Amazing folks. I called them a couple weeks before Christmas to ask about details and options for their heavy duty hitch mounted rod holder. I ended up ordering one with some customizations. Ginger was very helpful and responsive via phone and email. The custom, US built rod holder arrived a little over a week later! It looks great, is beautifully made, and seems rugged and ready to work. The folks at Plattinum provide all the service, quality, and value that I look for.
