My Phantom Swirl is better than new!Beach Bum Bicycle Company is WONDERFUL!My bike was stolen, we recovered it from someone who broke the ignition & was rolling it down the street. It wouldnt turn on, I had another bike shop look at it & they couldnt fix it - so a friend recommended Beach Bum Bicycles in Cocoa Beach. He not only knew how to fix the ignition so the LED computer would work, but also was able to boost my speed by keying in codes and working his magic.I highly recommend them for bike repairs, rentals, and sales. Im a customer for life!

Just rented two electric bicycles. Were encouraged by the owner to take them down the beach and had the best experience ever. Takes a few minutes to get used to them and then its just cruising down the beach and enjoying every single second of it! Definitely recommend the shop and guys who run it! Best customer service!I went in for help with a double Bob stroller repair. Stroller is 6 years old and I was trying to extend its life. I got quick and knowledgeable help to reattach the cable into its original casing. This saved me lots of money and time.Would 100% recommend for repairs and because of customer service.

Needed my 5 speed bike gears repaired, Todd, the owner fixed em in like 4 minutes flat. He asked me if Id ever ridden a Pedal-Assist bike, to which I replied no; after some basic instructions I was off on my test ride....the rest, is herstory!I bought the coolest/rad Pedal-Assist fat tire e-bike and have ridden it every day since & today on the beach to view the launch. Got built in headlight and tail light, which illuminates upon breaking for safety & electronic display panel (which tells me MPH & trip miles ridden & has USB port!), shock absorber fork & seat for extra comfort & added some string lights on front wheel spokes, for style.I still pedal to get exercise, yet the assist helps on hills.This bike is a real head turner, everyone comments on how much they love my bike, to which I respond, me too, treat yourself to one at Beach Bum Bicycle! Both Todd & John were thorough in explaining how the bike operates, tips for safe riding, and were eager to help adjust the seat and whatever I needed. They epitomize excellent customer service; so refreshing.I cant remember when Ive had this much fun; cant recommend it highly enough!

Great company that actually understands customer service, I had needed the tires on my running stroller fixed. I had looked at box stores for a way to fix the tires, but could not fix it. This company not only fixed it but helped me get it from my car and back in after the fixed it in no time. Would tell anyone to buy from this shop. Such a breath of fresh air to have a shop that cares how they treat their customers.

I went to pick up my bike today as set up with the owner, but the place is closed and he didnt answer phone or texts, we can tell he has read the texts on his phone but didnt respond to let us know to stay or come back.I also brought him 2 more bikes, took a lot of work to put them in my car and drive here. He said hed be here at this time but he isnt.We ended up getting ahold of him the next day and he fixed 3 bikes for us and it all worked out!

We were so happy with this place! We were visiting from NY and the owners were so friendly and helpful. We got 5 bikes and they spent a lot of time with us making sure we were all happy with everything. When we returned the bikes they made sure everything went well and took the time to see how our vacation went. I cant recommend this place enough!

These guys were so nice and helpful. Ran along side my daughter while she peddled to be sure it was a good fit.

These guys mistook me for a tourist and sold me a bicycle for 200.00 claiming it was a great bike. I later discovered that Walmart were selling the same bike for 98.00 !! I asked for a price adjustment and was told that they need to make a profit. Of course as a buyer it is my responsibility to do research, but this was pretty low even for a tourist trap. I suggest you run from these guys.

We had a great experience at Beach Bum. Fantastic customer service. Todd replaced our tires with larger ones so that we could ride on the beach. He was extremely knowledgeable about what we needed. He special ordered the tires and had them replaced in a short amount of time. He even called after we picked the bikes up to make sure we were happy. Can’t ask for better service!! Would give him 6 stars if that was possible!

Certainly the name and image fits the shop. A friendly casual place with great gear and people. The only place in Cocoa Beach with real fat bikes to rent for the day. The kind of place where you shake hands directly with the guy that maintains your gear.

While in town for our son’s baseball tournament we rented 3 bikes this week from Todd, he really took care of us he took the time to adjust each bike to fit our rider. They are easy to work with and even called to check on us to make sure the bikes were working properly for us. Todd, we will be back to see you when we come back next year! Thanks again!

Stopped by close to closing on a Thursday. Todd was happy to help me get some air into my Onewheel tire, and hooked me up with a perfect u-lock to secure it. Highly recommend this shop-

Todd was great! He was very helpful and gave us really cool and easy to ride fat bikes. We took them on the beach and rode them up to the pier. The price was very fair and he threw in some free waters. If we ever come back we will definetly rent bikes from him again. If you are reading this just get a bike from beach bum bikes and save yourself the trouble of renting from another shop.

Has to be the best place to rent quality bikes in Coco Beach. The four of us rode up & down the beach (low tide) and then all around town. Beach Bums adjusted everyones bike to fit, added baskets and napsacks for us and gave us maps and directions and locks with the same combinations! They were on call if we needed them for anything. What a great day! Thank you!!! Also, the guy that owns the place, Tod, was easy-going good vibes all the way! This is the kind of person you want to do business with.. and when we returned we met some of his friends at the sports bar next door. Had some laughs and left knowing we would be back!Thanks Tod!
