Waited 2 and a half hours for a tow. After being told i only had to wait 30. Nuff said. Didn’t even apologize for being late.......

I had to wait 5+ hours for my vehicle. They’d switch towers with notice. Choose other cars to get to before yours, no notice. Employees seem to not know their supervisors full name.
