Nate and becky charged me half of what I paid for the previous brake job I got somewhere else. On a previous visit they got a three hour job on rust-frozen steering rod parts done in half the time ....and only charged me for hours actually worked ( unlike most other places).

Called for a mobile tire change service, and let me tell you these guys showed up quicker then 911, fast reliable and Convenient.

I Will say so far they have been responsibly priced given the time crunch and having a help wanted sign up. Went in for front end alignment and new tires, seen right away that our balljoint was at risk. So the price went up astronomically. Theres nothing else wrong with my vehicle mechanically wise besides I know it was pulling to the right because it has recently worked on and I had fullworks. So well see what happens when I go to pick up my vehicle if they try to add anything else. When I pick up my review will have a follow-up. Staying here for vacation and my tire decided it was time to go flat. Drove it in after inflating it enough to drive, and they plugged it within the hour. Only $31 too. Very great shop, and nice people too

Just went to this shop after attempting to fix my own tire lol.I drove in with my spare tire and the plug one in the trunk. Well I had ruined it even more🤷‍♀️ The guy at the desk helped me without any judgment, told me my tire was not good but he had a used one he could put on for a very reasonable price, mind you I cant even find this tires brand new anywhere without custome order them.Very fast, efficient, respectful and honest people at this shop and really good prices.Thank you!

I used Glenns to have a used car inspected prior to purchasing it.As an out-of-towner, I quickly determined that I had made a good choice. Everything theyd told me over the phone previously was correct. My vehicle was on the lift promptly upon arrival at the scheduled appointment time. There were drinks and snacks available for purchase at a minimal cost, and there was even an indoor flea market type thing next door which helped my family to pass the time. One of the gentlemen even offered to put a movie on for the kids.Ultimately, they recommended that I not buy the vehicle, which I respected, and they gave me some valuable information which I was able to then use to negotiate a better deal... all for around $40. They followed up with a written confirmation after every contact. They came to pick up my car (it was during the pandemic) and brought it back with my new tires on and more information to save me money on maintenance in the future. This has become my new go-to for oil changes and car upkeep. The staff is super friendly, and worked on my car all Sunday, with the owner coming in just to meet me and oversee the car upkeep.I thought I needed new brakes all around, but they advised me to just replace the rear brakes. They even advised I wait to get new tires, to save money. They truly care about the customer getting the most profitable and sensible course of action.

First let me say that I am an experienced automotive enthusiast whos been turning wrenches a long time. I just got home from getting another alignment done on a vehicle and couldnt be happier with the service, friendly atmosphere and reasonable pricing. I have brought other vehicles to Glenns over the years and Ive always been more than pleased with their service. The staff is very knowledgeable and experienced, not to mention very kind and courteous. I personally couldnt ask more from an automotive service shop, and will continue to use them indefinitely.

My parents like this place for brakes n tire issues. Im not a fan however. Communication between employees is not good and it seems a bit unfriendly. Firestone has been a much better and cheaper alternative for me. Jus sayin.

Travellers beware. I am from Canada. My family travelled to Florida in our RV. One tire on the front of the RV wore unevenly and so I needed a new front tire and an alignment. I called several shops in the area and asked for service. 3 shops said that they could help with the tire but could not do the alignment because the vehicle was too large. Glenns was the shop that said absolutely no problem. Bring it in and we will take care of you. The next morning we went in and dropped off the RV. I was told I should buy two new tires and not just one so that wear patterns matched and that the tires I had were a bit on the old side although there was lots of tread left. We were told they no longer had vehicles they could lend or shuttle service so we walked 1.5 miles to a restaurant and had breakfast. After a few hours I got a call and was told that they had done as much as they could do. I asked what that meant. They then told me they were unable to do the alignment because their equipment wouldnt do a vehicle of our size and configuration. I was not happy. The only reason I took it there was because they told me that they could do the alignment. Anyone could have done as much as they did. So now I had a decision to make. I have two new tires and if I dont get an alignment done I will wreck the one new tire. If I had just gone with one tire I could have let it wear and fixed the alignment at home. So we spent the rest of the day finding a shop and over paying because it was last minute in order to get the alignment done. Nate, the manager, made no adjustments to the bill, couldnt suggest a place to take it except for a friends garage, he felt this was not his fault although he saw the vehicle and measured it with a tape measure and claimed he could do the work. He just wanted to sell tires. In addition to this before we left to walk to the restaurant we told him that all of our stuff was in the RV and please take care of it. He said he would. When we returned it was parked out beside the shop, windows open, doors unlocked. I went in and got money to pay the bill and no one ever would have seen me there. All of our electronics and personal items could have been stolen and no one would have known. Brutal service. Nice until they have you over a barrel and then they put the shaft to you. If you are travelling and looking for help go somewhere else. This guy who claims he runs the place so well because it belonged to his grandfather should have paid more attention to what he was taught by the older generation. I hope his grandfather was a more honest business man. Absolutely brutal.****Update******As you can see in the answer below Nate would like everyone to believe that it was my carelessness that caused the issue with my RV. I think anyone reading between the lines can see he is also implying I dont care about the safety of my family. I can assure you this is not the case.. I had an inspection done prior to my trip to Florida. I had the injectors cleaned, glow plugs replaced, air and fuel filters replaced and a tire inspection done. As we all know when you travel 1500 miles things can happen. For me what happened was that somewhere in that 1500 miles something changed my alignment and my tire wore unevenly on one side.The facts remain the same. I was told his shop could repair the issue that I was having and he was unable to fix it. He spent more time writing his response to my review then he did working on my RV. You changed two tires. Thats all you accomplished. I called the night before I didnt just show up and expect you to jump so please dont make it sound like you did me a favour and worked through your break. Nate also makes it sound as if I have nothing good to say in reviews. I have in fact posted another review of a place that also did not do good work. However there are glowing reports for other shops. I had to pay more to have an alignment done at another shop which also took more time. You have to decide if you want your time and money wasted.

Brought my car in for tires and to fix a noise in the front end. They said it was one of the CV joints and the sound came from the right side, I said go ahead and fix it. They called back and said they changed the right one but, it must have been the left one because it still made the noise. I said go ahead and fix it too. Almost 800 dollars later when I picked the car up, as soon as I pulled out of the parking lot I heard the noise still. Went back to complain and they said this time that it was the motor mounts. They said CV joints still needed replaced so they didnt do anything unnecessary and wouldnt do anything about it. Then the guy behind the counter (who looked and behaved like he was in a steriod induced rage) actually threatened me.NEVER GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF!

I had a BAD experience at Glens tire. I had a flat and was told I had two nails in tire and it was in a spot which was illegal to patch. I went to glens to buy a tire. He insisted on patching the tire and over charge me. This did not last a day and I endangered my life and my children on the road. Lesson learned.
