The two lady’s that was at the front desk today was very rude and disrespectful i had to drive to that location because no one was picking up the phone. that I drive over 35 mins to wait in line. Once it was time for me to go up to the front they informed me that I will need to go to the back of the line because I was in the wrong line. They was very rude to another guy that was there. The lady with the curly hair in a ponytail begin to speak to the guy as if you was slow and aggravating her. What type of customer services is this.

This is very upseting that The United Postal Office would have a such RUDE MAIL CARRIER!!! Every time she delivers a Certified Mail to my home she KNOCKS VERY HARD THAT SCARED MY CHILD!!.SHE TOLD ME SHE CANT STAND IN front of my door ! !THE SUN FOR EVER. Her Conduct is very PROFESSIONAL!!! AND DISRESPECTFUL. I HAVE ENCOUNTER OTHER OCCURANCES WITH THE SAME CARRIER , BUT THIS TIME ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. I ADVISE HER NOT TO KNOCK LIKE THAT BECAUSE SHE SCARES AT MY CHILD. SHE WAS VERY DEFIANT AND VERY HARSH.I TOLD HER THE WAY SHE APPROACH TO A RESIDENCY WAS VERY UNPOLITE. ALSO. SHE SHOULDNT KNOCK EXTREMELY HARD AND THAT OTHER OCCASIONS SHE DOES THE SAME!!!! SHE IS NOT WELCOME TO TAKE MY HANDICAPPED RAMP..THAT IS FOR MY USE .I WILL NOTIFY THE PROPER AUTHORITIES AND THE POSTAL SERVICES AS WELL TO HER SUPERVISORS TO STOP THIS INCCIDENTS TO CONTINUES TO HAPPENS.

I like this branch. Willie and Inette have always been good to me in retrieving priority mail packages. Their hard work is very much underappreciated. Im thinking of writing a complimentary letter to the postmaster in pompano about this branch. And my mail carrier Susie (route number 81)is very very nice

This is the worst location. I’ve walked in and no customers are at their desk ask a question and they literally ignored me just continue to chit chat. I am able to print my shipping labels from home but the box is always full so I cannot drop my packages off.

These people give a new definition to the word incompetent. I paid for registered mail on January 25. A month later they still can’t ascertain where my parcel is. Absolutely useless.

There may be a long line but it’s because they are a busy location. It would be nice to have more staff but every post office usually has only 2 employees waiting on customers. And if the line moves too slowly, it’s probably because the customers have too many questions and don’t know what they’re doing. I’m always in and out at the counter in a minute or two.

The delievey crew at this USPS location has misplaced 8 packages in the span of a year and 4 months. They never take responsibility for any of the missing packages. Filing claims and writing them letters and showing up to report this has done nothing but annoy the F out of me

WOW WOW WOW, thank you SO much for the team at this location. The nice gal that answered the phone, I believe Jeane, and my carrier Inette! I had the wrong address for my new home for VERY important documents and they found them for me and are delivering!! I cannot thank them enough for going above and beyond! They really went out of their way to help me, and this is so appreciated

Postal worker broke my mail box, right in front of me . When she was confronted about it she started yelling and screaming saying I was lying and I just wanted to get a new mail box. She would not fill out an incident report and drove off. Forcing me to call the cops.

Went at 4 and the line was to the door, the only helpful lady was the one who assists people in line and works the side counter. The older employee guy with the glasses was moving slower than a sloth. While the line was at the door, I observed him talking to the person he was helping but they were talking about something related islands/boating/fishing, which went on for 10-15 minutes before he scanned the next package. People in line had started to get very annoyed because of that. Luckily the only employee working (female who was working the side table) helped shorten the line and helped get me out of here. Worse then the DMV.

Worst location in Florida. I was expecting a package that had a present for my sister for Christmas in it. I was told it was delivered but no box on my doorstep or mailbox. 2 days later still no sign so I went in and spoke to the supervisor. He opened the door, took my tracking number without saying a word and slammed the door in my face! He left me standing there for a few minutes then came back for another misplaced package that said it was delivered. He told me the first one would be delivered that day (it wasnt until 3 days later) and the second was already delivered and not back there. He slammed the door in my face again while I was mid-sentence after also telling me that the carrier has been on the same route for 20 years without a single complaint. He also suggested that I must have done something to misplace my package since it wasnt on their end. Absolutely appalling behavior of the supervisor and completely rude and uncalled for. It has taken me a few days to write this since I still cannot believe that someone would act like that to another human being.

If I could put negative stars, I would. This is the RUDEST and LEAST helpful post office I have ever encountered. I have never been treated so discourteously. Good luck getting anyone on the phones unless you hang up and call back repeatedly. I am honestly appalled.

I have a sorry we missed you slip to pick up a certified letter at this post office and I ask if I can pick it up at the door where they usually come to handle pickups and the clerk tells me I have to wait in the regular line which currently has 15 people in it mailing all kinds of package etc. Pretty ridiculous that I am made to wait through in the same line as all these people mailing things so that I can simply pick up a certified letter. If this was a normal business they wouldnt exist but because its the USPS customer service doesnt matter and is completely non-existent.

I wish I could blame congress, but its the employees that are an issue. Have you ever listened to a comedian talk about disgruntled postal workers? Well, I am certain that this location is the source of those jokes. I make review videos and frequently send or receive international packages. Depending on who you are luck enough to get will completely change the experience you get. There is a mixed bag of workers and I wont name them... However, there is one guy that is nice and friendly every time as long as the others dont catch him smiling. You can easily spot him because his shirt and name tag are clean. Another guy that needs a little edging to crack a smile. He looks like he had a rough night, every day all day. Then there is Mr Negative. Mr Negative always shares his negative opinion of what you are sending/receiving or his opinion of how you obtained it, or what he thinks of the destination. He is also not above making vocal swear words if he thinks he has hit a nerve. I have even seen Mr Negative take a box, turn around to the hole in the way and then lift it as high as he can before dropping it from as high as he could intentionally.Also, god forbid you need to ship something internationally... Sometimes they make it a game to see how many times they can send you back and forth to fill out forms by asking you just one question and then after you get back to the counter they will ask one more question that the answer will completely change the form you need to fill out.The drivers for this branch are also a special batch, but that is another review.

Worse post office location.. I am surprised that they are running a location so unprofessional and careless! My mail gets lost all the time and packages say delivered when I dont receive them or any business around me. My packages always end up somewhere else or lost and I always receive mail or packages that are not mine!!!! They manage this place with no care what so ever.. Most of my packages are important and this is just unacceptable. Corporate needs to do something about this. This is crazy! I have never seen or experienced this sloppiness before with a post office and I am surprised that corporate has not done anything about this. I cannot run a business like this.

This is my favorite post office. Sometimes there is no wait, sometimes there is quite a bit of wait, and that is because people dont know how to package their stuff or ship it correctly. Been going here for years. Love Pauls sense of humor...

This is my 5th time in 1 year Ive had issues with the carrier/carriers. Theygive my mails to someone else and someone else mails are always in my mail box, plus Ive lost packages which they never retrieved or reached back out to me. They have the worst customer service.

Phone rang about 20 times, answered by the manager, Richard, put on me hold and then disconnected. Called back, phone rang about 20 times without answer. I tried again an hour later and spoke to Erica, who was absolutely terrific. She told me my package was there, but it would take about an hour to locate. She took my phone number and called me back within the hour with the status of my package. Girl deserves a raise and a promotion. If she had answered my first call, I would give them 5 stars, but she didnt, so I averaged my rating to 3 since 2.5 stars was unavailable

Management at the post office is horrible! The line is always super long and super slow.The check out counter is always understaffed.The manager is under trained and lacks simple, basic customer service skills.Accountability is none existent therefore customer service will never improve.Job security should not be a luxury for those not doing there jobs.I will Drive 2xs the distance to avoid this post office in the future.Do these numerous negative reviews ever get taken into account?

Today I was supposed to receive medical supplies in the mail. The tracking number shows it as delivered, but it was not in my box or at my door. This is not the first time that this driver has misplaced a package. I have filed complaints about previous incidents, but apparently it has not been taken seriously, because he is still on this route.This is my health that he and the USPS are screwing with. If I end up having to go to the emergency room because of his mistake, the USPS is going to end up with one hell of a lawsuit.

The carrier lost my package and put my package was delivered when never did it. He updated the tracking as delivered 2 minutes after the package said out for delivery! Wow they are flash! Is this a joke bro?I opened a case and the customer service just says that I have to wait until three business days to my case be resolves.I pay Amazon Prime for nothing!!!!

Had an automatic hold mail: was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago... Had to call to tell them to get it here. Whoever answered the phone never idd himself, and said hed tell the delivery person to take it out today, but couldnt tell me how to complain and find out why it had gotten screwed up, and fix it. no pride in their jobs, always slow, never taking responsibility, and always late.

Staffs are nice, but the manager and the postman are the worst. The manager is rude. Long wait every time picking up a mail. The postman ignores every redelivery requests, even returned the parcel to sender after the first delivery attempt. Never apologize.
