Request for the service was returned back very quick and they took some time to explain me the process and service expectations. They offered first available time that was only few days away. They gave me quick estimate and it was spot on with what I paid. Technician (Mitch) was great - looked at my new septic setup system - explained me how it works, told me what does what... and all that while taking a look at all wells and providing the actual cleaning service. Service was provided at the estimated time window and Mitch was on his way to next customer in 35minutes. Great experience, very easy booking, average pricing and nice crew.

Eldredge Septic Management provided us with excellent service when we had to replace our septic system recently. Everyone we dealt with on the project, both in the field and in their office, went out of their way to be sure we got the information and service we needed and were satisfied with the results. Communication was effective, and all the work done was professional and experienced. They are neat and thorough on the job site. When Jeremiah says they want the customer to be fully satisfied, he really means it. I highly recommend this company.

These guys are great! Had a septic smell coming into house we just moved into. Eldredge had just replaced the septic system so I gave them a call. John came out and spent an hour checking the tank, replacing vent caps, and inspecting the bathroom and our basement. He told me I might want to get the bathroom checked out by a plumber because it may be a broken seal under the toilet. Asked him how much I owed him. No charge. Turned out he was right. A few months later, I noticed a hole had opened up around old septic tank, so I gave them a call. Again, John came right out first thing in the morning - this time with a truck and a wheelbarrow. He worked for two hours filling the hole, unscrewing the lids and trimming them down so they were flush with the ground and then replacing them. He then put down the top soil and hay. The yard looks perfect now. Again, I went out and asked him how much? No charge. I didnt have any cash to tip him, but next time they come out I owe them a big one. Great work and great customer service! Cant say enough good things. Really professional and friendly and helpful!

I had two issues at my kennel business. Talked with 2 septic companies about resolving the issues. Both were confused at what to do and pretty much just dragged me along. Contacted Eldredge and they came out in a timely manner, figured out the issues immediately, and were reasonably priced. Very pleased with the overall experience and will reach out to them again for my septic needs.

We’re getting ready to sell our home and I wanted to make sure the septic system was in good working order before selling. Eldredge came out to inspect our system and found that it was working well, but needed a few repairs to ensure it continued to work properly. Because of the layout of our system the inspector initially warned me that it may take two days of labor to repair. I was very worried this would quickly become an expensive project. Thankfully, the two people they sent to work on our system really knew what they were doing. Instead of two days, they updated everything in just 4 hours! This saved us a ton of money. Couldn’t be happier! I definitely recommend, I found the company to be honest and ethical in their business practices.

Is it weird to love your septic company? These guys are great, whether service or repair, the techs are prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable. When you call, you get a courteous live person to talk to, and if you have a question, you will be connected to a tech to help you diagnose the problem. I highly recommend!!

We found a wonderful new house that unfortunately failed the septic system test during the purchase process. As a result, we were unsure whether to buy the house. Eldredge Septic was able to determine that the problem could be resolved without a huge expense, so we went ahead with the purchase. Eldredge promptly resolved the issue. The price was very fair, and now our septic system is 100% We are impressed with their expertise and professionalism. There is a good reason they are the go-to septic company in our area. Highly recommended.

We had Curt out to design a system for an 1840 farmhouse we had purchased. The system was going to be complicated and expensive because the soil did not perc well. We later decided to move the house to a higher, dryer spot. Curt was happy to help us relocate the new septic system so that we could have a simple gravity system instead of the more expensive system. Thankfully the new location worked well for a gravity system and Curt was genuinely pleased that we didnt have to pay for the more expensive system. Its great to work with someone who honestly has the customers best interest at heart.

We had an ongoing problem with our septic field in that the effluent was not reaching the entire absorption area. It was a series piping and distribution arrangement that was installed in 1983. While the field was sufficient to handle the load from the two of us (our children are now in their 40s), we had clear evidence that the field was not capable of handling the load of a larger family. We would not be able to sell the property unless this problem was corrected. One expert recommended that we investigate whether some of the piping was crushed during the 1983 installation and backfilling. I did not know where to begin or what needed to be done.I called Eldredge Septic Services because of their strong local reputation. They made recommendations and provided a clear technical and cost proposal, and their pricing was reasonable. They handled all of the governmental permitting, paperwork and inspection requirements.Eldredge changed the distribution system from a series arrangement to a parallel distribution arrangement. They ran a camera through the piping to verify that there was no crushing, or blockages, or obstructions. They exposed all the critical components and corrected a few problems that they found, which existed and were hidden for years without our knowledge.I am no septic expert, but I am an engineer. From what I saw while they were doing the work, Eldredge had the right equipment, personnel and expertise for the job. Their new distribution equipment and piping appears to be installed expertly in all respects. I also believe that their solution was exactly what was needed.A large portion of the lawn had to be dug up for this work. Eldredge restored the lawn by regrading and reseeding.I rate Eldredge 5 stars for its septic work and 4 stars for the lawn restoration. The 4 stars are because they did not roll or tamp the reseeded area and there may be some settling because of this!?Regardless, I would never go to anyone else other than Eldredge for future septic work. I highly recommend Eldredge for septic work within their entire service area.Steve McEvoy

The Eldredge family has maintained our 140 year old cesspool going back generations. When we moved into this house we had no idea what was lurking in the ground and googling cesspools was about the worst thing I could have done. After calming down and contacting Eldredge they came out with the plans they had on file for our property and assured us it was functioning properly. Most recently Curt came out to snake an line coming from our garage that hadnt been used in years. He unstuck a clog, checked for issues and was done in about an hour. The guys are always on time and super friendly and knowledgeable and will never try to sell you repairs you dont need. The office staff is lovely and always on top of it too.Thank you !

For the love of god do not use these incompetent idiots. I personally have had a bad experience, along with others that I know. They come out to inspect septic systems and completely miss parts, including drain fields and tanks. As a buyer, I was completely taken back when I sold my house and found out from the buyers inspector that I had a whole fairly new system installed that Eldredge failed to find. They did nothing to rectify the issue whatsoever. They stated that they were not wrong, until the septic permits from the county showed that the newer system was there. OOPS!

We (two people) have lived in this house for 40 years and the septic system installed when the house was built was barely adequate. Thus when it came time to move to a retirement village we realized that honesty necessitated telling buyers that there would be a problem with the septic system if there more than two occupants. Hence, to facilitate selling the house we decided to have a new system installed. We were told it could be as high as $32,000 if the soil did not perk. Fortunately, we reviewed some septic system companies and decided upon Eldrege - a wise choice. From obtaining the license from CC Health Dept., the initial study and plans, to the actual installation, we were favorably impressed with the efficiency, and thoroughness of the Eldrege crew. We are pleased with the entire process and realized now that this should have been done years earlier.Eldrege, is a person of his word, plays fair, and does first rate work. I told a member of his crew that I hope Eldrege takes good care of him because of the efficient way he worked. He informed me that Eldreges take good care of him and that he is happy to have him as an employer.A local company doing quality work at a reasonable price - that defines Eldrege.

Everyone at Jeremiah Eldredge Septic Management Services was outstanding. The septic system installation was not just “well done,” but exceeded all of my expectations. Most notably, this is a company that can be trusted to do the job right for a great price while treating you like you are important. This excellent service starts at the top and goes throughout the entire group. At the onset, I was very concerned about tackling a large and financially significant project like a failing septic system. When could the job get done? How would it disrupt my family’s summer? How much work would I need to take off to oversee the work so my wife wouldn’t be take advantage of and be at peace with the whole process? And of course, how much is this going to cost? – were just a few of my concerns. While I am a cautious consumer, every time I spoke to Jeremiah early in the process, I started feeling more at ease. First, Jeremiah personally investigated the problem to find out what really needed to be done to not oversell unnecessary services. Once it was decided that an entirely new system was needed, the office walk us through the process of applying for permit as well as giving us an upfront range of costs for various systems. Again, Jeremiah oversaw the initial testing and was extremely sensitive to our needs in finding the best location of the leach field for our family needs and not simply the most convenient location. This process required additional perk testing and effort on his part but resulted in allowing our family to continue gardening on our 2500 sq ft, established garden. When the initial evaluation and testing was complete, a detailed plan was provided along with a cost estimate. The price for service and the system not only competed with other estimates, it beat them significantly and was once again a very pleasant surprise. The execution of the plan was done by Jon and Angle and was in check with exceeding expectation as was done earlier in the process. Throughout, Jon effectively communicated the status of the project with both my wife and myself. He and Angle were more than respectful of our property and our family. I recall the driveway was swept clean on a Friday just to help insure more dirt wasn’t tracked in by the kids. While this wasn’t necessary, it showed the attention to detail the entire company follows. Following the installation of the new system, Jon and Angle focused on getting our property back into shape. I personally thought planting grass seed in July was a complete waste of time but these guys must have done it the right way. Within a few short weeks (and a lot of water from the well), we had a yard again. Now that more time has passed, I am convinced the planting process will not need to be repeated regardless of the season. In the end, the job was done right, on-time and in budget. I felt everyone did above and beyond any expectations I had going into the process. It is clear that Jeremiah leads this group by example and his positive, fair, and trustworthy manner cycles throughout the entire company. I would whole heartedly recommend this group for any and all septic services and repair.
