Worst company ever, took the day off after they had me scheduled for 1 pm. Did not call or show up, when I finally got a hold of them, they wanted to come at 4:30, totally Unprofessional!!!!

I bought an offer at the groupon, I booked the cleaning they canceled 2 days before the appointment, I booked again they canceled on the day of the appointment! I asked them to tell me what day they can come, they scheduled and canceled again, finally after 3 months and 4 times I booked the visit they came !!!! my god, the service is terrible, my house got worse than it was, I do not recommend this terrible company to anyone, it has no responsibility, they do not do what they agree, they make you an idiot for months, to do a terrible job at your house! they are not respectful!

This company is a scam. I bought a Groupon for a service and the night before they canceled on me and gave me a hard time to schedule it in the first place. Terrible Groupon needs to take them off of their list of companies to buy offers.

This is the 3RD TIME they have cancelled my appointment the night before.. after scheduling the appointment weeks in advanced. I have used them a total of 5 times and 3 times they have told me we need to reschedule due to one of the maids “feeling sick” & then tell me they can’t reschedule for another 2 weeks. Terrible customer service.. very unprofessional. Will not be using them anymore.

They dont show up, they change the time. If you forgive them they do it again. This is the 4th time that they have not shown up or try to change the time on me. I firmly believe that they will take any client who is paying the best with the biggest house and put your appointment to the side whenever they want without even telling you and then show up at your house whenever they want to try to act like they were there. I just called to confirm my 2 oclock appointment for today this was the last chance that I had given them and the man said they had problems due to Covid. His daughter re-booked my appointment a few days ago. Never mentioned Covid. Lies all day long.

This cleaning service I have used for about 6 months. They have great cleaners but customer service is the worst that I experience. They often try to upcharge you by saying the cleaners need more time.The most recent time is when I had an appointment set for 1 pm on Saturday. This was a move out cleaning and I was meeting the new owners and wanted a cleaning before transferring ownership. The cleaners arrived at 12 pm. not sure why, and when I was not there, because our appointment was scheduled for 1 pm, left at 12:45. When I called to see if they were en route. The owner told me that because he called me at 12, one hour before our appointment. That he sent the cleaners to do another job. I was very disappointed in his service and his handling of not cleaning our home. I also was shocked that he offers no remedy! He did not say he would take ownership of the mistake and bring the cleaners back, or at the very minimum offer our family a free cleaning.If you need to find a cleaning company, keep looking. They are not a good solution long term.

I am very pleased with this company, because they are very responsive over the phone, confirms your appointment the day before. They did a great job cleaning a 3/2 home with in just 2 hours. Arrived on schedule time. Dusted vacuum and mopped floors. There were a few minor missed spots, but I am a very detailed person. Overall it was good quality for the two hours they were here.

Cleaning company started off on a right track. But after two cleanings it went downhill from there, multiple excuses changing my appointment time and not looking out for the customer

I booked an appointment for a move in clean. My apartment is only 850 sqft. They cleaned for 2 1/2 hours but when I came home only my floors were cleaned. They were supposed to clean out the drawers, dust, sanitize. None of my kitchen drawers were cleaned, my fans still had dust on all the blades and they did a really bad job sanitizing. I went to lay my daughter down and I noticed there were large chunks of BROKEN GLASS in her crib. I contacted the company to ask for a refund or have someone come back and clean again. I explained the broken glass (thank god I saw it) and I never got a response from the owner. It’s been two weeks. Do not use this company.

Second time Ive used the service and both times have been a wonderful experience. They ladies do a great job of cleaning and will focus on specific areas as well. The communication is great. I will continue to use them

I had their cleaning services for first time and Im pleased with scheduling and they arrived my house promptly on-time. The 2 girls that came to my house was really nice and did AMAZING job. They are punctual, professional, and also very detail-oriented and house is was PRETTY CLEAN. I sincerely recommend this company!!!

Wow reading the 1 star reviews makes me wonder if it’s the same company because the few times they’ve come to clean has been awesome. They’ve done an incredible job. I used to think I was good cleaner but then they come through and I’m like Oh so that’s how couch cushions are arranged. Oh that’s how a kitchen is supposed to look! Lol. They are kind and efficient and clean so well. I’ve had no problems. I only started using them during the end of my 3rd trimester but now the husband is on board for them to come bi-monthly!

The ladies were very nice. Did a great job. I would love to use them again for deep cleaning.

I just had their cleaning service this morning, at my home. I came back home to be completely SPEECHLESS!!!!! The two ladies did an AMAZING job !!!! The whole house was PERFECTLY CLEAN and they paid attention to every detail!!!This has been the best house cleaning service that I have ever utilized !!!!I will continue using them regularly.

They came the first time and quickly took inventory of everything I was hoping they would be able to cover. They paced their time well in order to finish up the main areas of the house and were pretty thorough. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Cleaning folks were on time and courteous. They did a decent job cleaning and cleaned what I listed for them to clean. Would like to try them again to get a better look at quality of work.

The cleaning team was scheduled to arrive at 2pm but were more than an hour late. I texted Ricardo at 2:56pm to advise him that the team hadnt arrived but did not get a response. There was no explanation given for the late arrival. That was only the beginning. This was by far, the worst cleaning service that I have ever received. I was not at home when they finished the job, so was very disappointed to find that the floors were not swept well, kitchen counters werent wiped clean, the few dishes that were in the sink were loaded into the dishwasher, and the dishwasher was never run. The furniture was not polished, television screens were untouched. The dresser mirrors were not cleaned, window sills werent touched. The bathrooms appeared to be clean (the house is generally well kept), but upon entering, it was evident that the shower walls were clearly not scrubbed. The house just wasnt thoroughly cleaned.While I was disappointed, I had hoped to speak with Ricardo and have someone come out to inspect the job and offer to actually clean the house the way it should have been cleaned. As such, I immediately sent him a text message describing the issue and attached pictures. He never responded. I called him the following day and he said that he would have to call me back because he had just returned home after 14 hours and didnt see the text. He promised to call me back but never called. I texted him two days later and he never responded. Its been nearly two weeks since I sent the text, so I decided to call him from another number. He answered. When he realized it was me, he hung up and hasnt returned my calls.This is beyond explanation. Im not sure how this company stays in business. They do not care about customer service and dont even feel like they have to address customer concerns. If you are considering this company, do yourself a favor and find another one. They arent even worth one star.

I purchased this cleaning service as a Groupon. What luck to find such a wonderful company! Our home had not been cleaned since before the holidays. These ladies are miracle workers. My husband & I are small business owners with 2 children. We have stuff everywhere! They maneuvered there way around our home with ease & grace. They left my home impeccable, fragrant & organized. I misunderstood the terms of my Groupon. The owner handled my questions & concerns with amazing professionalism. They are consummate professionals that exceeded my expectations for service & price. I found these folks through Groupon. I needed a really good cleaning after being away for several months. Maria and Rayanna did a fabulous job on my condo. They were quick and efficient. They didn’t just clean around things. They moved things and made sure counters and tabletops were spotless. My kitchen hasn’t been this clean since I moved in!

Fast and efficient...definitely use again!

They did not stay the time I paid for. Did not dust any furniture in any of the bedrooms. The vacuum they used made it look like they didn’t even vacuum. I called to complain that I got ripped out of 25 min of two people. That’s 50 minutes of time for one person I got screwed out of. The manager said oh ok I will check. Called me back to tell me I was wrong, they left to take the trash out and came back in. Really. That’s the kind of customer service you get. Stay away, and do not bother buying from Groupons because you will not get the time promised.

I originally purchased this service on groupon and went on to use the company 5 more times. On each occasion new people came to my house and i consistently attempted to select the same individuals who I felt did a good job. Each time I scheduled i made specific request and each time at least 1 person if not both was a new person. Most of the times they did a good job, almost all times they were prompt and even early. On my last time using this company the two girls showed up 10 minutes late (not a huge deal) neither spoke English. I called Ricardo immediately and told him i felt uncomfortable and wanted to reschedule. He told me they (the girls he sent this time) could call the girl Karen (who i requested) and speak to her in spanish. After talking to Ricardo by phone I agreed and then girls told me Karen no longer works there and they didn’t know how to contact her. They stayed and cleaned and we did our best to communicate with one another but their English was very limited and my Spanish is limited but manageable. The girls left streaks all over my floors and they were sticky when done. OVerall the girls were nice, but the job was not well done. I addressed it with Ricardo immediately and he failed to respond in any way to my complaint. Yesterday after 2 months he sent me a text asking if I Want to schedule another cleaning. he asked if everything ok at my last cleaning. When I brought up my complaints and even resent photo of floors with streaks all over them, he went silent again with not a single response. I would have continued to use the company if he had addressed my concern and made good on the experience. Instead he chose not to respond and avoid my concerns. Poor customer services. inconsistent quality.

Put away all your valuables as well as anything you use and like. As they will not be there when many of the girls leave

Never again. My house was already clean but needed a nice touch up so I got the 2 cleaners for 2hours expecting to come home to a fresh house and I was so unhappy with the service. My room was left in the same order I left it, they didn’t touch the kitchen or living room, dishes were still in the sink, fingerprints were all down my mirror and items ended up missing from my room. I wasn’t home during the service so I was charged before seeing the finished effort trusting this was a honorable company. I texted and called multiple times after arriving and got no answer. The following day I called multiple times asking to either have a cleaning crew return or have my money refunded and still got ignored and have yet to have anyone contact me back. As a business owner myself I think this company was extremely unprofessional and gave poor service. I have yet been able to get ahold of someone since.

I bought a Groupon and didnt even reached the cleaning part. The number that was in Groupon, a guy answered me, he was taking lunch but couldnt talk to me about details to set up a cleaning appointment, and he asked me to send him my info and Groupon coupon but he never called or texted back. The next day I tried calling him and he didnt answer or texted me at all. So I ended up trading the Groupon for a company that answers their customers.

We originally found Pinheiros Cleaning Services on Groupon. We purchased their deal, and we spoke to discuss the details of the cleaning. We were moving out of the home, so they stated that the Groupon isnt good towards a move out clean, and we would have to pay the difference in cost. We were accepting of that, and agreed on a price to cover the difference.However, the day of the cleaning two cleaners arrived and walked around the house. They told me they needed x amount of hours and needed to call their boss to get approval. One cleaner returned and wanted me to speak to her boss. He indicated that the cost to cover the difference was not the same (higher) than the company originally agreed to. And he blamed the original agreement on a previous employee who no longer works for him. He also rambled about how much money he loses by using Groupon, and wanted us to request a refund, and pay the cost of a move out cleaning comparable to the size of the house.Being that the house cleaning needed to happen that day, I agreed to pay the difference in cost so that the cleaners could get to work.An hour before their scheduled end, one cleaner asked that I speak to her boss again. He said the cleaners needed more time to get what we had asked completed. My issue is that he was asking for more compensation based on a poor estimate that his cleaners did upon arrival. I asked them multiple times at the start if they were sure and they responded that they would be ok. I did some of the cleaning myself to help them out, and told them I did not want to change the amount of time they had to finish what we agreed upon.After verifying another time with them, they stated they had enough time to finish the work we agreed to. I had an appointment, and head to leave the home and told them I would return later after they were gone. When I returned, I found that several of the things we agreed would be done were not touched (all kitchen cabinets, all window sills, all baseboards, etc.). I spent another two hours that night cleaning the areas they told me they would be able to complete.My review of the actual cleaning is that the cleaners did a very good job on what the did clean. Bathrooms and kitchen appliances looked great.Five out of five stars for the labor.As for the business owner, his business acumen, his professionalism, and cleaners ability to properly estimate their work, I rate Pinheiros Cleaning a one out of five. It isnt proper to blame an agreement your company makes on someone who no longer works for you and then not honor it. Learn to own the decisions your employees make, or get out of the business of running a business.

Floridas worst cleaning company. Schedule and just dont show up. After rescheduling and letting them know the day before that you wont be doing it anymore because you dont have any staff to work with! I have never seen such neglect and lack of professionalism !!!
