Awesome. I used the iPostal1 app to rent a “virtual mailbox” through this Pak Mail location so I could have a mailing address while in the process of moving. Super convenient to read my mail through the app and even deposit checks or forward letters. Piece of mind knowing your letters and packages are safe and locked up. Staff is friendly and helpful and picking up mail and packages was very fast and easy.

Honest honest and convenient. Very nice people. Very knowledgeable and very helpful highly recommend much better than waiting in line at the post office

Been to this location before without issue but this time time was problematic. Most employees are nice but one employee walks around near customers without a mask on and seemed to have no care to put one on. Especially ironic considering the store is plastered with signs about the importance of wearing a mask. I won’t be back to this location.

Thankful for Pak Mail Coconut Creek!!Especially the Manager, Julia Khahouli- she was SPECTACULAR!I was in a bind! I needed to quickly get a very sentimental family highchair from my father’s house as he was moving to assisted-living. I was very excited to have it here for our first grandchild, as it was his father’s, our son. I live in Washington, DC & needed someone to pick up the chair and pack and ship it for me.I explained the situation to Julia, as I was running out of time, & she assured me that she would make arrangements for it to be picked up by Giuseppe the next business day.Anyway, it arrived in just a couple of days, perfectly packed & ready for baby!Julia was so kind, friendly & professional- I had ZERO worries from beginning to end!It was such a pleasure to do business with a company that cares so much about customer service and excellent practices.I HIGHLY recommend!

The owner and staff are always pleasant, knowledgeable, and COVID-19 compliant. In the city of Coconut Creek we are especially proud of all 3 of these amenities.

WORST shipping place, the rude, obese guy is always trying to pressure people to choose the most expensive shipping method hes very GREEDY! I only go there as a last resort when I dont have time to go to the post office or FedEx..

I love Pak Mail’s in general. Compared to USPS which is a nightmare for the most part. Shipping something out can be as simple as it should be.

All I can say is the customer service is outstanding! Very small family owned feel while there. The guy helping me was even keeping my little 10 month old on my hip occupied the whole time goofing around keeping her attention to make it easier for me to get done what I needed to faster without my little girl distracting me. Very pleasant experience. Would recommend and I would go again if I needed anything. Fast, smooth, and entertaining.

Always good and friendly service!

I had a letter that needed to be sent USPS and they held it for nearly a week before it was handed over to USPS. Be careful if you need something sent in a timely fashion. This was a big failure on their part and I wont trust using them for anything important going forward. Its been over a week and still in transit because of their delay to hand over to the delivery company!

Incredible customer service and the owner is a true gentleman. Owner explained the services very thoroughly and greeted everyone who walked through the door with exceptional respect. He even took an extra moment to open the door for a client coming in with a handful of packages.

Use this location to pick up trailing in mail from another location that closed. Since I moved to a house, I dont need this service anymore. Good while I did use.

Compared to the usps post office which is always hell, this place is HEAVEN!
