I went there to get some work on my vehicle and had several different services that were going to take some time. I witnessed Josh and his associate speak to other customers and also assist them in their needs. They will tell you honestly if you need it or not. How refreshing. Stopped in for an oil change, and as stupid as this is going to make me sound, Josh asked me if I wanted to use the same oil as my dealership had been using and I said sure. I have been having my oil changed at this dealership every 3,000 miles using synthetic oil that lasts 7500 miles. Why, you ask? Because my change oil indicator light tells me to and the dealership never told me they were charging me for synthetic oil that lasts longer. Not once. Nada. For years. And then today, my check engine light came on and after checking for obvious reasons with no luck, I thought, maybe those guys will take a look at it. Well, long story short, my car is fine, no charge and Josh and Derek were absolutely great. Spent 15 minutes checking out my engine. I have witnessed these guys tell customers that they dont actually need an oil change. I know, its crazy. Honest and dependable. Its always intimidating for me to have car work of any kind done, as I know as much about cars as I do about physics. Thanks, Josh and Derek. Ill see you in 7500 miles or sooner if I need trustworthy work done.

Came here for an oriole change after going elsewhere, and they let me know that my car was not in fact due for an oil change yet even though the sticker was marked as such. Felt nice to not have been ripped off and told this without being charged. They still filled my tires with air and topped off all fluids. Was a quick and friendly experience. Will definitely be back when my oil is due

Only 1 worker today. There was one other car in the shed next to me. The worker tried to multitask and do a little for each of us back and forth till he was done with both. Ended up costing me an entire hour for a simple oil change.

This was my second visit for an oil change, pulled right in and the guys checked and topped off all fluids and filled up the air in the tires while getting the oil change done. Fast friendly service, I was in and out in about 35 mins. I will continue to come here for my oil changes, good job guys!

I know almost nothing when it comes to vehicles 🚗 I’m thankful they checked my brake lights and license plates lights 💡 Which I did not know there was 2 of and one was out and replaced it for me. My AC & engine filters both needed changed and J&J handled that as well! Didn’t even have to get out of the vehicle! I’ll be back!

Roadtripped from central IL and stayed down the street from Solar Lube for two weeks. Stopped in for an oil change before I drove back 1,100+ miles because I thought I needed one. Attendants were kind enough to recommend my oil was fine plus topped me off on all fluids and performed basic vehicle diagnostic check at no cost!

These guys were very friendly changed my oil and then said if i need any fluids filled or tires checked between oil changes its on the house! What more could you ask for. I have since gone back and had my tire pressure checked. No wait got right on it and didnt even accept the tip i offered. So that being said what else could you ask for? Highly recommended :)

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!I had an oil change here, and also let them change two light bulbs, which I initially never wanted. And boy did I regret it!After changing the bulbs, they left my Park alarm on, which I didnt even know existed, draining and killing my battery over night.I called AAA and had my battery replaced. Once I started driving again, I started to smell something burning. Turns out they put an obscene amount of oil into my engine, causing it to smoke. Excess oil can cause significant engine damage, to a point where it needs replacing, so now I have to get towed and have the oil drained.An $80 oil change just turned into several hundred dollars of repairs.DO NOT EVER GO HERE.

Im drive fifty minutes to this place to have my oil change, their shops in the area that I live but you take your car in for oil change and they tell you everything under sun is happening to it (lol) just to add on more to your bill and staff turnover is terrible , but solar lube dont try to sell the whole shop and what like about it the same been working there for years Josh is very nice person and very thoughtful.

Do not go for the dirty cabin air filter replacement suggestion. This place rips people off with this part replacement. Was not happy to pay $40.00 for an easily installed $15.00 filter. I thought I had found an honest, local place.

I was there today and let me say this was one of the best experiences I have ever had getting my car checked. I usually hate auto shops because they tell me my car has all of these unnecessary problems and such. This shop will be one I will be driving from Palm Bay to come to.

The service is as good as any other oil change, but $40 for the cheapest option is still steep. Obviously they will tell you every fluid is low and every filter is disgusting, as thats their job to sell. Just nod your head, say ok Ill check up on that, and youll drive away satisfied enough. If theyd lower their prices, Id give them 5 stars.

So...heres a screwed up one - I pull into Solar Lube Cocoa Beach and asked how much for an oil change. The rep, Austin, said $32 or you can go to our Cocoa store for $24. I said Go ahead and do it. So they do the oil change and a new rep, Josh, tells me that I needed an air filter. I asked how much more and he went to computer and said it would be $20 over the $65 oil change. When I said, Whoa! Thats not what I was quoted. He said I dont care what you were quoted, this is how much it costs. I told him that I would only pay what I was quoted and he said he was calling the police. I told him to go ahead. Instead he called the owner who Im assuming told him to drain it if I wouldnt pay the new cost. So now Im sitting here as they drain the new oil and put back in my old oil. Josh just said Get the hell out of my shop! when he was done. What a scam!

Friendliest oil change my a**! Josh, the manager, was very rude to me. I have been to lunrication specialists before and they are always there outside ready to assist. I had to park my car to get his attention, to find him on the couch with his feet up and on the phone. He rudely asked what do you want. Excuse me? Is this or is this not a place to get my oil changed? What do you think I want!? Then he told me to just pull in so I went to my car to do just that...as Im doing so, he slams the door open yelling at me BACK UP AND PULL AROUND. Apparently I was entering from the wrong side but where was he to assist me???? I left after that. Called and asked to speak to a manager which apparently is him. As Im telling him how upset I am by how he treated me, HE HUNG UP ON ME. Very unprofessional. I will never send anyone here ever. Also, I have read previous reviews on here and Josh has had complaints several times.
