I wanted to engage the company to service the HVAC in our new house. Website looked professional. However, calling well before their closing time, twice, a person answered, put me on hold, and then shunted me to their answering service. No explanation. I guess they arent interested.

Our AC was not working, called several of the larger companies and all wanted to replace the unit for $6,000 - $9,000. Called John Lamb & Sons for a second opinion. They identified the issue and gave us options to repair at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend.

We have used only John Lamb & Son for our HVAC spring/fall system checks for many years. When it came time to replace our heating and cooling system, their quote came in substantially less. They are always on time, very professional and work only on our job until it is completed. We recently had them install a ductless mini split AC system to our 2nd floor and they went above and beyond with scheduling and completed the job thoroughly just in time for a long heat wave.
