Love the service I want to return as soon as you re open need a good person to take care of my hair on a regular basis.

I was very please with the service and got a product for a discount. Carolyn was a sweetheart and made my trip there feel very welcoming and comfortable. I was able to say exactly what I wanted and she executed it with professionalism and precision. I was thoroughly pleased and surprised by the service and would love to come back. Also, she lined up my neck line like a pro! 5 stars!

I came in to have my hair wrapped and they didnt understand what that was. After explaining that you have to straighten the hair before you wrap it I was a little suspicious. The lady did not seem as though she knew what she was doing from the beginning. My back was wet because she let my wet hair drip down my back without a towel. My hair is natural and also colored blonde. The lady proceeded to tell me my ends were fried because my hair was colored. I had just had my hair done two weeks ago and they could straighten it. Why couldnt she? I let her know she didnt know what she was doing and she can finish so I could leave and go somewhere they actually knew what they doing. They charged me $40.27 I gave her $41.00 and she needed a calculator in order to give me the change I needed. Everything was just unacceptable. If you can not do something as simple as straightening someones hair or do basic math you should not have that job. I hope this place gets shut down.

My son has been a patron here since last summer. He liked this place until TODAY this new hairdresser who is slim, blond, and late-50s looking messed his hair up. We wanted and SAID to have his hair cut but not too short. And now his hair is like crewcut. She didnot even apologize for her skills or misunderstanding. She insisted it is my responsibility for saying his hair short and mentioning his hair growing so fast. No one had had his haircut this short since his first haircut when he turned 1. We were sooo outrageous now. Avoid this place!

I called earlier today was told i did not need an appt i had to wait awhile but it was worth it. The stylist did a great job with my cut and i love my new hairstyle!

Completely horrible...this was the worst hair experience I’ve ever had hair turned orange she didn’t even put the toner first time she didn’t make it look like my hair was different at all there is spots all over of dark on my hair ended up costing me more to fix her mistakes she informed me that my hair would be better once it was dryed but it became even more orange as it dryed it looks like nightmare I’ve done highlights my entire life so I know how my hair works and I can say my hair has never looked this horrible in my life not a professional at all don’t waste your money better off giving the amount better places ask for your because they know what they are doing this place just wants to get it over with and get paid they don’t care how your hair comes out save your money
