I worked with Ingrid and she was so helpful! My policy was huge but she literally spent hours with me to help me get the best deal possibly and told me everything I needed to get discounts. I don’t know that I have ever experienced such a good customer service in any business.

I have been with State Farm for about 20 years 0 issues in that time. This year I had an Auto claim for about 8k and a roof claim for 9k They paid quickly and settled for fair money they did not try to short me as other Co have in the past. Very fair!

I have been with Curt Myers State Farm for several years and I am VERY satisfied with their service and response time. Anyone can sell insurance, but good customer service is what separates the low cost, remote providers from the pros. Every time I talk with Ingrid or Erin I get a comfortable feeling and I know they will take care of any issues.

I am not one to write reviews however if I can assist others to try this office, I will.In this day and age a fair price and good customer service are rare.I was elated to find otherwise at Curt Myers office. The prices were very fair and the customer service was the best, professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. To my surprise, they sell life insurance too. Being self employed, this is great. I am so pleased I switched !

Office staff is extremely efficient, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! I needed auto, homeowners, an umbrella policy and a bank account. They explained everything in layman’s terms, gave me multiple discounts and helped me set up the app on my phone so that I could monitor my accounts easily. Highly recommended!

The agents there are friendly and honest, and their insurance prices depending on what make model year and coverage you need are affordable. Of course the younger generation of beginner drivers cost more to insure, but its like that with all insurance companies.

THINK TWICE before buying Insurance from this Company. Recently after the death of my Mother my family contacted Curtis Myers office expecting to settle a small life insurance claim. I was terrified to find out that his office did not keep records of a correspondence about a beneficiary change from submitted to them in October of 2014. If fact he (Curt) basically told my sister on the phone that I was a Lier... His office has no record of any conversation for 7 years. After I produced proof of the previous correspondence in writing Mr. Myers quickly changed his tune, but still no claim will be processed as the company is requiring us to go through Probate Court which can take Years. This is NOT why my mother purchased this policy.This is clearly a company that is based on SALES Only, just dont try to file a claim. Also the Corporate offices are not any better, since they alone caused the problem back in 2014.#boycottstatefarm
