One of a kind, customized service. I contacted Dr Credit Expert when i was denied for my home financing. I had never looked at my credit score, nor had i considered it. Upon further review i found out that my credit was at a 580. Michelle worked with me and over the course of four months was able to dispute and remove 6 hard inquires from my credit report. She also gave me a customized plan to pay off my debt, and encouraged me to increase my credit limits with my credit card company. Finally she was able to remove 5 collections from my report as well. All of which raised my credit score to a 767 within the four months. I then reapplied for my home loan and was approved !!!! Thus, when Michelle told them that there would be legal action taken from the credit bureaus illegal tactics, that trans union followed through knowing that this firm GETS RESULTS. I had decent credit but had a few things on my report that needed removal to increase my score to a level I was satisfied with.
