I am in the process of updating my home and I had never heard of this process, thankfully a friend hooked me up with Global Refinishing. This company is so awesome, from initially talking to or emailing Greta to Al coming and doing the work. I was amazed at how awesome the tiles in my shower came out. They were the original shower tiles from when our house was built in 1990. The tiles now look brand new!! We had an issue with our dog sneaking into the shower area when it was still wet before we closed the bathroom door to keep her out and she left paw prints on the floor of the newly refinished shower floor. I emailed Greta, and they were so gracious and understanding. Al came back and repaired the damage my dog had done, no problem!! I highly recommend this company and have been telling everyone I know about how wonderful this company is. Not only is the work outstanding, but they are the nicest people as well.

Greta in the office was very pleasant to deal with and Allen(?) showed up when he was supposed to. The tub and tile look brand new, and the non-slip treatment on the tub is perfect. Outstanding job!! I will definitely use them again.Update - used them again and once again, a perfect job. I highly recommend them!

Wow.We had Global come by to refinish a spa-style tub and two sinks that were a very deep blue. They initially quoted us for $500 (a very fair price) for the three items after sending some pictures. I dealt with a woman named Greta who was very friendly on the phone, and we set up an appointment within the week.A gentleman came by and even though the bathroom was much bigger than expected (there is a great deal of taping and covering counters to be done) they still honored the original quote and had everything done within 5 hours or so.The work was beautifully done. Everything looks amazing and, in fact, looks like we purchase brand new tubs and sinks!We couldnt be happier with their work and will definitely use them again if a situation calls for it
