!! I also see they have their own employees writing reviews for the company. Again, do not trust this company or anything Travis has to say!!
