Our trash bin was stolen from our beach property, which we visit once to twice/month. Cindy, the representative helping me to get the replacement, was extremely attentive and helpful and made the interaction a refreshing one all along( even when I called almost at closing time ). She advised me the bin would be replaced and delivered the next day as it was the routes day to go. She even suggested steps we could potentially take in the future if this happened again. Very happy with service!

Pick up is on Tuesday and Friday. Last Friday no pick up and yesterday Tuesday no show for pick up. Garbage is piling up. Called it rang 5 times then went to a busy signal. Our whole block is leaving trash on side of road. City might come by pick it up they said if waste pro cant come out.

Customer service is always an A+ with waste pro. I have lived in Melbourne beach for a long time and have dealt with other businesses before. If I as the Town or when a homeowner calls my office with a problem. Dan Robson and his crew are always willing to take care of it! and timely, I might add. Just today I called in a special Clam Truck pick up for somebrush the Town Public Works is clearing, their response: ETA 30 mins I could go on and on about their Kudos! Highly Recommended.
