I recently moved from Fort Lauderdale to Coral Springs and loved the Toi there so decided to try Coconut Creek since it’s closer to my new apartment than the Coral location on University. I had dip powder done on my nails and the woman didn’t use the clear powder as the first step and went straight in with color. Two of my nails have completely broke and I don’t have tips, they’re my natural nails because they are pretty weak underneath and need the clear powder base. This woman only did the color powder 3 times. I also asked for a matte top coat and then a glossy tip so it’s a pretty subtle same color french by the way of different top coats giving that effect. She had no clue what I meant and I explained it to someone else who seemed to understand and said I’d be charged $7 more. Fine. She sloppily did the glossy top coat where it wasn’t curved or clean lines. I asked her to clean it up and it still was messy but they were closing and I had to run. I’m unimpressed by how much they charge compared to the quality of what I received. I got the Sole Searching Pedi and the dip powder + $7 extra for a mess of a “design”. $124 in total with tip and I won’t return.

I really enjoy Toi nail spa , they have a very nice salon with the best message chairs. The salon is clean and very organized. Also the atmosphere is very relaxing. I always get a pedicure and gel manicure and feel that i was able to relax and my nice always look cute. Great spa experience.

I have been going there for a while now and everyone has been amazing up to this point, Jade did my nails and she was rushing, she was very rough with the cleaning, when I got home I checked my finger nails the polishing was horrible, I took it off the next and repolish them myself. I will never use Jade again, but I will definitely go back and use Michelle and/or Lam again. I will schedule early enough so I can get one of them.

I came here only because my normal nail tech wasnt available and I really needed my nails done for an event. Everyone was friendly, salon clean, but the quality of the work was poor, specifically the nail shape. I asked for round and all he did was barely file the tips to a very wide round shape. Literally just glued the tips on, did a quick file to the very tips and thats it. The sides were not filed down and they were so wide they were digging into the skin causing me pain. They were very clunky and odd looking and just poor quality all around. Stciking with my usual girl go forward but this was a pretty disappointing experience.

I really enjoy my pedicures here and Tony is amazing! Must visit you wont be disappointed

Love this location. Michele is awesome! She did my pedicure the first time I came last year and still does it until this day. She listened to how I wanted them filed from the first day that I have never had to say it again. She polishes really good and doesnt leave streaks like other techs have done in other places I have been. She takes her time and doesnt make you feel rushed. She is so sweet and highly recommend her if your looking for someone new to do you nails.Appts online are recommended but they accept walk-ins if you need something last minute. The place itself is very clean and the staff is very friendly.

I usually go to the coral springs location but sadly they were all booked so I took a chance and said hey let me try out the coconut creek location and What a great experience.. Monica was great she took her time with my pedicure and Antony did a great job with my acrylic refill. I just love knowing now that I have two great locations to choose from now. Definitely a must go.

I just love Toi Nail Spa at Coconut Creek . They are so amazing ! My nail tech is Anthony5 and he is always nice , patient, neat with his work . If I ask him for designs he nails it and if my feet are very complicated that day he’s patient and nice about it . I also never feel rushed. He’s always on time I never have to wait and he always makes sure I am satisfied with my services. Toi Spa is very clean and the workers are very nice professional people . They are like family to me now . They definitely have a loyal client now . ❤️❤️

I have always gone to Dan or Tina as they both do great work. Even though I no longer live close to this spa, I still make the drive. Dan has primarily been who I have been seeing over the last few years and I would never trust my nails to be done anywhere else. The few times I’ve strayed away due to distance I always had regrets and ended up back in Dan’s chair. He does such an amazing job and makes any nail ideas I have come to life!

Although I don’t know the managers name (he is always at the front desk) and I have been coming here for the last month and it’s one of the best places I’ve been too in a while. Considering covid, I haven’t went to a nail salon in months and I decided to try a new place and this is my overall favorite place. My manicure by the manager is fabulous and gel pedicure (by Andy) is terrific as well. So blessed I found this place!! Very clean and affordable and knows how to take care of customers. Consider me a regular!

Everyone here is incredibly sweet! The space is beautiful, and the pricing is very fair for the work they do. Had to go out of my way to mention Andy though. As a nail tech, he’s top-notch. If you’re looking for someone who is very detail oriented and strives for perfection in what they do, then I highly suggest booking a service with him.

New to the area. I called to make an appointment in on the phone I could not stress enough how important shape is to me I told them I will do next Gen. Or acrylic depending on how comfortable the nail technician is... Im open as long as I can get the best shape. You can see my nails are flat wavy they look like duckbills!!! it was just the worst experience!! and when I said I did not like the shape I was told that next time to come back and they will do better. You can see in my nails the shape is terrible!!! And they charged me for tips, the shape and everything so to pay OVER $50 for nails and tell them youre not happy. And you can clearly see that the shaping looks like I was someones practice dummy!!!

My first time come here and I love this place! Supper clean , nice and relaxing, they offer so many services! Dan help me with my nails this time and Lam give a great pedicure service! Definably come back! Highly recommend it!

I love this place! Their customer service is great, Steven is always so helpful and cordial! But now let’s talk about my nails... I always had a hard time growing out my nails, but ever since I started coming here and doing dip in with Tina, everything change. Tina is amazing, so detail oriented, friendly and such a hard worker. I won’t go anywhere else to get my nails done.

First time customer, certainly not the last. I had found this place not too long ago. Looked thru the window and it looked beautiful & clean. Fast forward, called & made an appt. the staff was friendly & all of a sudden, I got a notification on my phone for the appt. (quite impressive) walked in & received a friendly family like greeting. The color selection was beautiful & trendy. Received a beautiful pedicure & even more gorgeous gel fills with a Valentine’s Day decor on my nails. Pricing was reasonable but the service, finished product, friendly staff & cleanliness.. priceless. This is most definitely my new “go to” place ❤️

I stumbled upon this place with my sister in law at the beginning of March and this is our new favorite nail place! The nail tech, Andy did my pedicure and fill today and did AMAZING. The place is also extremely clean and the staff is awesome.

So the first time i came here it was great ! But then i walked in and set an appt for Sunday on Saturday for a 3:45 came early waited and everything at 3:58pm the lady calls my name to b seated as i sit he asks me what is that i want to get done today and so i start explaining he then proceeds to tell me he can only do my nails or my feet but not both after i sat there for over an hr and waited and set the appt for both to get done . I didn’t think it was professional or fair to me i will never be returning back to this business again. I made my reservation in person and was clear on what i wanted so the receptionist should have relayed the message .

When I walked into Toi, I saw a very nice and clean nail salon but the service I received from my nail tech was an absolute disaster. My nail tech was Andy and not only did he torture my nails (even cut one of them with his nail grinder) but his attitude was atrocious. I arrived early to my nail appt (by 30 mins) and he acted like I was 30 mins late! He was super impatient with me, he rolled his eyes at me when I wasnt moving fast enough for him from station to station, didnt bother helping me with my stuff after my pedicure and to top it off, he shhd me while I was answering a question he asked me! I will never go back to this nail salon and do not recommend anyone to either!

The gent who did my nails kept leaving for 5-10 min at a time, my nails were uneven, crooked and they charged me 125 for the service. I was so disappointed

I showed up early. They absolutely do not honor appointments. I will never go back

The nail techs are so friendly ! Found this nail salon on google and was very pleased with how my nail came out. I feel refreshed and renewed going into the new year! Highly recommend if your looking for a clean and new nail salon!

My first experience here was amazing and I was so impressed by Anthony! He perfectly executed the designs I asked for and his attention to detail was excellent. I will be coming back here often and I recommend them to anyone who is very particular about their nails. Also, the entire staff was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. 10/10!

Last Friday I took my friend here because she was on vacation. I thought this place would be great since I have been here before and the service was amazing! However this time was not the case! We made an appointment to do a pedicure and our nails. Unfortunately, we could not make it on time so we moved the appointment 15 minutes up. The manager agreed and told him if it is going to be a problem we will come at our initial time. He said no youre fine. Once we got there at the rescheduled time, they started our pedicures. The gentleman that was doing my friends feet kept on getting up to do something. We didnt pay any attention to it then. Now it was time to do our nails which was NEXGEN. Around 10 minutes into doing our nails the owner/manager walked over and told him to do someones pedicure while he did hers. Still didnt pay any attention to it. ONLY 5 MINUTES into doing her nails he kept on getting up to assist other customers. NO EXPLANATION OR APOLOGIZE OR ANYTHING. He got up atleast 5 minutes, I got irritated by this and asked the young lady to have him have someone else complete her nails. He came back STILL NO APOLOGY OR EXPLANATION OR ANYTHING. He got up again and started to help other people. HE LITERALLY ONLY SPENT 5 MINUTES doing her nails! We both started the same time and I was still being served while she was sitting there wondering if he was done! I was furious. Once I was done with my nails we both went to pay. I told him that his service was horrible and unacceptable. He then explained they were short staff. I was like thats okay and I understand but you did not give her full service that every customer in this store is paying for just like she is. He still was giving me an excuse. So I stopped him and told him she only wanted an apology. He looked at me and said sorry. I was like SORRY?! He was not sincere or seemed to care our concerns. I then told him this is horrible customer service. He was like WHAT ELSE YOU WANT ME TO DO?! AND HE STARTED TO LAUGH AND SMIRKED AT US!I was so appalled and disgusted by his reaction. I was so shocked that this was his reaction towards a PAYING CUSTOMER.YOU WILL NEVER EVER GET MY MONEY AGAIN! YOU NEED TO LEARN HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE WITH GRATITUDE.Its such a shame because all your employees are great. If youre unable to give someone their full service. I urge you to not to assist!

I have been here before and was always happy with the dazzle dry manicure. This time not so much. Went on Friday, April 16th for a pedicure and dazzle dry manicure. First the color for my pedi was way off from the mani. Okay I said it seemed like a good job, I’ll take the color difference! By Saturday evening, the thumb on my right hand and the pointer on my left were very badly chipped. I had my granddaughters bday party on Sunday and wanted them to look nice but unfortunately I had to put bandaids over the 2 fingers. By today, Wednesday, not even one week 3 other nails are chipping quite badly. Usually my dazzle dry lasts close to 2 weeks. Very disappointed after spending all that $$ and time.

This place is terrible. I came here because of the 5 stars reviews but believe me is terrible. They do not clean you nails, they just go on top. Plus they charge me for a basic pedi and for gel on my natural nails $63 plus a regular basic pedi for my 9 years old $29. Just run for this place. This is my first time and last one coconut creek have better places and less expensive. 👎👎👎👎👎 I just I can give 0 ⭐️ to this place

This place is great! They took over a previous nail spa and I went today and the place looked amazing and very clean! I used to go to Toi Spas in Plantation and Davie and loved theThe manager is so nice and I had the best pedicure! I have been looking for a new go to nail spa and Im so glad I found it now! I also got a Nexgen manicure and they did an awesome job!!

Had a very relaxing experience and enjoyed the foot massage so much. After a long day it’s nice to just sit back relax and enjoy the music, wine, and great pedicure and massage.
