I recently moved here to Florida from CT. Was on the search for a while for a reliable place to get work done that I can’t do myself since I do not own a press anymore and I’m really picky. I saw that this place had amazing reviews so I decided to take in my wheel bearings and control arms to get pressed out/in.Mind you the spindles and ca’s where off the vehicle. I provided my own new parts as well. Job couldn’t be any easier.Well in my opinion it was a bit overpriced for the quality work I got in return. I got one wheel bearing done correctly and the other one (drivers side) wasn’t pressed in all the way. I’m glad I’m a mechanic and spotted the error as I started installing the parts back into my car since they didn’t notice. I cannot stress enough on how DANGEROUS it can be if a wheel bearing is not done correctly. I am expecting and the fact that I could of gotten in a horrible accident makes me cringe.I felt as if this was something they should fix so I took it back the next morning and they did fix it yet their demeanor changed and weren’t as friendly. I would not recommend getting wheel bearings done here especially if you don’t know about cars.Edit: turns out the bearing they messed up on still has play. Seems like it’s damaged at this point.

This was my first visit to Franks and it couldnt have been better. Im a person who dreads getting work done on a car, so this was a very pleasant surprise. 4 new tires, plus replacing my belts, and they squeezed me in an hour before closing which was beyond generous.What was really interesting though, is that 10 or so employees and maybe 20 or 30 customers were interacting continuously in an urgent but harmonious environment. Like a busy family gathering where the food is getting ready. I spoke a few minutes with Frank and I think that the open and friendly atmosphere must come from his personal leadership style. I highly recommend this business.

Ive been going to Franks for 6 yrs now and have built a great relationship with everyone who works there, especially Big Frank (hes a giant teddy bear, really the kindest man youll meet) and Vito. I respect this shop because they care about quality service and their prices are amazing. Ive had 3 different cars with various issues in the past and Ive only let them touch my cars I totaled one and then sold one) but from an oil change to new tires (best tire prices around) to something serious Id only go here. Everyone there who works there every single one of them are amazing. Great environment with people who really care. I used to dread the mechanics until I met these guys!

How do you describe Phenomenal? I have been to three other tire shops, including the one that originally installed the tires and was turned away each time by what I was told was a complex or difficult situation.I then called Frank’s Tire in Cocoa, Florida and was told that I could bring the vehicle in first thing in the morning, they even open at 7:30 which was awesome for my work schedule. I pulled up, talked with the owner, and he had one of his incredible staff members immediately get working on my van. and in under 30 minutes they completed what everyone else was scared to touch.Thank you fir such great service.

Good quality service and products at affordable prices! Saturday mornings can get busy here but dont let that turn you away from this GEM. When arriving they will always inform you of what jobs may be ahead of you so that you can guesstimate your (possible) wait time. If not, theyll let you know if its something that way require more time and a better day that may work for the job. Otherwise, sit back and watch the mechanics work or just people watch and before you know it youll be told that your vehicles ready. Make a payment (they take cards!) and youre on your way. Used/New tires, Alignments, Brakes, Oil Changes and etc.

I have bought both new and used tires from Big Franks. Even the used ones are a really great deal with plenty of tread. I also have had alignments and oil changes here. The mechanics and tire techs were all very fast and efficient while being very attentive to my questionsI highly recommend them to everyone I know

Frank is genuinely a good guy. He helped me out even though just meeting me. A true pay it forward sort and the staff he has love their jobs. Thats a rarity. Cocoa is lucky to have that little tire shop!

The place is awesome I went in there with the rim and a tire I had to have it put on. He said just to put it down and wait a few minutes. MOST places you watch the guys and theyre hardly working these guys that work for him are running around getting things done every one of them was polite thank you, Ill get to you as soon as I can, it was just unbelievable. Love love love Franks! Always have theBest and fastest service this side of the Mississippi lol! They changed my flat tire and got a new one on is less then 15 minutes. Later on I needed the tire back to get my warranty from another place and they happily went back and got it for me, made sure it matched, and loaded it in the trunk! While I waited more then one worker advised me on where to get a part I am looking for. They always go above and beyond to help.

Was looking for odd sized 14 tires for older vehicle. Chico at Big Franks found them and gave me a great deal. Good service at a great price. Fast, friendly service. Courteous employees. My Ford Explorer had an extremely rough ride and I couldnt identity what it was. Franks technicians diagnosed a separated tire within 10 minutes. They replaced the defective tire quick and for a great price. In and out within 30 minutes for less than $50. A++, I recommend Franks to anyone with automotive issues!

I can say enough good things about Big Franks Tire. Everyone there is so kind, honest and helpful. Every experience there is quick and pleasant. You always feel comfortable and all the guys are courteous. I wont take my car or my daughters car anywhere else.

First time Ive ever been to Franks Tire. Walmart would not patch two tires because the holes were too close to the edge. Franks took care of them in less than 20 minutes for only $20 each. The guy at Walmart actually referred me to Franks. Ive been driving past this place for 20 years. It doesnt look like much, but I will be going there from now on.

I have been getting my tires from Frank’s Tires for about 10 years now. Every time I go there I am always treated with total courtesy. Even though they are always super busy, somehow the wait is never very long. I moved to Vero Beach about 5 years ago and there are plenty of places to buy tires there. But I have been treated so well at Frank’s that I don’t mind making the drive because I always know I will get great service and a great price. I just had 4 new tires put on my Tacoma and I will be taking my wife’s Subaru there in a few weeks to do the same. I have recommended Frank’s Tires to many other people and they always thank me for sending them. You will never buy tires anywhere else after you try them. That I promise.

Several years ago my car had stopped at a light in Cocoa and no one would help ,then out of nowhere a man & 2 young boys jumped out of their veh, one boy got in my car (to turn wheels ) & the other with the man pushed my car into the bank parking lot! They were like angels lol very little was said but We got this I found out he worked at Franks & started going there to find EVERYONE that works there and FRANK IS LIKE THAT! Hesitant to fix the tire it was about 4:15 & 4:30 to close to closing at 5pm and I didnt get a receipt for the work .
