My daughter had her wisdom teeth pulled there a few years ago... and I had to have a procedure here in May. Both times they were efficient and clean (both before and after Covid protocols). They were pleasant. Priced well in my opinion. I would use them again.

Considering having my tooth pulled was not something I was looking forward to, I was very very happy with Doctor Schwartz and his team.It was easy, it was simple and the care and consideration was beyond my expectations.Later in the day I got a call from Doctor Schwartz to be sure everything was fine and to make sure I didnt have any concerns or questions.Definitely an A+ in my book.

My appointment was for a tooth extraction. I was well prepared and the procedure was done carefully, professionally and without pain.The office waiting areas and patient rooms are pristine, and safety regulations are in place which made me feel comfortable. My dentist called me at home to check on me the evening of my procedure. I had no ill effects. I highly recommend The Maryland Center for Oral Surgery.

The MD Center for Oral Surgery and Dental Implants is THE place to go if you require any type of extraction. The staff is professional, on top of their game, prompt, courteous and above all, qualified. Not only do they do exceptional work, I love their sense of style. The office is decorated beautifully and their equipment is state of the art.Dr. Julius Hyatt is exceptional. Ive required three tooth extractions and he did every one of them. The extractions, while never an experience that a person WANTs to go through, were done expertly, quickly, and efficiently with no ill side affects. Dr. Hyatt is not only talented and gifted in this area, he has a great sense of humor, which I appreciated and he follows up with his patients.Being one of their patients, I know the procedure will be handled with care and professionalism which gives me peace in the knowledge that it will be done right. The staff was professional and Dr. Hyatt was excellent. I was referred to this group by my wonderful dentist, Dr. Brian Lee, of Westminster.I used the sedation method due to my nervousness of going to have any dental procedures. It worked great! Definite yes to coming here.

The atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming from the moment you walk in. Appointment was only slightly beyond the scheduled time and I mean slightly. Perhaps 5 minutes. Staff was very courteous. Dr. Schwartz was friendly, energetic, and professional. The procedure was done quickly and efficiently. The cost was 33 percent lower than my dentists oral surgeon. It was a fine experience. Dr. Schwartz called me later that day to see how I was.A big thumbs up to all involved.

I had an emergency. They squeezed me in and informed me there might be a long wait to find time for me. That makes sense... but the wait was short.. Lucky me. All staff were friendly, informative and really seemed to care about my comfort. Dr Hyatt was pleasant, thorough, and made sure I was comfortably numb even with my emergency causing him a time crunch. I am very pleased with his assessment and treatment.

It was a very positive experience yet again. Dr Schwartz was great— very efficient but also nice. He took my wisdom teeth out 20 years ago and doesn’t seem to have lost his touch.

When I arrived at the time of my appointment I was promptly seen. The staff was very professional and efficient. Also supportive and empathetic concerning the procedure. The extraction was done with as little discomfort as possible. The doctor was responsive to my reactions and did his best to conclude the procedure as fast as could be done. There’s no one that WANTS to get a tooth pulled, but if it has to be done, this is the place to go. The check in was easy since I was able to preregister, and the whole office is incredibly clean. I felt completely Covid safe! And then Dr. Hyatt was great. Calm (in case this kind of dental work stresses you out!) and friendly. And did I mention a fabulous and skilled doctor? I was in so much pain that I couldnt even sleep. They fit me in so I could be seen and pulled the two teeth at 830 the next morning! Was in and out in less than an hour even with being put to sleep!! Julius Hyatt is every dental patients dream come true. He is extremely professional, yet funny, impeccable bedside manners. Tremendous. That sums it up. I was referred to the facility when a previously crowned tooth broke at the gum line and required replacement with an implant.The facility is state of the art, the staff is professional and the Doctors top notch. Not only do they have fabulous skills but their interpersonal skills are stellar.I even got a call later in the day to make sure all was well. You rarely if ever get that kind of follow up.I drove from Philly to Cockeysville for the treatment and would again if the need arises.

I had an excellent experience! Everyone was helpful and supportive. The Dr was brilliant ! I had to have a bad tooth extracted and it was fast painless and the Dr. explained everything in detail. I highly recommend! I was very well cared for !!!

I had a coronectomy of my bottom wisdom teeth. It was a quick and successful procedure. The surgeon, Dr. Michael Schwartz and team, were friendly and professional. Minutes before the surgery there were technical problems with some systems necessary for the procedure; however, this was not an issue. The center quickly reassigned me to their second location and my surgery went smoothly. Discussions pre and post surgery were clear. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience at the Maryland Center for Oral Surgery and Dental implants.

Super modern office with very professional staff. My son had four wisdom teeth out. They were extremely professional and on time, even though they were extremely busy. We were on our way home in a little over an hour.

Dr. Schwartz was recommended to me by a trusted dentist as the best oral surgeon in the Baltimore area; I then saw Dr. Schwartz for a second opinion for wisdom teeth extraction. Dr. Schwartz recommended removal of my top wisdom teeth only - and explained why. A few weeks later, Dr. Schwartz performed the extraction under general anesthesia. Surgery and recovery went well, with no complications. Dr. Schwartzs professionalism and expertise were paramount throughout my consult and treatment. He even calls patients the evening after the procedure to make sure they are doing okay. This is the best medical office for oral surgery in the Baltimore area. The entire staff at the owings mills and hunt valley office were nothing short of amazing. Everyone was friendly, professional and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Forest. She is one of the nicest doctors I have ever been to and I knew I was in good hands from the moment we met. All of my wisdom teeth were severely impacted but she came up with a plan for my care and made sure I was comfortable. I unfortunately got an infection after the surgery and Dr. Forest again exceeded my expectations and did everything so I would feel better. I knew that I was meant to find this office and be under her care. The office was also very clean and nice and did a great job following COVID guidelines.

My lower molar was extracted today!First visit was to determine course of action. Quick and efficient. Dr Schwartz was concise, caring, and direct. His team from the appointment phone call, dental assistants, exit room staff were all friendly and efficient. This first visit took place at Owings Mill location. Outcome, Dr Schwartz determined I needed to have general anesthesia for my molar extraction. My second appointment was set before I departed. The exit room staff had given me specific information allowing me to easily prepare myself for the upcoming extraction appointment, well done!My Second visit was today at the Hunt Valley location just 3 miles from my house! Again the dental assistant Natasha was quick and efficient. ( I believe she was also my dental assistant at the Owings Mills location) Dr Schwartz, we exchanged a few words while he set up my anesthesia. I had my teeth extracted, I had bone graft, however, one of the tissue regeneration fee my insurance not covered, they charged $600, insurance said market price should be $500, I spoke to Cathy one of the implant specialist regarding give me the market price, which give me $150 discount, she agreed, and she scheduled my surgery, I went to appointment, also the lady in front desk saw Cathy’s note gave me the discount price, I paid $594 out of pocket just for 1 teeth removal, and bone graft, my insurance paid them $376, however after 3 months later I still received the $150 bill, are you sure give me the discount price? Is she lying to me just want to have me on their surgery schedule? I am calling them, it is very hard to reach that person Cathy, so frustrated with their service!

My wife had a tooth pulled by Dr Salveraj (he is absolutely amazing!!!!!). A day later she was still in excruciating pain so I called the 24hr on call number and Dr Julias Hyatt returned the call. Dr. Hyatt is rude, has a nasty disposition and is extremely condescending. I’m so glad he wasn’t the first person we encountered because his behavior and demeanor can/will cause people to stay away from this practice.

Everyone was very professional; friendly; and made me feel at ease. They explained what they were doing and answered my questions. So far, would highly recommend.

But they were able to calm my fear and anxiety about the procedure and made me feel confident that this would be a walk in the park. Dr. Schwartz is outstanding and if this was based just on him, he deserves 5 stars. Unfortunately this review is rated this way due to the coordination and professionalism of office staff. I had a bone graft and extraction in December for an implant. I gave my insurance to the front desk a week prior to surgery and was told I would be called if there were any issues. I was told I was in network by my dentist and never received a call that my insurance wasn’t accepted by the surgeons office after giving them my information (I should have double checked myself). I was on sedatives prior to the procedure and right before I went back I was informed my procedure was $4000. Not expecting this while on sedatives and was told I was not able to be put on a payment plan as well. I then asked if my family member could come in (my ride that day) because I wasn’t in the best mindset to make a decision. Due to COVID they were not allowed to, understandably, but I did not like how this information was presented to me right before surgery while I was already sedated and it was a large amount of money for me to just unexpectedly have to pay. I had taken off of work already for the surgery and recovery, so under pressure and medication I proceeded. The next few months I had emailed telling them how dissatisfied I was with how my billing and communication and never got a reply. I am a night shift nurse so email is my best form of communication. I then learned through my dentist who was trying to help get some of the costs covered they never even put the procedure through insurance in the first place because “they only had the front of my insurance card on file”. I think this is extremely unprofessional, since I had given both sides and it took multiple calls from not only myself, family, and finally my dentist obtained this information. After probably 15 calls, and 3 months later I am still awaiting my refund check from their office. My bone graft did fail so Dr. Schwartz was so kind and did the procedure again for no extra cost to me. On the day of my second procedure I had called in the morning because a piece from my dentist had been delayed and I was wondering if I should still get the surgery without the piece. The office staff I talked to was rude, dismissive, and told me I could come in and if I chose to wait for the other piece it would take weeks to reschedule me. I went in for surgery, took the day off again from work, and Dr. Schwartz questioned why I came in without the piece and I could have rescheduled when the piece was in. I told him I had already called the office that morning and they told me I was fine to get surgery, that they had checked with him. It was a complete waste of my time, and Dr. Schwartz time. He then told me I could come in any day I got the piece and would make it work to just tell the staff. I told the office this on my way out and the office staff was rude again. They clearly never asked him if I should come in for the surgery, which was so unprofessional. All in all the communication, professionalism, and honestly of the office staff was way below any office I have ever been to. As a healthcare worker myself, I have never seen this lack of respect and honesty by staff to a patient. This just goes to show even though Dr. Schwartz is amazing, his practice is only as good as their office staff. I think he needs to rehire staff that care about policies, patients, and communication because every single experience I had wasn’t up to the standard of care expected. Once again Dr. Schwartz is the best, but all of the hoops I have had to jump through for months regarding things that could have all been avoided is unacceptable and has added countless hours of metrying to make it right and not to mention the stress of the finances and being out this money 3 months later. Hopefully I will be getting my partial insurance refund check soon from them after 90 days, I was told it was “still processing” this week. Very dissatisfied and disappointed time after time again in all non medical staff.

None of that happened when I had my tooth implant procedure done by Dr Michael Schwartz in September. During every step of the process, the Doctor asked if I was ok and after I was released and sent home he followed up several hours later with a phone call to make sure all was well. Two days after the procedure, I was walking 5 miles on the NCR trail. When I received the statements from the insurance company, there were no surprises as the accounting department at the Center had walked me through all the charges and what I would be responsible for.I recently had the misfortune to need a tooth extracted and have a future second tooth implant. I did not hesitate in telling my dentist who I wanted the procedures to be done by. The extraction occurred two days ago and yesterday, I was out grocery shopping. Again, there was not any bruising, swelling, or pain afterwards. Dr Schwartz showed me the same consideration and concern as when I had the implant. The post op instructions for both procedures were clear and detailed. I would highly recommend Dr Michael Schwartz to anyone who needed a tooth extract or a tooth implant.

I had a fractured top molar removed from Dr. Hyatt yesterday. They got me in at the last minute, really quick caring people.This is a very organized and exceptional facility. The staff is Great in every aspect and Dr. Hyatt is such a skilled surgeon. My tooth was crumbling apart and he had to cut it in half to take it out one root at a time. I would not think twice about going back for anything else. Thank you Dr. Hyatt for everything! Dr. Hyatt even called me at 8 pm to check on me and make sure I was doing well and if he could do anything to make me more comfortable. Thank you MD Center staff for everything. God Bless you all!

Dr.Schwartz is an amazing and very talented doctor. My 4 wisdom tooth were taken out. Bleeding stopped in few hours after surgery and tolerable pain. I literally only took 1 tablet for pain, which was enough but it depends on person to person. They take care of you like a family member. Provided items you will need after surgery such as pads and ice packs. He even called in the evening to check on me. I am glad he did my surgery.
