I am the President of a condominium association in Century Village in Deerfield Beach. I met Joe Garrity in 2008 to discuss a fire in our condominium building. He gave us an idea of what the processes would involve to recover the funds needed to repair our damage. Because of the complexity of our issues, the entire process took 8 years, but the firm was there with us throughout the entire process to guide, counsel, and represent us. They were able to secure a fantastic outcome for us, which allowed our fire damage to be fully repaired. Now, eight years later, I am finally able to return home to my unit thanks to the hard work of Joe Garrity and his firm.Joe Garrity is more to us than just our lawyer. In addition to representing us in court, he was a friend who was concerned for us as people who had lost their homes, and did his best to make the situation right again for us.

We had a problem with our wood floor that was installed in such a way that we got mold. The floor had to be taken out and replaced and the house remedied so we could move back in.Garrity Traina helped us with the law process so we could get the job done by the wood floor installer. We were defendants of a litigation from this law firm. A clerical error made, we missed the hearing and they received automatic win/default, later on we decided to fulfill the judgement, contacted them and agreed on a payment plan, then they changed their minds and filed another hearing to get MORE LEGAL FEES which in my opinion was unethical, HERES WHY, That same day going back & forth a payment plans was negotiated with a condition of releasing financials which we felt WHY?after just agreeing to a compensation plan, then they replied only a full payment will be accepted with no financials then I requested to pay the entire balance much shorter terms with no financials rather then the lengthy monthly payment plan with financials, e mail came saying NO from Joshua Rosenberg then in 25 minutes I email and AGREED to pay the entire balance in FULL and requested instructions how to take care of that request, that was end of day, then next morning I emailed asking where would a check need to be dropped off THATs when they ALL SUDDENLY decided to FILE to get additional fees which was over $6000.00 when the original judgement was like $2500 and the amount we tentatively agreed to pay in installments were $6000 so I was in TOTAL AWE, seeking additional $6000 more? how they could do this when I agreed to abide by their terms of paying in FULL! WHY did they filed another hearing for more LEGAL FEES? In my OPINION this was UNETHICAL and I felt they were completely taking ADVANTAGE of my vulnerable situation, I even felt may be possibly because I was a minority business owner. This made no sense when I agreed to pay the balance in full within the same day we were communicating and the next day after several e mail asking instructions they replied around noon stating they are filing to get more legal fees! so you think this is ETHICAL? Since then I have expressed my disappointments with this LAW FIRM and they have threatened me with a possible LAW suit because I am exercising my FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHTS. IN MY OPINION THIS IS WRONG, shows poor character and in my opinion I question their level of INTEGRITY!

In my opinion this is the worst law firm someone can use I would not recommend using them for any legal purposes.
