I Was an employee and I never wrote any fake good reviews lol.. i had a car with themthat had a bad engine which he turned around and resold and didnt fix and when i quit becauae i couldnt work 60 hours with 5 young children at home my car was repoed and their tepo guy assulted my husband for trying to take my plates off the car . I was nice enough to keep my secrets that i knew to myself snd what i knew would of put people in jail.it sucks because the cycle with them continued .I feel bad for anyone that buys a car from them.

My husband went in to check out a truck that was listed on their website... He sent an e mail also looking for more information on that same vehicle THAT HAS BEEN ON THEIR WEBSITE for the last 2 weeks. When he arrived a women there, Who was not pleasant AT ALL to say the least said that the truck was not for sale?????? And flat out said that’s why she didn’t respond to his E mail?????? The truck that’s listed for sale on their site and literally sitting in the lot???? Apparently this place doesn’t want to sell their vehicles which is such a shame since we were willing to buy the truck TODAY. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.... We will be taking our business elsewhere.

If I could give less than 1 star I would! Unprofessional and untrustworthy! I contacted them over a month ago showing interest in a vehicle. The woman that answered told me that the vehicle was having some things fixed and would call me in a week after repairs were done. Needless to say a month later no callbacks and everytime I called she was busy with a customer! Really? Ridiculous! She lied and now refuses to answer my calls at all! TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! TRIPLE 000 RATING IS WHAT I GIVE!

My boyfriend referred me to this place, hes bought several vehicles from here, so I thought why not? I laid down $1000 and paid $175 biweekly for less than 3 months (I bought it in late january). Friday (04/07) it broke down on the side of the road and was shooting gunk out of it!! this truck had multiple problems that I fixed in the past few months, but never engine wise. Granted, it did tick when it rolled off their property but what old vehicle doesnt have a small tick? I finally cripple it there to the dealership where the mechanic told me it was the thermostat. so heres some more money going into this truck. We got a thermostat and before we could get it home from the parts store 2 mins from the house it starts smoking and dies!! we started it up and made it home, we replaced thermostat and flushed everything out and it was still smoking!! Back to the parts store we went (in someone elses vehicle.) And bought gasket sealer In a last chance effort to save my truck, the next morning I drive it to work where it died at a very busy intersection and I had to push it somewhere. After I got it to safety it wouldnt start!! i had to leave it because i had to get to work! Now, they wont do anything for me, not even give a single mom a vehicle of common cost for her troubles!!! Dont buy a vehicle from them EVER!! Its the biggest waste of money you can ever spend unless you want to pay for a vehicle that is a mechanics special because thats what youll get!!

Polite,funny,relaxed and no haggling. I felt like they were realistic about their used vehicles and explained what criteria they have for buying from the auction and servicing in the lot .They have a 50/50 6 months Maintenance care as well.

I was DECEIVED, left my car to fix the key, just the key and they charged me an absurd $ 920. it took me 3 days to get the money, and they even charged me another $ 25 a day for the cars “daily”. this is ridiculous, watch out for this place!

They are the worst. I got car from them and it had more problem then one. Only had the car for 3 weeks. They didnt want to put me in anything different. Then harassed me about the car after I gave them a payments. They dont honor there word on what They say going to do. Worst buy here pay here. Cars been sitting up for months. I drove 4 1/2 hours to buy a car here because it was the best deal I have ever had opportunity to take advantage of. I have not been disappointed- I got an awesome car at an amazing price. The staff are incredibly kind, warm and friendly, and they have a repair shop on site. I would *highly* recommend this business, and thats coming from someone who has never purchased from a used car dealer, and has always walked out of used car lots chuckling at the ridiculous prices and absurd sales tactics. This place is different.

But they are nonetheless than fruit vendors selling not lemons but grapefruits !!!They sold me and many others grapefruits. With the Grapefruit I had ,I nearly spent $1,600 in repairs within the three months I had it and actually drove it for approximately 2 weeks out of an 3 month span of having the car without it being in their shop. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Regardless of how many cars they have on their lot. Theyre only nice looking shells.

My family and I usually bring our vehicles to Car Nation because they are relatively affordable. All I can say is, you get what you pay for. I took my car to get the wheel bearing replaced. I dropped my car off on Wednesday. They called me on Friday and said my car is ready to be picked up. I go test drive it and the brakes start to make this terrible scraping sound. That sound did not exist before I took it to them. I took my car back to them and they said it would be fixed the same day. It was not fixed the same day. They kept my car at their shop for 4 days. Not once did they tell me that they are keeping my car overnight. Not once did they call me and let me know the status of the car. Finally, I go to pick up my car on Tuesday. The inside of my car was filthy. It smelled like someone had been smoking inside and there was cigarette ash everywhere. I had to go to Walmart and buy an air restorer to get the smell of smoke out. When I drove it, not only was the original issue not fixed, but there was a new clicking sound when I accelerated. I am now going to have to take my car to a proper mechanic and get it fixed. Please do not take your vehicles here. They do not know what they are doing and will rip you off.

I am from out of state like over 1,300 miles away. Not knowing any business for any mechanical work I came upon Car Nation - It is for this reason I have to say that they have awesome business ethics. I was not happy to pay for something that I felt was already diagnosed. When Tony explained it then I felt it was okay. Tony also worked with me with my limited finances so I can pay to replace my a/c. I was impressed because I had to wait and in no time at all the job was completed. I am writing this note because I had a really bad experience in this place I made a delivery of a vehicle because I am a transporter and between the personnel of that workshop and the broker defaulted part of the payment, they used deception and lies to promise part of the payment and not They did, I recommend to everyone who can read this to be very careful with people like this, because they take advantage of working people with deception, it is not fair that people like this deceive more people, today it was me but tomorrow it may be someone else they really are not to be trusted

Came in to get a used tire and they took care of me right away. They were inexpensive and time manageable. They people had great personality and professionalism.

The owner of the place is a rude and unprofessional individual that believes he can do anything because he is the owner. He is extremely rude and poor mannered.

Called them from Gainesville offered Them a cash deal on an 05, they accepted, then after two and a half hours of driving they said the deal was for a another truck, 02.unethical, misleading, guy was a jerk, who could care less about customer service or satisfaction. the truck I was looking at also needed new tires and had a few things wrong with it and he did not want to budge on the price either! get third-party to examine any vehicle from this crook and really consider carefully before buying from these guys

I bought a truck from this place last week. Right after I left the right turn signal assembly fell off. Turned around went back and they fixed it with no problems. Few days later I called and told them that the radiator was leaking. Already had an appointment to come in today for another matter that they noticed. So today they replaced the radiator and a transmission line at no cost to me. I would definitely see them again for another vehicle in the future. Thanks a lot to all of you at Car Nation.

If your car needs work, take it to Tony at Car Nation! I found these guys & (girls) on Craigslist about a year ago and I take my cars here for everything now! Tony gave me an estimate, and even though another part needed to be replaced once he started the repair, ($300.00 dollars worth) Tony was true to his word, replaced this part for no extra cost to me, and I paid exactly what he told me. I would say go anywhere else but here I feel for the employees because management is just garbage complete waste of space we made a deal for 2500 on my 2011 corolla with 70000 miles a steal to get for 2500 dallors that I made with the manager(on paper) on trade for a 2006 dodge Dakota so I went back to pay for truck off minus what we agreed on for the corolla and the head machinic says well I drove it and Im not giving you what he said 1800 I said no I have this agreement with manager on paper he said thats not my problem so we start arguing he threaten to call the police because I didnt agree with him its ridiculous I had the money to pay it off so I did and took my corolla sold it already for 5 grand 3 days after posting this is the worst buy here pay here you could go to my truck has blown speakers through the whole truck came with some 22s so big it tore the wheel well out of them had to have that fixed buy new rims and tires because they would not work with me at I said even if I take the 1800 on my corolla with you switch the rims and fix the speakers they were not willing do anything IF YOU ARE ALREADY STUCK IN A DEAL WITH CARNATION WORK WITH ANTHONY AND THE FRONT DESK LADY OR THE EMPLOYEES AVIOD MANAGMENT AT ALL COST THE OLD WHITE HAIR GUY WILL LIE AND THE HEAD MACHINIC WAS RUDE VOLGER AND UNPROFFESIONAL AND USELESS

Prepare to also be bullied if any issues arise, know your rights and the law and carefully read any paperwork you sign!

They are rude .Dont come shop here. The mechanics are rude .Never see the manager ..And the sales person is rude ..They try and hide stuff ..Everything they say is a lie, dont believe anything they say .

They say you get what you pay for...Unfortunatly here you get less than you pay for...Had a terrible experience with them..yes they will get you into a vehicle and tell you they will take care of some things for you and all but took 4 months for a simple part that was not hard to find for my car and never even got a spare tire they said they would get...after all that and not reporting to the creditor after 5 months I took it and traded it out with a more reputable company will never do business with these people again...oh and never even put my trade into the deal...read all the paperwork!

Went to look at another truck and had a conversation with their master ase certified technician who claimed a RUBBER BUSHING could not be ripped and cocked sideways. Which is exactly what I said was wrong. 2 LCA bushings were ripped, and cocked sideways with the WEIGHT of the truck on it. Not to mention the rack bushings were gone also. The mechanic wanted to LIFT the truck to PROVE ME WRONG. I surely hope he was going to load the LCAs to check that bushing because without the weight u cannot see that it is ripped and the rubber is hanging out of the SLEEVE. The mechanic told me HOW COULD THE SLEEVE BE COCKED SIDEWAYS. I mean I never mentioned that the sleeve was cocked but OK.... I had to leave because he disrespected me way too far. They acted like 10k was alot of cash, they had asked me at least 3 times YOU HAVE 10 GRAND CASH FOR THIS TRUCK RIGHT NOW. Which I did, but after dealing with these individuals, Id rather spend my money elsewhere. The first lady I dealt with also said they had a Saturn VUE sit on their lot for 4 years.... and wouldnt accept my 03 g35 sedan with all kinds of goodies, (a manila folder of receipts for the car was given to them so they could see how much invested) for any more then $1000 because it was a 5SPD. Well technically its a 6 speed, and Im not sure how you could compare a Saturn vue FAMILY car to a g35 265 hp 260tq sport sedan..... trade in value of my car at my miles is $2600.My rims are ruffly 650~800 on craigslist used, they are the Infiniti staggard 19s with brand new Yokohamas, not to mention the $1300 d2 coil overs the employees didnt know was on the car.I can see why they are not to good at making sales, the truck I tried to buy been on their lot a few months already. I tried to refrain from going back here to look at anything as i previously had not a so good experience. But I looked at it and it was clean truck.Too bad they lost a sale, I guess a 24 year old guy cant have 10,000 to buy a vehicle, and all 5 speed cars are the same. Lord help the owner of this business.Shoot if they would have given me $2500 i would have been cool with that..... But It doesnt even have anything to do with what they offered me for my car. The employees running this shop are far from professional. I never even got the keys to see if there was a check engine light, let alone look under the hood. I brought my $2000 scan tool with me, I mean not everybody just has a $2000 scan tool so I figured maybe they would get the point that Im serious about checking out the vehicle and making an offer, but we didnt even get that far.The employees didnt even pop the hood to my car let alone look under my car to see the expensive suspension upgrades.I could barely stand there 5 minutes and conversate with these individuals. I didnt even want to argue, these are the kind of people you cant argue with, they are always right lol. Ive been working on cars for 12 years, Ive even been through a 2 year college program. I am very knowledgeable about cars, and I take my time to look at something before making any type of factual comments. People who buy sports sedans like to drive manual but hell what do I know LOL.I guess dont bring any 5 speed car to this lot regardless of what make and model it is because its all comparable if you cant drive a manual car.Its not like on the side of US-1 somebody might not see anything sitting on their lot. I was kind of utterly disgusted from start to beginning of this place, even on the phone, I could barely get the lady to go outside and check to see if the truck had rust on it I had to drive 45 minutes to look myself.I guess if youre going to work on a car lot... you should probably know a little about cars..... or even offer somebody a test drive, or the keys to look inside the truck before you talk about an offer. Guess Im going to go to the dealership and buy a pre-owned certified. They will probably at least me with respect.All bad reviews on google about this company are true.STAY FARRR AWAY from this place!!!!!!!!!

These people are a joke. They sold me an accura tl 3.2 which had a transmission problem right off the bat that would stall the car out and then launch it at like twenty mph. They had it for a week to fix it and said it was fixed, but the minute I picked up, it did the same thing. They told me theyd trade me and gave me a Nissan Maxima. Had a power steering leak so bad I had to refill it at least once a day. Ac compressor failed. They sell you junky cars that are broken and then beg you for the money. Its nice that they give you a chance to catch up, but two cars that are broken is enough for me. I highly dont recommend them.
