Avoid this place as the plague. I filed my taxes last year at the Melbourne location. The tax preparer lacked sufficient knowledge to fill out the tax forms.The tax preparer ended up calling the Cocoa office who filled out my taxes via phone. The same had an error which cost me a lot of time and headaches to resolve. I had to fill out a tax ammendment by myself and reissue my tax form. These tax preparers even had the audacity of of sending my 1040 electronically without the required W-2, instead they chose to send the 1040 just with my last paystubs. Final results of all this ordeal.1. 1040X was filled out by myself to avoid anymore interaction with these people.2. Even after showing proof that I corrected the 1040 by myself to the IRS Super Tax still recieved payment for there even after committing fraud by sending my 1040 with just my paystubs.3.Incomplete and rushed service.4. Do yourself a favor and avoid them even with there little flyers promoting free TVs, all lies.5. 0 stars.

I DONT CARE WHAT ANYONE SAYS THIS COMPANY IS THE TRUTH ! THEY PICKED ME AND MY FAMILY UP SO WE CAN FILE THEN DELIVERED MY MONEY IN MY HAND .NON OF THAT RUN AROUND I ALWAYS GET FROM OTHER COMPANYS I CANT WAIT TO FILE AGAIN!
