This is the 3rd time Ive had Coastal pump my system. Different crew each time and every time they were good, professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions. They took care of my property, and did not park on my paver driveway ( something a competitor wanted to do..) They went to the extra effort to run the long hose. The office staff (Tanna) was great too. Septic tanks need to be maintained and you can bet Ill continue to use Coastal as my go to company.

Coastal installed my system. Ive dealt with several septic companies in Brevard. Coastal got it done without drama. Good crew.

They charged us $150 for a lousy job locating our septic a couple years ago, then charged us $150 to come out today to do nothing because that couldnt find it this time. Its a tight knit neighborhood around here, well definitely share the experience with neighbors. EDIT: Your driver said we probably wouldnt be charged, but we were. Also, its not a forest, its a bush and there was no concrete. Weve found our septic, which you couldnt do on either visit. Weve also found another septic service.

I am very happy with Coastal Septic and highly recommend them. I have a very big yard with many large trees, cypress roots and a narrow winding stamped concrete driveway that trucks cannot access to reach the large tanks in my back yard. Coastal had no trouble handling this big job, they were very knowledgeable, professional and polite. They even gave me a veterans discount and they didnt have to. I will definitely use them again. I would highly recommend this company.Everyone from the receptionist to the workers are more than polite and helpful. They took the time to explain every detail of my problem and gave me recommendations for upkeep. Their prices are also alot more seasonable than other companys in the area!!

They’re not a good septic company. They ripped my grandfather off. I already know the owner is gonna respond with “I’m lying” or she’ll have an excuse but the truth is their a terrible company and their trying to take your money. Choose anyone but them. Spread the word.

I have used this company in the past and they are always responsive, knowledgeable and the crew they send always goes above and beyond as they did today when the serviced my septic system.

Everything about the company was extremely professional. The initial excellent customer service from Rhonda when I called in let me know all of the potential costs, time frames, etc. The response time from call to pump out was very good as well--in fact, they were able to move me earlier due to a cancellation. Pete and Brian arrived and were extremely courteous, conscientious and knowledgeable. They quickly located my tank, probed and showed me where my drain field was and efficiently provided a much needed pump out. Pete and Brian also had us flush toilets and run water out of the washer (previously caused a toilet to overflow) to ensure all was working properly. I highly recommend this company!

Called to get service this morning and seemed to me like they didn’t want the task of doing the job. The lady Ronda was rude. Horrible customer service and for that I do not recommend. Below of being called ignorant is also very unprofessional and wonder why I said horrible customer service

Still waiting on a 1250 gallon tank.

Terrible service, overbilled rude. I complained about large ruts in the lawn. (although the tank was only 10 feet from the driveway) broke irrigation lines and sprinkler heads. Left exposed wires on alarm post. Poor workmanship does not return calls.

Im leaving 4 stars instead of 5 because I didnt actually use them so I cant say anything about their quality of work. But I was having a bit of an emergency and called because they came very highly recommended. It just so happened they were booked for almost a week and I needed somebody right away. The lady I spoke to kindly recommended a couple of other companies and even gave me their phone numbers to make it easier for me. I ended up with a different company because all were booked but I so appreciated her effort. She did offer to call immediately if there were any cancellations. I would call them again in the future if I couldnt use the company I did for whatever reason.

Actually our service was a couple years ago when we bought our home, but just wanted to say that Rhonda was really helpful and professional and the men who did the pump out were respectful and qualified.

Terrible first experience with there service department! Never explained payment prior to starting the job. Poor communication delayed other projects I had scheduled around my home. In addition, I called around and found much better pricing for inspection of my septic service from the $750.00 they wanted to charge me. Read other reviews on this company and stay away.

The staff were able to get us out of 💩 Creek. We had a septic back up and they fit us in the next day. Chris was the tech and his helper were professional and thorough. Great company!

Since this company switched to new owners I do have to say they do a great job. Explains anything you ask. The guys were great. Good job ! And very happy.

Never use coastal septic.I used them to pump out my septic 2 weeks ago.In no time (couple of days)it was backwashing. Sewage..Ieaked back out.After they told me my drain fiels were fine.They said I have to pay full price to have it pumped again.And over the phone they told me I needed a new tank.Had another company look at it.Coastal never replaced the filter.And if they did it was the wrong filter.The pipe the filter was in was just floating around aling with the pipe.I was told the gas must have erupted in the tank or it was a root.There are no trees anywhere near it.We got the right filter.It started draining right awayThey have a thousand excuses why its not their fault.They are just greedy.I will be reporting them to BBB.Used them in 12 and they lost my paper work.Should never Have gone back.If I could give 0 stars I would.Find a more reliable company..

As a contractor that has worked with home owner over the last 37 years I have also had the opportunity to work with a number of companies that also work with residential home owners. Recently had my septic tank pumped out. Called Coastal Septic Service and discussed some issues from 9 years ago. Found out now under new management. So decided to work with them. Set my appointment and as agreed they gave me a heads up as to what time they would be at the house. Right on time. I met Phil and Chris. As a contractor I watch the service people who work on my property and if it is some thing im not well versed in. (Although I did do a little research on line.) However I still asked a lot of questions and got sound informative answers from both Phil and Chris. Also was given tips on how to make the job easier in the future. I had already dug out the holes for both section of the tank and they were nice enough to rake it back in when done. Less work for me. Also the office girls both Donna and Kim. were very helpful. I wanted a PDF of the final billing and they were kind enough to E mail me a copy.As a home owner you should always check on the contractors that work on your home. As for me based on the service I received from the new owners at Coastal Septic Service, yes I would most certainly use them again. Thank You, Kim, Donna, Phil and Chris.

A wonderful experience - they came within three hours for an emergency pump out !! Very reasonable price ! I recommend them !

Worst experience with this company and I have used several septic companies but never this one again. They came to pump my tank when in 1 year the septic backed up and they would not come out and pump it nor refund my money and hung up on me. I had to contact a 2nd company and found out this was a 2 tank system (Coastal said it was 1 tank) and the original seal was never broken (10 year old home at the time). Beware of this horrible company.

This company makes their employees sign a waiver of any unemployment benefits within the first 90 days. This company (specifically the manager Ki##erly) has been known to violate privacy rights of potential and current employees.The manager (Ki##erly) is absolutely unprofessional when things dont go her way and has been known to use tactics for provoking verbal confrontations with employees and customers.Needless to say this company has a bad apple rotting the rest of the batch.

Buyers Beware! Coastal replaced our septic system this July, and in the process, dug up and removed part of our sprinkler system, rendering the entire system useless. Their response was “we aren’t responsible for damages.” Total disregard for our property and offered no recourse to correct the issue. Find a different company, this one just doesn’t care.

Horrible company I dug up the tank lid broke the seal the tech came out and pumped I asked why they didnt backflush to get the sludge out. HE replied their company dies not backflush against their policy. Now a year later having to dig it back up after checking the maintenance hole and its full already so I will never use them again. Thanks Coastal you guys are horrible!!!!
