I have lived in St. Andrews for about a year, and have worked closely with Gina, the leasing manager. I recently resigned my lease and I was relived that my rent increase was very minor. South Florida has had a huge rent spike since the pandemic began. Their starting prices are lower than a lot of other neighboring communities.The complex has two nice large pools, a fitness center, rooms you can rent out for large groups. The units have breakfast bars, in unit laundry, dishwashers and garbage disposals. There is also a service that comes and picks up trash from your door throughout the week, and the units are fairly soundproof from your neighbors. They are very good quality!The community is also welcoming to all demographics and circumstances. Lots of families, a mix of single people, younger couples, and older empty nesters as well. Its a very quiet, safe and friendly place for all, and is acrross the street from a strip mall with a grocery store, and a full mall and shopping center down the street. Highly recommend!

St Andrews is Amazing! I live here and I absolutely love it! These people at the leasing office are so sweet, professional and they really do care about the residents. They have been good to me and my family since day 1. This place is quiet,the neighborhood to me seems very safe and it’s kid friendly. The maintenance people are so quick and gets the job done. I have no complaints about this place. I would 100% recommend this place.

Our experience has been amazing at St.Andrews!Lynn was the sweetest and understood our urgency to move in and helped everything go smoothly! Everyone else at the leasing office was also very kind. Gina, the Assistant Community Director, the main person for all things related to the lease, has always been so responsive, accommodating, and remarkably pleasant to work with that Im writing this review mainly to express my thanks and commendation for her. Having said that, Ive lived here for close to two years now and in addition to Gina being so amazing to work with, the entire staff is very pleasant and responsive as well (it has to be under Ginas supervision or they wouldnt be able to be there).The property is quite safe and family oriented, they keep it clean and well maintained, and its in an incredibly good location with everything from the highway to the gym to the bank to the supermarket within yards.Being such a large complex with multiple buildings and plenty of open area outdoors, it barely even feels like apartment living.I couldnt be happier! I have rented my whole life and this is by far the best atmosphere and vibe, even though Ive paid considerably more elsewhere! I run a company and do millions in business and have high standards. Im too busy to write a review, but Gina and the rest warrant my making time.

I highly recommend living here. I lived there 1 year I only wished I could have stayed longer. Lynn and the team was very professional, maintenance was always quick and pleasing. Very safe, nice neighbors and beautiful swimming pools. 👍

My experiences of moving into my new apartment here at St Andrews Of Winston Park has been amazing so far!! From the very first day that I came to tour the property, to move-in day, which is today (May 3rd). My experience has been Phenomenal! Germania, has been my leasing agent and she has given me exceptional experience. Her warm hearted, genuine caring has helped to make me feel that I am at home. She understood the transition I am going through and has done everything in her power to.assist me.I really felt welcomed by Lynn this afternoon, as I had to wait a few moments for Germania to finish up with another resident.I’m looking forward to my new beginning here at St Andrews of Winston Park.😊

Rashad at the leasing office was awesome. I moved in same day, he helped me out in a time of need and we got it done quick. Then the first / second day I moved in I had a few issues around the apartment one which I needed solved quick. Maintenance came out that day, solved what he could and place an order immediately for what he couldnt. Awesome experience so far.

I worked closely with Michelle who gave me such a welcoming and great experience as I prepared to begin my journey here as a future residence.Anytime that I had a question or concern for her she would always follow back up with me.Michelle has been very polite and may I add pleasant during my entire process rather be a phone call or email. Maintenance Staff is always prompt and responsive to all requests. They make sure issues are resolved and always are professional.Just an extra note. Early each morning, one of the Maintenance Staff makes the rounds of the complex, on his golf cart, to check for debris and trash that might be on the lawn/parking lot areas all around the complex, cleaning up as he goes. I think his name is Dennis. He keeps this place beautiful! Thankful for the good job he does taking care of our beautiful grounds!

Love St Andrews location, the office staff is always willing to help, and the Property Manager always gets back to us when we need it.

I really like St Andrews. I drove by it for years. I shop at the Publix across the street from the place and its a block away from the Sawgrass expressway. When I went looking for a new place. I had to stop in because..Its right there! It looked so exclusive with the gates that I thought it was condominiums. My apartment is thee perfect size! My king size bed doesnt shrink my bedroom. the valet trash bins are the perfect size. The office staff has always made me feel at home. Lynn always reminds me to change my air filter and cut up my boxes. Michelle always takes a minute to say hello and wave. The assistant manager and manager have always went out of there way to let me know that they are always available to talk concerning this whole Covid crisis. They have been more than understanding. I know I made a good decision. I will renew

Well I moved out about a month ago already, been so busy, but i wanted to make sure to write a review, because living there i miss my neighbors and the office staff was like family. Lynn amazing customer service, professionally friendly and Gina Office Manager was so great in working with me when the pandemic started it was amazing how they treat their tenants. I mean what can i say great response to maintenance requests and emergency, they always welcome you with a friendly face. Premises are kept meticulous and so are the apartments, what they show you is what you will get. Not like some places they show the most beautiful apt and then give you a dump. Not here all apartments are kept beautifully. I miss it i have to say. I want to wish them the very best!

We came to see St Andrew apartments after we needed a place to live since a previous rental experience didnt go well and we had a small window of time to find a new place. We meet with Lynn, talked to her, tour an apartment, and applied the same day. Now, we moved in this week and out experience was an easy, fast, and we are now happy with our apartment. Thank you office staff specially Lynn!

Since I’ve moved in there’s been roaches and the exterminator ain’t do his job and we still have them and it’s disgusting to go to the bathroom and see them on your toilet and in the tub and also in the kitchens and rooms. I was excited to move here but the roaches are unacceptable and it’s really upsetting me especially since I have a roach phobia. Oh and also when I moved in here everything wasn’t brand new and it looked like they didn’t even come fix it before we moved in which is really upsetting.

I have lived here a long time, 8-9 years. The apartments are older but the lay out is great. The people in the office are polite and attend to my needs well. As for the maintenance department They are superior in service, kind courteous and very through in their work. They have a strong work ethic, especially Manny, Marcos and their leader Dennis. By the main office is open. Then you go at 2 pm on Saturday and can’t get in. Forget about the other gym at the other pool which is periodically closed since March...Let me add how they passed out a flyer or email during the beginning of the pandemic basically stating we understand there is a pandemic and people are still affected but you received a stimulus so I’m assuming the insinuation was to use the stimulus payment to pay the rent. Good thing they passed the temporary bill to not penalize those who can’t pay rent.That’s pretty low if you ask me

So this is a tricky time with covid and not being able to see the apartment before moving in was hard for me and my husband but Lynn made sure everything went smooth! There were a few cosmetic issues that we had when we received the keys in the morning. By the time we came back in the afternoon they were all fixed! Great and fast service! It put the biggest smile on my face when I saw they fixed everything that day like Lynn said they would. We are expecting our first child and this process just went so smooth! Lynn you are amazing! Thank you guys we are looking forward to raising our family in our new home!

I’ve lived at St Andrews for a year since 2019 and the experience has been great. The location is beautiful and the office and maintenance team is quick to respond and fix any issues. Very nice people, always trying to please everyone, unfortunately not all Residents follow rules, the office has great communication with Residents always sending emails with updates (gates, garbage, smoking, etc. )

I have been living in these apartments for 4 months now. They started off great. Very nice people, maintainence always responsive and just overall welcoming community. Now, everything is falling apart in the apartment because we are noticing that it was all fixed with bandaids prior to us moving in, gates have never worked, now there is constant issues with the cards for the gym and gates. Their system is always down. They continuously complain about little things that we do. They expect a townhouse of 6 people to only have one small garbage bag every other day, they complain when anything is on the the grass, or lack there of, cause it is actually dirt, people walk their dogs without leashes and no one cares or says anythin. Cannot even leaves kids toys outside. With all of these problems they have, they still want their rent on time though. This place is terrible. Do yourself a favor and pay a little extra for a better kept complex!

Maintenance work order was fulfilled from one day to the next!St. Andrews is located in an excellent neighborhood, with good schools, and close to everything! My building is clean with friendly neighbors and the staff in the leasing office are always pleasant. My biggest issue is the dumpsters. My building is located near the recycling dumpsters, which seem to get over flowing with waste and garbage over the weekend, every weekend. Sometimes the garbage falls on roadway obstructing the pathway for vehicles to get by. I have personally had to get out of my car and move garbage out of the way. The overflowing garbage is not esthetically appealing and I am sometimes embarrassed when I have guests over and they have to see that mess. Perhaps management can figure something out to resolve this issue.

I just moved in 01/15 , and things have been great some things I didn’t like or needed fixing maintenance and lynn made sure I was good ty so much!! Ilove it!!!

After nearly a year here, I have completely changed my mind about this place I would give it zero stars if I could. They increased the rent at a ridiculous high rate because this place is not worth what they are asking for and I guess a lot of my neighbors agree because they have moved out. They dont negotiate the rent at all here so you accept the increase or move out and if anyone is on housing do not come here because its a waste of money and time that you can never get back. The area is really nice and the park nearby is great but even thats not worth the money moving in here. The only good thing I can say about this place is that the staff is very nice and professional at least the ones that I met but I cant wait to get out of here.

Trying to move during Covid is a huge hassle. It’s been hard to contact other properties and get as much information as possible. However Lynn Taliaferro was a true professional and a guide during this crazy time. She is so knowledgeable and professional and has made our search so much easier, Such a great asset to your team !

Good place, good area, good neighborhood, but maintenance is terrible, in two months my air conditioning stopped 5 times, and they never fix 100%, always for a different reason! RENTAL $ 1,700, and every 2/3 weeks having a problem with air conditioning! Today, October 26, another problem in the A / C, leaking!

Lynn helped me out big time. I had to be out of my place at the end of the month and she had me in here by the end of the month what an amazing job she did. the apartment looks great. Even though I havent seen it yet it was much more of a surprise to me. Considering I didnt do a walk-through tour do to covid-19 I absolutely love this place right now I cant complain thank you Lynn

Place needs an upgrade. Older community. Rents are in line with S. Florida BUT I still think its a poor value. Could be so much more here if cleaned up. Playground area looks like its in the projects.

They really do a great job with the up keep of the property. More importantly, they actually care! Having the town put a street light up Im sure was not an easy feat. It shows how dedicated they are to our happiness and safety. Love that the entire property is smoke free. Whenever I submit a maintenance request, someone arrives within 30 minutes!

I was looking for about 2 months until I saw St. Andrews pop up on my apartment list app. I carefully read the online reviews and browsed through the photos. Not only is the place more beautiful in person but theres so much around and nearby that I didnt even know was there. The units were exactly as shown on the website but what really sold me on moving here was my leasing specialist Lynn Taliaferro. The area was comfortable but if it werent for Lynn making me feel at home and always being helpful I wouldnt have made a deposit that same day I came to view units.

I’ve been living in saint andrews for a little over two years. It was great at first than we started having mold issues and maintenance refuses to do anything about it. Mold is constantly all over my clothes and it’s also up and down the walls I have many pictures to prove it but the leasing office does not care. Security is also not very good as well the gates always open and I had all four of my Rims taken off my car in the parking lot. Safe to say I’ll never live here again after paying 1800 a month to stay in a moldy apartment.

Very nice apt. complex. The company keeps the grounds very neat and tidy at all times. Stunning pool areas with lush plants, flowers and palms throughout. Great area for family fun in the sun! Plus many other great amenities . The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Just for informational purposes: For safety and comfortability, no more than 4 people can occupy a residence. For the price, our unit is not very updated in the apartment. But we love the new management and all the changes they are making. They have been working to update the safety of our community and I love that. The office staff are helpful and kind. Weve lived here over a year now and havent had any issues with other residents. The windows definitely all need updating and our sliding glass door as it lets tons of heat in and we can hear everything outside. Id recommend you to live here.

I was really impressed with the staff at St. Andrews - I was greeted with a smile and a handshake which didnt happen at any of the other properties I had visited. The property looked great and I was really excited to hear about some of the changes in the works. I stopped a resident on my tour and asked them how they liked living there and they told me it was the best place they have ever lived... When all was said and done it was a really easy decision for my wife and I to decide that we will be renting here for our next move in December.

Staff especially Gina have been exceptionally great! All maintenance requests are handled at a very fast and efficient pace. They have been making many upgrades to make a better tenant living experience. I would recommend St Andrews at Winston Park to anyone who is looking for a safe and beautiful place to live.

Situation not resolved first time and became worst, 2nd time out at least have a working portable AC unit. NOT SURE HOW LONG OR WHEN AC WILL BE REPAIRED

I love st Andrews!! At first, I was nervous because (my first apt search,was horrible) ,but when I came to the leasing office, everyone was friendly and very attentive.. I made the choice to make St Andrews my home,and I must say I love it!! Everyone is friendly, maintenance stays on point with everything and trash valet stays on point!! No roaches or other pest.. Ive been here since August 2018.. love it so far ❤️❤️❤️.. office staff will always have you laughing and smiling!! spacious 1/1 and great views!! No noise and everything is close by

Ive loved St. Andrews at Winston Park Apartments since the day before I moved in 1.5 years ago. The office staff makes me feel welcome, valued, and that they care. Dennis and the maintenance team respond to all maintenance requests in a timely manor. I love the location of the complex. Its easy to go anywhere in S FL from here. The grounds are usually well kept. They recently painted the buildings and are installing new lighting.My only major complaints would be the amount of garbage thrown in the recycling bins (I wish there was a way to educate the others who live here better and also that the valet garbage included recycling), the gates for the North side of the complex have been out of order more than theyve worked, and Smokers dont pay attention to the NO SMOKING rule.Im looking forward to living many years here!

I have known Gina for a very long time. She is very caring and does her best to please me. i hope she continues to stay at St. Andrews. She is very prompt and always there when I need her. I have been a resident here for 20 years and she is by far my favorite one. The service members are always help and efficient with my service request and try their best residents.

Ive live in this community going on 7 years and weve had different management groups.This new group is the best. Theyve been around for the last three and made several improvements and updates to the community.The management cares about the standards of living and comforts of the residents too.This last few months were made difficult by an unruly elderly neighbor and they continued to try to make efforts to be fair to everyone.It was resolved by me agreeing to move to a larger unit for no additional costs other than my deposit which was very fair.Since I had little notice they worked with me on the cleaning costs for me moving out too.The grounds are clean and properly maintained and the walls are not thin so I dont hear whats going on at my neighbors.I highly recommend this communityThings happen sometimes that are out of our control and its the way the business responds that makes or breaks the customer experience.I will be here for a few more years

Convenient location easy to get to great shopping, schools,and entertainment.and public transportation. However the complex has a crime problems in the past. Its being painted. Grounds are kept up. VERY PET FRIENDLY. Lots of kids. Lots of parking. Good recycling area.

Aileen ans Ashley were both fantastic. They were extremely helpful and kind every step of the way. From the moment I stepped into the building I felt at home. I was given a great tour of the entire complex and knew I had found the right place. I love St. Andrews at Winston Park. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Ive only needed one maintenance call and it was answered very promptly. The only thing I want improved is a hot tub added! Keep that in mind for future renovations!

The property mgmt company is or does whatever they want. They make up rules as they go. Very rude and untrustworthy people. I rented an apt. there & was told that I was getting such & such model apt. the exact bldg #, floor, exposure and was completely lied to. I was not even given an apology or compromise, straight denial. My advice: read carefully, ask questions, lots and do not sign, initial, give $ ANYTHING unless u completely agree! Not worth the headaches or illness itll cause you...mold issues, water damage, bed bugs, failed inspections, etc.

This place has a mold problem! The unit that I currently live in has a mold issue that we have no control over. We reach out to the leasing office to take care of the mold problem and all they did was spray paint mess around our air vents. We have reported this issue MULTIPLE times and they have YET to resolve it. We have furniture and other items that we keep having to clean more often than normal because of how bad this issue has gotten. This is a VERY important service request in my opinion taken too lightly.

Ive been living at St Andrews for almost 2 year. The staff is amazing, theyre very friendly and always trying to help me and my husband. The maintenance staff try to keep all the areas cleaned all the time, even with some residents not being so polite and cleaning up after their pets, which would help a lot the maintenance people if they could do a favor to their neighbors. I love the new dog park, so much bigger, beautiful benches, great place to be with your dogs when you dont have a backyard.

Lived here previously and was warmly welcome by Gina who had previously recognized us. We really enjoyed living here the first time and decided to return. Lynn was amazing and very friendly and provided expedited service for us. Would definitely recommend Saint Andrews to others :)

I have lived here for a year and a half. I have moved around since I was kid many times and honestly no place is perfect unless you buy your own place. For me living here has been the best place I have ever lived in. I grew up in a low income area and built myself up with hard work and education. I feel safe in my neighborhood and the area is kept clean. My apartment is well taken care of and my neighbors are great. I enjoy going to the pool with my kids. The office staff is amazing! The only negative thing I can really say is that there are some disgusting people that live here who were not house trained by their parents and blame the office for it. The trash pick service is the best! I have 2 little ones and all I have to do is put my bag outside my front door at night and they pick it up. For those who say it sucks maybe you should put out your trash on the proper days . Other than that I am blessed to live here and love my apartment. It is MY HOME while I live in it and I take care of it as so.

I have been living there for 5 months now and I am certainly looking forward to leaving when this lease is up. First off NO ONE EVER answers the phone when you call the office, and I do mean no one. That is not an exaggeration but you always have to leave a message. They will call you back but it will more than likely be the next day, so your best bet is to go in. Let me tell you the main thing that turns me off with this place....the ROACHES!! Yes I said roaches, I am in no way shape or form a nasty individual but this place will make any guest of yours think differently. When I moved it I did notice a few dead ones laying around and that should have been my first sign but I just assumed its because that unit wasnt lived in for a while prior to me getting there and figured since it was dead that means pest control must be working. Now that I have moved in and starting living there roaches are still in the cabinets and drawers in the kitchen. The kitchen is full white so they are easy to see. I have lived in many communities and even some with worst conditions that this and I have NEVER ran across so many roaches, it’s really disheartening because I do like the community. On the side of the community where I am the area is pretty quiet, the one thing I do like very much is how the walls are solid, meaning what goes on in your neighbor’s apartment you do not hear which is a major plus for me. Anyhow the roaches are running me out of this place but it really is a decent community that I really liked when I looked. Hope this is helpful for someone.

I’ve been living here for 5 years now and the staff is always professional and kind and always put the tenants need first. Gina and Pilar are amazing they genuinely care for their tenants. Also Lynn is awesome she definitely went the extra mile with any situation. Moving due to work but will definitely come back

St. Andrews is a great place to live the customer service is amazing. They respond quick. The staff and management is unbelievable. Jae is my go to. He is punctual and extremely hospitable. One more thing to add, His DRESS CODE IS 🔥🔥🔥🔥 !!!!

Been here about three years! The office staff is super nice and accommodating! Place is clean and Neighbor’s are good! The pool is resort style and gorgeous! You won’t regret moving here!

Recently moved here with my son. Extremely kid friendly. Love my neighbors. The entire complex is very community oriented. Whether it be food trucks or ice cream etc. Will most definitely be sticking around.

***Update***This community has NO Hurricane shutters or hurricane proof windows! They emailed residents at 9pm the night before Mathew is to hit and stated we can put up our own plywood at our expense. To top that off, they said trash pickup is not coming and now all the dumpsters are overflowing with garbage and debris. None of this is safe or secure and no one is doing anything about this! Took photos in case this caused damage to my car.******Lived here less than 6 months and had 10 service requests. Everything is an issue. Been without a washer machine for a week now. They told me it was fixed Friday, but it wasnt. No one would come back out on Saturday. Sunday maintenance doesnt work. Office told me Monday. Monday came & went and not even a phone call. Went to the office Monday after work, they told me everyone left so call the emergency number. On call guy told me this is not an emergency so he is not coming but they will call me 1st thing Tuesday. Its Tuesday now, 11:30 am and still nothing. I suppose this community is expecting my kids & I do wear dirty clothes? Or go to the Laundromat? For the amount of money I spend on my 3 bedroom, this is unacceptable.

This is my first time having my own place. As anyone was or would be, I was nervous and skeptical at first. That all changed from the moment I walked in to the office. I knew I would happily call this place home. One of their top assets David Rodriguez did everything ideally and timely. I moved in less then one week after acquiring about it!The apartment is clean and all utilities work properly. The neighborhood is also very lively which totally translates to a productive lifestyle.Over all, Kerrie Escobar and her team have done an exceptional job at keeping this the best neighborhood in Coconut Creek.

Best place to live, if you have a family. Great environment and friendly staff at the leasing office, they will go the extra mile to accommodate you with things you need. It’s perfectly located across from Publix and down the street from the promenade.

Ive been a resident here for a little over a year and every month there has been an issue. Here are some of the issues:The pipes broke in one of the bathrooms and it practically flooded one of the bedrooms. I called maintenance about five times and they finally came almost 45 minutes later. It was too late by then to turn off water. There was water everywhere. Of course, the leasing office couldnt reduce my rent or help in anyway, they only sent out someone to dry up all the water.Just two days ago, my neighbors water heater broke and there entire unit flooded. There was so much water the outside coordior was flooded too. I couldnt even shower because they turned off the water for hours to help solve the issue.The apartments are very, very old yet very expensive and they all need to be updated. Everything needs to be updated, in fact. The bathrooms, kitchen, walls and everything in between is need of replacement.Security is an issue and there have been some break-ins in the units, which is a high cause of concern.In my building alone, the fire alarm has went off on and off without notice at least three times causing us to suddenly evacuate from the building. This is the worst!!!! The noise level is beyond belief.My AC was frozen at least three times and just suddenly stopped working. I asked it they could be proactive and get it replaced, but they dont unless its too late.I dont even want to talk about the stupid water and trash back bill from a year ago that Im forced to pay! Ridiculous!!!!The leasing office never answers the phone. Theres a revolving door and you dont see the same leasing person twice. The ladies there are nice, but appear to be very busy with dealing with new people moving in. As many as 10 new people move in every month.I can go on and on... but the bottom line is dont believe those 5 star ratings!!! They are lies!!! Im living here and know the real issues. I think the worse part is really the high cost of rent and the very poor upkeep that never happens. Im really disappointed and wished things were a lot better in so many ways.
