Went to get eyebrows done. I was very satisfied. The salon was very clean. Went in without an appt. Didnt have to wait very long. Will go back.

First visit for a polish change was great. Decided to try them out for a pedicure. Woman cut me 3 times. Came home with my nails in the same condition I went there with after spending $37 for a deluxe pedicure. This is after waiting 45 minutes I must add😡

This nail place was good. I got a pedicure here wasn’t the best but massage was great. Everyone is really nice and to book an appointment was really easy.

They give a great organic pedicure there for $55. They also have lower priced pedicures, but I was treating myself. The salon was very clean and all the instruments were sanitary. I would go back there.

My nail technician was Rosie. Very patient and precise. She did a fantastic job.

I went today for my birthday and I asked the guy if he could do the design and he said yes. But he didn’t clean my nails off afterward and the design was different on school hand. When I tried to come back in for him to fix it he left out the back door .

I usually go to Sam and he always does a great job. This time he did a fun mix of holographic chrome nails with little holographic stars. I was beyond pleased with the results! And the chrome even got messed up a couple times (application can be very difficult) and he took his time and re did them until they were perfect. Made sure I loved them when I left. And when he does pedicures he gives the best foot massages there and is very conscious of my feet being ticklish.

Nail salon with all the services you anticipate. Even Gel polish that doesnt require UV cure or soaking to remove.Deluxe options if you want to treat yourself. Consistent staff no high turnover. Thats a sign of quality to me. Following covid restrictions, sanitize and masks.

I like coming here alot. She helps with my foot alot. I got fred flinstone feet and Donna really knows what she is doing. Have had different techs and they are all good. This place needs to work on time management and then i can give the 5th star. It doesnt phase me to much but i generally try to stick to a time table being so busy. Still lovr the staff and will be returning

I enjoyed my pedicure. The atmosphere was relaxing and clean. The only thing I didn’t like was the scrub that was used on my leg caused irritation which made my experience uncomfortable towards the end of service. I will return and request them not to use scrub.

Overall, the experience was great. Felt very welcome as soon as I walked in. The nails came out beautiful and the shape made me very happy. Only complaint is that on my index finger, the gel had a few bubbles in it but that really isnt a huge deal to me as I just got a plain, purplish acrylic set. Wonderful establishment

I dont know why I keep coming here. Today was purely due to convenience and to save a broken nail. The tech tried to sell me on product I didnt want. I caught on and she acted apologetic and said only for today you pay 27 because of confusion. There was no confusion. I know what I asked for and she had confirmed it verbally. I chose a white, and it was streaky and uneven. She did not think it looked bad. I told her Im paying for service and Im the 1 who has to walk around with botched nails. She insisted they looked fine. She was also rough with my nails and worked too fast. She was not taking her time. I just wanted to get out of there. But my last few experiences there were just as bad. I had switched over to another salon thats further away and today was a refresher as to why. Im highly dissatisfied with this place.

Buckle up buttercup. I’m on an 8 hour drive and have too much time for this review.Scheduling over the phone was a breeze, as the front desk was very accommodating.Prices were fair and reasonable.Everyone seemed a bit overworked and underpaid. Just a feeling my fiancé and I got. There also seemed to be some sort of beef being worked out between the staff and some regulars.What I also got was the classic pedicure and an acrylic dip French fade from Ken. 74 for both, not including the tip.He was very skilled but also quite brusque.Pedicure was done with hygiene in mind, foot massage was nice, but nail care was mediocre. Polish job on the toes was cleanly done, but could have used another coat of color.Throughout the appointment, whenever I tried to communicate what I wanted he cut me off rudely saying “I know, I know, I know.” I just let him do his thing rather than risk pissing off the nail tech I was assigned. I was disappointed that I ended up paying to have a man interrupt me rather than getting it for free in abundance outside the door. Maybe it was just an *off* day for him.Anyways, I ended up with a beautiful set as far as coloring went, but not in the shape or length I would have liked. Upon returning home, I realized I’d gotten glow-in-the-dark nails without asking for them... not pleased. Maybe you’re into that look. I don’t know your life.Would definitely recommend the salon, would recommend Ken if you don’t mind negotiating with a moody/talented artist who needs to work on listening.

Extremely disappointed with this salon. I kept coming because the location was convenient but honestly every time I came I had a problem. If it wasn’t my toes being painted properly it was my nails. Last time was my last straw. I asked for a full set acrylic hombre with coffin shape. The nail tech did it with dip powder instead insisting it would look better. When he finished my nails look horrible and as I paid he said “they would look better with acrylic”. Seriously ?! I left so mad but came back the next day to have someone else fix them because I just couldn’t deal with how they looked. The shape was dull, it looks like I was ready for a fill already, the buttery design on my one finger was so basic and not like the picture I should him...just horrible overall (see picture) even going back the next day to fix it, it was still bad. On top of the horrible job done, he also attempted to over charge me until I called him out on it and he said it was a mistake and lowered $15 ( this happened everytime I went). Definitely not coming back. Only reason I give 2 stars is because they are nice people, they just don’t do a good job.

Very nice people also place is very clean, but wen it comes nail designs they need to get up to the trend of nail art. They are awesome at doing nails but they just cant do a great design even if u show it to them.

I’ve been coming to Diva Nails at this location for years! I was drawn in when I was leaving public one day and peeked inside and saw how gorgeous the salon is inside. I used to get my nails done here all the time before I moved to Orlando. I even had my eyebrows microbladed here by Amy and she did an AMAZING job! A year and a half later and they finally need a touch up. Made an appointment for the day after Thanksgiving and I can’t wait to have effortlessly gorgeous eyebrows again. I will only come here for my touch ups!

Amy the manager is a horrible nail tech! She doesn’t know how to shape a nail for the life of her and when you try to correct her she gets upset. Even if they got new managers and better nail techs I still wouldn’t go back to this horrible shop

Amy is, “my hero!”My nails are very important to me. I use my hands to speak. It is imperative my hands and nails look presentable, Amy makes that happen every two weeks.Amazing work! Call ahead and ask for Amy!

The lady owner she’s rude and has no customer service skills. I went to the shop to get my nails done numerous times and was charged a certain price. On this particular day I got my nails done (dip) and was changed more. I questioned the amount and was told that the increased was based on the length of my nails; granted I have natural nails which grew a little longer; lady owner said “if you don’t like price dont come back” with no remorse!!

Diva nail bar is wonderful. Katy is fantastic. She takes her time and makes sure I am happy with how my nails look. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. So happy I found them.

Great customer service and although I had to wait because I had no appointment and the place was busy, I was treated with red carpet service! Went in to have 2 nails repaired. The first nail tech comes and I say hi how are you, and she doesnt respond to that, but tells me let her see my hands. I show her and she tells the receptionist she Cant do it. This is where I should have left, however I stayed and got a different nail tech. He used an artificial nail to peel my acrylic off which peeled my actual nail horizontally through the nail bed and caused it to bleed. He used the cuticle trimmer to crack the remaining acrylic off. Now he does a swift pulling motion to take it off and says sorry about that, but things happen. Oh really, this is something you often encounter while doing nails? Because its never happened to me, when at a professional place,where my acrylics should be professionally removed. He then tells me it will be fine once the glue is on it... not on my God given finger sir, you will not! He tries to persuade me to get it done, but i declined and asked him to repair the one he didnt damage. Also asked if he could make the other nails shorter. He uses the drill to shorten them and doesnt file them to give them a suitable shape. He repairs the nail and the application of the acrylic is uneven. He says something to another nail tech, and she hands him some yellow powder. He said it would help my finger heal faster but I shouldnt wash my hands for a while. I told the front desk lady he ripped my nail off so i decided to only get one repair and told her have a good day.

Every time I go in for a manicure and a pedicure, the people there do a wonderful job. They are courteous , friendly, and professional.

Diva Nail Bar is the best! Paul has me ready for the arrival of my twin grand babies. This is Ombré, but chime is fabulous also. The shop is lovely, and I have facials, pedicures and waxing also. A real treasure.

Incredible place! Clean facilities and friendly staff. I had been looking for a new place when u came upon Diva Nail Bar and I won’t go anywhere else. Amy is a true artist, and Kevin is the best pedicure at I’ve had in ages. I can’t recommend it enough.

Twan was amazing he did the Next Generation Gels on my natural nails and my nails look amazing. People cannot tell if my nails are mine or artificial. Excited to go back in two weeks. Everyone was very friendly and it was very comfortable. Planning to get my eyebrows arched next time.

I love Diva Nails. Everyone is so friendly and very professional. The decor is in true diva style with cushy pedicure chairs and crystal Chandeliers! Amy is great and does a great French gel manicure. Bonus, it’s right in my neighborhood!!

I have gotten my nails done here a few times and was relatively pleased with them. However, today I came for a fill and got the man who sits in the front - I think he’s the manager or owner. He rushed my fill and in the process nicked my cuticles in three places. Then, he globbed on the top coat on one nail so it cures around my cuticle so I need to get cuticle scissors to remove it. I’m furious. I paid $40 I should NOT get nicked and have to worry about an infection nor should I have to fix my nails as soon as I get home. He should have given me discount but of course he did not. I will not be back there. It’s really a shame because I’m only 4 minutes away.

I brought my 14 y/o step daughter here, due to my original tech being out of town and we were short on time. She wanted acrylic, coffin shape with regular polish. The tech took almost 2 hours and did gel polish. He also had an attitude about which finger to paint which color. Like his never heard of someone wanting a different color on the ring and pinky fingers. Expecting to pay no more than $30 which still would’ve been more than my tech, the total was $55!!! He didn’t even hand over my receipt from my debt charge I had to grab in from the far end of the counter. We had to split the payment and he continued to count the cash she gave him 3x and stated “No Tip?” I walked out. How disgusting their attitudes were the entire time I sat there and observed everyone. U want a tip?? try lowering ur prices and listening to what we want. Also offer student discounts!

I have been here a total of 3x each experience wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great, I dealt with it because it is close to the gym to go to. Today the customer service was horrible. They lost a customer I will not be going back here anymore, not sure what the lady’s name is who usually sits in the front but for her to tell me she does not care what my reason is for why I had to actually paint my nails a color, when I hate having color on my nails (had she took the time to listen this would be a different review possibly) very poor customer service. If they could improve anything I’d suggest, 1.Listening to all your customers issues or concerns 2. See what you can do as the business owner to keep them coming back which requires listening.

I came here and got gel acrylic nails , after 3 weeks they still look really good and I have all of the nails still on. I still get complimented on them even though it’s been weeks , good job .

I just got my nails done from this place and they are rude . I asked PAUL how much my nails was and he said $30 to do a polish change on HANDS AND FEET. . My hands were gel and feet regular this also included my two broken nails to fix as well . When it came time to pay they said it was $40 . Mind you I am confused but still decided to pay . Sam who did my nails was nice . But when I questioned Paul he has the audacity to get an attitude when I was going to pay regardless. Then stated I didn’t pay for my toes last time . If I didn’t pay why did you let me in to the shop to get my nails done AND he was the one who asked about the services I was getting done for today. Mind you I ALWAYS TIP !!!! I’m done with rude nail people . Also while he getting an attitude I just got my nails done like 5 days ago and two nails were broken and my GEL NAILS were EXTREMELY BUBBLY . I decided to try this shop since I moved from my other one . But I guess they use cheap products cause my nails always seem to break within days or have bubbles in my gel nails.UPDATEOne of my neighbors in my complex asked me if I was okay because they seen me at this rude “nail bar” and they did not like the way I was treated and referred me to Chase Nails who do a better job and has better customer service who is further down in the same plaza . I will be trying them .

I needed a manicure and pedicure. No color. I came home to still see cuticles. Like I never even had a pedicure or manicure.Horrible job!!!

Went on a Saturday morning, was attended to right away! Havent had my nails done in many years, so wasnt sure what I wanted. Was recommended dipping powder with tips for $40. Came out very nice but when i asked for a nail design, was misunderstood and came out with one nail one each hand in a different color than the rest (lol). Then he charged me $50 instead of $40 just for 2 nails having a different color!! Regardless, i paid but just a week after a nail fell off completely and I had to glue it back on...1 week and 3 days later most of my nails feel very loose and another one I have to glue back on. None broke or chipped, they simple are just falling off, as if they were press on nails. After $50, I would expect them to last at least 2 weeks. I rather go somewhere else, pay alot less for same duration.

I will never return to this nail salon. Every time I come to get my nails done the teach is always in a rush it’s so Unprofessional. I got my eyebrows waxed and tinted and was told it would last 4-6 weeks IT ONLY LASTED 2 DAYS !!! I called hours before going and was told it would cost 20$ then I was told it’s 25$ only waxing is 20$ now I know it’s only five dollars but I am not dumb that I would make up prices. What a Complete disappointment because the actual location is very convenient and inside it looks very nice but the staff never again wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here find another nail tech that would actually take their time to make sure that you get what you’re paying for!!!!!

I will never return to this place. For starters my pedicure was rushed and the nail tech was rude and unpleasant. After saying no politely he continued to try to up charge me on gel polish. During my manicure he literally cut two of my fingers and brushed it off— as if it was normal. Overall i wish i could rate this place less than one stars. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I’m extremely picky to the point where no matter what I 99.9% hate my nails for a stupid OCD reason. I have not one complaint every nail is perfectly symmetrical, he was able to do the design I wanted. I couldn’t be happier!

The nail tech that sits at the front right table when you walk in is very rude.This was my first time in this shop. I came in for acrillic fills. My nails were long and I had a broken nail. The tech said she would charge me $3 to fix the nail. I explained to her 3 times that I wanted my nails short, which would be much shorter than the bottom of the break, and 3 times she said that she had to fix my nail, and so she would have to charge me for the repair. She then proceeded to add acrilic to the missing part of the nail, and shape it. She then filed the added acrilic completely off to make my nails short, and charged me the extra $3. Is this stupidity, or what?I also explained to her that I have wide nail beds, so often nail techs miss adding acrilic and polish to the side edges of my nails. I asked her to please not miss those areas. When she was done she had missed those areas completely. There was no acrilic or polish on the edges. When I asked her to fix it, she would not. She said that no one would see it, and that it would make a mess if she added acrilic and polish there. Besides being rude, she has zero customer service skills.First and last time at this shop.

I used to live a block away from Angote. That was more than twenty years ago. Even though I worked at Kitayama, Angote was my favorite sushi place. I live in Florida now and nothing compares. I sure miss the crunchy rolls, shrimp boats, etc... I feel that someone from CA should come to FL and teach this Korean so called chefs how to make real SUSHI not this crappy stuffed with cream cheese. Sushi doesnt have cream cheese,!! Whats wrong with this people I ask myself.And the answer is that since there are no real Japanese chefs, they fail to educate their patrons about the Art of eating sushiSo, next time you go eat sushi you should ask about the art of eating it. Do you know what the ginger is for? Have you noticed what Japanese people order. Beer, Sake and Ocha {hot tea} all part of the art!

I was there since 530 to 8 oclock just to get gel liquid with gel polish and a pedicure when they were doing my nails he had to redo a few fingers because they were uneven especially the French part. Then his wife had to finish because he was impatient but she told me its because he is hungry? After she applied the rhinestones and put the top coat gel my pinky nail looked so bulky cause she slapped the gel on top and it was so thick! One rhinestone ended up overlapping another. It no longer looked like a pinky nail. the pinky nail to the right pic was supposed to be filled with rhinestones halfway (like the ring finger to the left. ) she asked me what she wanted me to do I got frustrated and told her to just remove it and apply one line of rhinestones because it really made my fingernail look really bulky and then they charge me $89 for everything. $20 of that was to have the rhinestones which is pathetic because theyre not even real crystals and she told me yeah because theyre expensive?! I can buy a whole pack of the rhinestones for a dollar on Amazon at the end of the day that is too expensive for some rhinestones $20 thats ridiculous and they tell me after????? I didnt even ask for rhinestones on all my fingers yet $20?! Wow never again coming here.
