Unit 211 that we rented was wonderful!

Very nice, convenient to the beach. Rooms are good sized. Very clean.

Sandcastles is the premier vacation rentals condos directly on Cocoa Beach ( voted the best beach in America). 1300 sqft 2bd 2bath full kitchen and dinning and living rooms with full laundries and Covid safe open hallways (Safer and Better than a Hotel).Units are individually owned. Units 408 and 215 are recently remodeled. as well as many others. The grounds are immaculately keep with a bath like large pool. Tennis Courts .The Beach is always open.Working from Home is never easier High speed Internet access allows you to work and play at the beach.We stayed at both of these units for weeks . Incredible modern, spacious, design spotlessly clean, a Robot even keep it that way all through the stay. Everything you needDont tell the boss. He might rent it out from you. The Kids loved it School from home .Lunch at the beach and pool then back to school and when the final bell rang dad bet us to the pool.

The guy we rented from said we would be able to check in at the front desk - not true...there is instead a rental office that closes before 8pm.

We have stayed here two years in a row for March break one week at a time. It is a fantastic place to stay for famalies, couples or singles. Very clean and very well looked after. Nice pool for kids and great location on the beach. Great location in Cocoa Beach. Close to all restaurants and shopping. Highly recomended.

Some of the units are great, other leave much to be desired. Weve stayed here several times and have had to deal with ant and fly problems. Some units have really great views, but most seem to look over the parking lot which is a shame given the proximity to the beach.

Unit 714 Sandcastles, Cocoa Beach-condo in good location, beach view is looking south down the beach over other buildings—bed in master and those in the 2nd bedroom and especially the pull out sofa are so badly worn out that they are miserable to try to sleep on.

I have a bad feeling about this place! I called to find out pricing and the immediate message was please state your name after the beep to reach sandcastle condominiumAre they screening their calls????.....I stated my name.....then the phone finally rang only to get an answering machine that said please state your name, number, date that you want to stay, and how many adults and we will get back to you.YEAH....NOPE!I hung up. everything about that was BAD BUSINESS!Anthony from Hotel Impossible would have a field day with this place!!!
