I would give them 6 stars if I could. If you own a Mercedes, take your car into these guys for service instead of the dealer. Youll save a ton of money and these guys are fast, fairly priced, professional and super nice. Wish I had discovered them earlier!

Honest shop with fair pricing. They are the only repair shop I trust to work on my vehicles. Just brought my truck in expecting to spend thousands, however when they got to the bottom of my issues it was all minor and only about a hundred dollars in repairs. I have used them for years and the crew at Eurocar has never disappointed. They are timely, knowledgeable, and will keep you updated the whole time. 5 stars!

Brendan and his team have been working on my car since 2015 and I can’t think of a better place to bring my VW. Brendan is knowledgeable and he doesn’t try to charge you for repairs you don’t need. He is straight forward and honest. When I moved to Pittsburgh I would still drive back to have them work on my car since I trusted them so much. Now that I am back in Maryland they are still the only place I will use. If you need service to your European (American too!) car then look no further. I look forward to taking my car in next week for service as I know I will get only the best.

With all the horror stories you hear about other mechanics, it is refreshing to have such honest and courteous mechanics right in our backyard. The staff is extremely responsive, they go way out of their way to ensure the customer is overly satisfied, and they are extremely precise and clear with any issues your car may be experiencing.

Was treated like royalty and I only brought in a 1990s econobox for MD State Safety Inspection. If I didnt do my own wrenching on my other (oddball) car Id see these guys. Highly recommended.

I had a few issue with my Land Cruiser that were “self inflicted” due to reading too many overland magazines. Because there are no Land Cruiser shops here, I thought Eurocar could help because of their focus on Land Rovers.I was right! They helped me not only fix my car, but gave guidance on each step and how to actually accomplish the suspension upgrades I originally wanted.They are not Land Cruiser specialist but I was impressed with the attention they dedicated to my project in order to make sure it was done professionally and properly. They could have easily referred me somewhere else but I don’t think I would’ve received the care given anywhere but here.

My experience with EuroCar was phenomenal. They were honest , ethical and upfront. I think this is very rare when dealing with Bmw or any European car mechanic . In the past I have been taken to the cleaners by BMW dealers and other independent shops. Brendan and the guys at EuroCar work with you and prioritize what is needed to work around any budget. A BMW owner babies his car and its pivotal to have a mechanic you can trust. I am pumped these guys are only 3 miles from my house. I will be recommending them to my collogues and friends.

If I could give more than five stars I would! I have had my Landrover serviced here quite a few times. Once while they were working on my car they actually broke a line and called me and told me that it was their fault and they actually paid for my rent a car until my Rover was fixed. I would have never known if they wouldnt have been honest. Another time I took my car in to have a valve stem replace by a generic tire shop. My car wasnt registering the air in that a tire. Brendan replaced it at a very resonable price...less than the tire shop charged me. Then he told me to take the valve stem they put in back to the tire place and get a refund! Grateful to Brendan and Hunt Valley EuroCar. I wont be taking my car anywhere else! You guys are the best!

Great shop to bring your BMW for service of any kind. I had a suspension issue with my 01 530i and brought it to 3 different shops; 2 of which were BMW/European car specialists and none of them could identify the issue or offer any solution. Brought it to Eurocar and their first diagnosis turned out to be wrong so they didnt charge any labor which was pretty outstanding. Ultimately we ended up replacing all struts/shocks for close to half the price of what I expected! They even got all of it done in about one and a half days which was great. I brought my car back on several more occasions and have been very satisfied each time. I see no reason not to trust them with your BMW or other European car.

THE OWNER OF THE SHOP BRANDON WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNWILLING TO SUPPORT THE INCOMPETENCE OF HUNT VALLEY EURO CAR BEING AWARE THE PROBLEM EXISTED. I WENT TO AN AUTHORIZED MERCEDES BENZ DEALERSHIP FOR THE VEHICLE TO BE DIAGNOSED AS BEING SLIGHTLY OUT OF TIME CAUSING ROUGH IDLE AND THE ENGINE AGAIN NEEDED TO BE REMOVED AND DISASSEMBLED. I have a 2002 BMW X5 which, while in good condition, is an older car and needs more frequent maintenance. I want this car to last me another couple years, but I dont want to spend a fortune on unnecessary repairs, either.Prior to learning about Hunt Valley EuroCar, whenever a check engine light would come on or the AC would have a blip, I was subjected to the usual dealership service experience - an immediate $70 just to run the diagnostics, and then a series of suggested repairs. No discussion of which repairs are the most important, and which are less of a priority. And always a big bill to foot at the end of it all.Brendan and his team at Hunt Valley Eurocar provide an exceedingly better alternative. Firstly, you are able to speak directly with Brendan or the person servicing your car, rather than being routed through a handler at the dealership who may in fact know less about cars than you do. They team at Hunt Valley are willing to listen to your needs and explain the situation in simple terms, giving you a clear decision tree to consider. It is so refreshing to be spoken to frankly and honestly about your car.Timing is also key. As a surgeon, I have longer hours, and it can be hard to coordinate drop-offs and so forth. These guys have been incredibly accommodating with my needs: Staying late when Im stuck in traffic, having a rental ready to use in the interim, and getting repairs done efficiently so I am not without my car for more than a day or two.It is also my understanding that they also service Toyotas and other non-European vehicles. I have had my car at this establishment 4 times.. the first time i took in was becuse transmission was shutting down..i literary had to pull over shut off car and reset . the problem overdrive.. but braden and company recieved 1800 from warrentee company to do a head gasket replacement..i left shop paying my portion got 2 miles down york had turn around and return shop. next was him referring me to his friend to have my trasmission replaced.. another 3800 to warrentee not mention my out of pocket both times with rentals and other yncovrred expenses.. i can go on and on. however the last time my car has had water leaving ratiator. well he we are a year later still dealing same issue.. this time its radiator. again.. so tge a transcoller and sensor. and thousnds later.. my car goes limp mode 5 miles after leaving shop..all fluid i pad for gone car wont move and owner has audacity to tell me to bring it back its sounds i have a colling system problem issue.. no da.. i just had pay rental and charges again and have made it home.. owner upset that owed a balance off 220 dollors on my latest bill.. when he called me for my crdit card to clise out his montg end.. branden said i thought a man of your word.. really my car has been in his shop 4 times and has not been fixed correctly for the problem it arrived for. his said unless i zero out he would put in kiosk.. which means f me. i am just dumbfounded as to the unprofessional way i have been delt with.. for the record the staff is very nice and that is truth.. there comes a time where nice dosnt help me resolve the issues..

Worst Auto Experience of my life. Avoid this shop like the plague and listen to the horror stories. $3,100 spent and problem was not fixed. Left my antique outside in the rain for three months, causing extensive electrical damage.To the positive reviews, I’m sure if it’s a basic oil change you will think this shop is splendid.Dropped my car off in Midmay. They finally got around to checking my vehicle out three weeks later. Was told I needed to pay $500 for a battery because it had gone dead while it sat on their lot. Asked them to check the vehicle out because I had spent a good sum on a Defender 90.One problem lead to another, I was fine with it and paying the money. Two months go by, they say that they are going to have my car done. Another two weeks and I get a phone call saying it will be done tomorrow. Call to confirm and am told by Brian the receptionist was new, she was wrong, and it will be another week. I let him know that it has almost been three months (he was disorganized and didn’t realize) said oh we can have it done. Pick up my vehicle and it looks as if it had been through a tsunamis. Diff lock is not locked.Have to bring the vehicle back and am given attitude by Brian and one of the tech’s. No apology, they were completely defensive.Finally they basically say all the wiring is screwed but they don’t know how to fix it. But in Brian’s words he didn’t touch it, so even though it was like Poseidon himself was urinating into my wiring, with the windows down in his lot - not his problem but thanks for the $3,100.Trying to deal with him afterward was like trying to deal with someone who never offered a single dime, but was worried about the review he would get. Amazingly responsive and on the ball when it came to his bottom line.Would have been totally fine if they would have said, they weren’t qualified to work on the vehicle but they took my money and didn’t take care of the vehicle.Still scrathing my head that my car was far worse than when i took it in for a checkup and was out the door $3,100. Scam Shop.

I brought my 2010 C63 here for repair the first time when my steering pump is broken. previously I have Mercedes do everything because I have a 5 years warrantee on it, but since the warrantee is out I want to try this shop out. I usually does maintenance on cars myself when I resides in California with a house garage, but since I moved to Maryland I did not bother to do it myself. So Brandon (owner of this shop) sounds pretty nice and knowledgeable on my first visit. I told him that the engine belt was torn previously and I had it replaced for 2 times, and also replaced some pulleys on the engine that could have caused the torn. Brandon took care of the steering pump for me, and exchanged 2 pulleys he said which might have cause the torn ($1300 total for the service).The 2nd day I drove the car after I picked it up, the belt was torn again. This time I brought it in to Brandon again ($100 tow fee), and he said one of the other pulleys seems wrong, and he had to order it again and replace it. this caused me another $300 which could be prevented if these un-professionals could do their job right the first time. If you have ever take a look under the hood before, you will know how easy it is to spot all the pulleys in front of the engine, it doesnt take a genius or master degree to do so and spot whats wrong with it.This is just as if you go to see a doctor for your broken ribs, and the doctor took an x-ray, and sees your broken ribs but fail to tell you theres a black spot next to the broken ribs that resembles a tumor. Next thing you know as you step out of the hospital you pass out because of the tumor that the doctor missed to identify. As a doctor, you would lose your profession for making a mistake like this.These guys are just money hungry, they do not care for you or your car. They would hide whats wrong with the car (pretty sure thats what happened to me), and see you on your next visit to collect more money. imagine if I had my drive belt torn on the freeway, I would not be alive to write this truthful review now.DONT TRUST THEM, for your safety and for your family. Pay a little more money to bring in to a real mechanic to avoid more cost of your time and risk of your life.
