This review is long over due. I apologize for that. Back in May, 2021, I called to have my patio sliding glass doors repaired. The rollers had to be replaced. I cant be happier with the way they fixed my doors. Office staff was very professional and set up a service date as soon as possible. The repair men were friendly, professional and fixed the doors in record time. They cleaned up after they were finished. Cost was reasonable. I am one happy home owner. Thank you Smooth Coast.

Tim and his helper worked on two sliding glass doors in our Suntree home today. These guys deserve commendation. We have never had a contractor treat our home with such respect. They were detailed, thorough, respectful and considerate. They went above and beyond to make sure every piece of my doors were repaired and that they worked perfectly when they left. I am an ultra satisfied customer. My sliding glass door was so hard to open, took two hands and a lot of muscle, but no more, you can open the door with one finger and it glides effortlessly. Tim and his partner arrived on time, evaluated what needed to be done, shared the cost which was reasonable, had everything to complete the repair right then and there, tested everything to make sure it fit and worked perfectly, and cleaned everything up. Highly recommend!

These guys are awesome. From the young lady who called to set up the appointment to the estimator to the repairmen ...... they could not have been nicer or more professional. We had to change the appointment twice and they decided to work on Saturday to fit us in. They arrived on time, had all the parts they needed and promptly went to work. It took three of them and they worked together so well that I told them the needed to teach a class in teamwork. And they fixed the doors! And these are not just regular sliders. They are a 40 year old set of 5’x 8’ doors that were saturated with salt! We had prepared ourselves to replace the doors but wanted to wait a year because they were so expensive. They saved us $8000 (because they are special ordered and will not fit in the elevator). We recommend Smooth Coast for any repairs to your sliders. They really know what they are doing and are passionate about it.

This was a great job done well on a 23 year old 8 foot slider that had become nonfunctional. The door now runs better than it did when new. These fellows know what they are doing!

My salt encrusted oceanfront sliders were almost impossible to move. They came on time and did a fabulous job at the price they quoted. They were neat and professional. Recommend them highly.

WoW. Tim and John did a great job. In and out in 1.5 hours. It’s like having a new door. They replaced the rollers and do a layover track to make it smoothhhh. And our door is old and has untempered glass. Call now. It does take A few days to get on the schedule. Awesome ThankYou.

CALL SMOOTH COAST!!!... We Highly recommend this company if you ever need your sliders repaired!... We have 8 foot sliders that were loud, skipping, and hard to open (As well as misaligned letting heat in and a/c out) and now we cant even tell when someone is opening the very quiet and smoothly sliding door!... I called them on a Tuesday and asked when the next available appt. was, and Zia (Hope I spelled that right) the girl in the office, (Who was extremely kind and courteous as well) informed me she didnt have any openings on the schedule for at least another week or so... I sighed and said we really couldnt wait that long due to a party we were having that coming w/e and she told me she would see what she could do and call me back shortly... She called back and had us scheduled for Thursday!!... The Technicians Dan and Tim arrived on time (something you dont see a lot of anymore) and were some of the most Professional, Courteous, and Extremely Personable technicians we have ever met!... They are both team players who anyone can plainly see work very well together AND even cleaned up every ounce of their workspace! (My advice to the owner... Give them a raise and do what ever you have to in order to keep these guys around!!)... To sum this up Ill say,... From start to finish the entire experience with Smooth Coast Sliding Glass Door Repair was pleasurable and went very Smoothly and the price was very reasonable for the amount of time, parts and labor, they actually put into this particular job!...
