I think these txt messages say it all ( see txt messages from the owner sent to us today attached). When Kelvin was cutting lawn by himself it was fine but with new help it really went down the hill. He used to come every Tuesday now he skips weeks, as a result grass is so tall. I will definitely be letting all people I referred him to know that he after not showing up this week and last week, he just texted me saying find another company. That’s extreme! Can’t argue with a screen shots, sir.
