I am so thrilled with the new setting from Klines for my old diamond solitaire, completed all in one day! The ladies who helped me were absolutely wonderful. Pics dont do it justice, it sparkles! I moved from Cocoa to North Carolina and 2.5 years later still sending my jewelry to Klines. . Yup dont trust anyone but Klines. They have always done better than a 10!!! Thank you so much Klines for fixing my Big Al braclet... Its awesome and appreciate you all more than I can say ❣❣❣

Ordered a custom made moissanite engagement ring from Klines and the entire staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. Megan helped me search through books (which took at least a couple hours to pour over) and she never complained once and was happy to help me narrow down what my taste was. She called to check the pricing on a few various rings, we made a decision, and within a couple weeks our ring was in!I absolutely love it! And I was searching all over for somewhere reputable to get a moissanite ring of this quality. Great price and great selection.For anyone who thinks they are pricey (per the below comments), keep in mind this is a FAMILY OWNED business, meaning they dont have all the perks of a giant chain jewelry store. But in return, you get no pressure from behind the counter, stellar customer service, and a great selection of jewelry. We have dealt with Klines jewelry for 25 years or more and as far as we are concerned they are the best.I wanted a beautiful bracelet they had but the stone was not the correct one for her birthday, no problem they found the correct stone at the similar value and changed it out for me.They have always gone above and beyond to get us what we like, cant say enough good things about this store.

I love Klines Jewelers! My family has been going here since I was a kid to get all our jewelry. They also will clean your jewelry for free! I have my wedding band custom to how I wanted it and without any hesitation from them it was something easy to do! I would highly recommend them.

Kline’s is my only choice for buying or selling my jewelry, and I’ve done my research. They are the fairest jewelers to be found on the Space Coast, if not anywhere. As a bonus, they are so sweet and kind, and their store is always sparkly clean and smells delicious! Last time I was there they were using and selling the most fabulous scented candles I’ve ever used..again...at the fairest price I’ve ever seen for such quality. Kline’s is a rare gem in the industry. I’m proud to recommend them highly.

A great local company to do business with. They have a huge line of beautiful jewelry. I have both purchased and had jewelry altered at Klines. They know their stuff and costs are very reasonable.

I will NEVER, repeat NEVER step foot in this shop again. They want to rip people off. Being someone who worked in the pawn business for over 6 years I know my jewelry and worth. I have a 2piece 11/2 ct square with a 1/2 band, and the other ring is also 1/2 ct and you said 300.. NO I paid almost 2700 for them. NEVER AGAIN. Sorry but this is not good business. Especially when know what you ate going to do.... 👎👎👎👎

New to area saw this family owned jewel store since I need some work done to wedding rings. Repair person couldnt/wouldnt come out from behind the magic curtain and bother to speak with me. Guess Ill go somewhere else.

I visited Klines Jewelry in the summer of 2014 to have an engagement ring appraised. They are a very classy establishment. The associates were very professional and nothing friendly with me. Their prices are a little on the high side. That being said, they offer a wide selection of quality jewelry and they seem to offer a selection that you might not find elsewhere. Very nice establishment.

Staff was very nice and friendly but not to informative on my gem stone they ended up just playing middle man to someone behind the curtain that wouldnt talk to me directly and didnt seem to Know much about the areas industry to help me in my pursuit, so much for space coast largest jewelry dealer and family owned for 34 years. Very let down after a 46 minute drive
