Excellent facility. Very competitive prices (best I could find). Extremely clean, climate controlled, and accessible. Plenty of heavy duty dollies/carts available for use. Clean bathrooms. Very friendly and helpful staff, and a wide variety of packing materials available for sale at the front office. Would use again without hesitation.

John and Carlos are super helpful and run a great facility. Definitely will recommend! No stress storage, new building, covered drive through bay to unload. Very pleased.

Self Storage Plus has been the best storage facility we have ever used in 50 years, clean, well-lit and with excellent access and climate control. John and Carlos are extremely helpful and customer-oriented. Only dislike is the significant price hike twice in 18 months. Otherwise, FANTASTIC!!!

Easy to get a unit. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I have a 10 x 10 and it is spacious. Everything is clean. Carts are available and an elevator so moving my stuff is easy. Highly recommend.

The service here is incredibly friendly, and the facility’s clean and secure. Plus, I love how you can drive right up to the building entrance. The last storage unit I rented was in a building with no parking except for a few metered spaces across the street, so I really appreciate this convenience!!

Love our first experience with Self Storage Plus. From the start we were very impressed with their facility in hunt valley. All positive experiences every time we’re accessed the building. The place is spotless, carts available to easily transport out items to & from our unit. We had never used any storage facility before this so we didn’t know what to expect. After having a terrible experience with the Extra Space Storage on York Rd nearby, my wife and I started looking around for a new storage unit. We will definitely say that our experience here was great. Every time we called to ask questions we received well explained answers, and even before we decided on renting the unit we have now, Carlos went out of his way to explain everything we needed to know about renting the unit and what we could expect especially after hearing about our experiences at Extra Space.I would definitely recommended coming here as you will get a better value for the space you rent here, and will deal with great people like Carlos who actually care and are willing to help and get you the answers you need.

Good, personable staff. The units all have tall ceilings, and have a little more space than you might expect just from their dimensions. The hallways are well-lit, and the provided carts are super-useful and in good condition. All in all, we were pleased with how everything went!

I reserved a unit online, and within a few minutes, one of the onsite employees/mgr, John A. (his last name hidden for his privacy) called me to introduce himself and proceeded to answer a few of my questions. An hour or so later, I arrived onsite, he was as friendly and professional in person as he was on the call.The facility is very clean, convenient (I established a unit on a Sunday), and John handled the paperwork efficiently, and I was finished within 10 minutes.There was no pressure involved in leasing a unit, I signed electronically, and received copies to my email address within 30 minutes.John showed me around the facility, ensured my code worked, and also how to secure the unit.The service I received was one of the best experiences w/purchasing or leasing in my lifetime. If many other businesses and staff operated this way, we would never complain about service.The price for a unit reserved online was very reasonable.I highly recommend Storage Plus in Cockeysville from the ease of the website, to the staff on hand--a definite 2 thumbs up, and very deserving of a 5 star rating.

AMAZING! Facility was clean and well lit. There was always a hand cart available to help with moving. If I ever had a question, the property manager, John, was always very helpful. I actually moved our things this weekend but because it was pouring never stopped in as a courtesy to let them know we moved out. When I went into the office today, John let me know that during his check of the property, he saw that my lock was gone and the unit was empty so he closed out the rental! If I ever need to rent storage again, I would definitely use this facility.

Good morning this is Kenneth Carter I wrote up a review about a week and a half ago and posted it as a business owner I know the important then me and Pat their reviews me when I stopped in the office to inquire I was told that it was not even on here I was very surprised let me try this again my family and I were very impressed with the professionalism of the two gentlemen that is working in overseeing the day-to-day management they listen to me and I end up getting two units one of my business wants my personal and mind you the unit that I came out of with a very large unit I’ve been there for a long time a have a very well trained people who manage the day-to-day contact the contact person a person is hard to fine now days these two gentlemen Mr. Carlos/ and Mr. Jake up very exceptional since I’ve been here the place up and clean any concerns or questions that I have to go to great lengths to make sure I get an answer problems with the technical computer stuff they are getting notice of some issues not a problem they go to great lengths through through it to get a solution they have a very personal touch in a society that doesn’t offer and I’m thankful and grateful that they’re here they are a difference maker in this facility it’s very rare to Phan Men that I attentive to hear what is being said and get a real response I hope and pray that you have the company understand the value it brings to this community I understand no one‘s perfect and we all need a little tweaking here and there when you find good people to complement your business faithful keep them don’t let them go just tweak it

Spoke to a lady at Chesapeake mini storage about a truck space. I told her I was looking for a climate controlled unit near home. They recommended I call Jason and he was great! Very informative and polite people at both locations. Will definitely recommend this company to my friends.
