Went to Sports Clips 15 minutes before it closed. I was told that it closes in 15 minutes and was refused service. I figured a corporation would do a better job managing its closing time for its employees. That kind of thing would never happen at a restaurant or their haircut place.

My husband enjoys going here, but after he took my son today. Im very disappointed. Whoever it was that cut my sons hair shouldnt be allowed to cut hair. My 3 year old daughter could have done a better job. To top it off my husband said something, but was told he had to wait to get it fixed. Sorry but if its your mistake you can fix it right there. If it was me that were there, I wouldnt have taken the credit, I would have wanted my money back and for someone to fix his hair. You shouldnt let someone leave your establishment with a hack job and expect them to come back.

Serena hurried with my haircut, therefore , not cutting it the way I asked and she didnt finish my beard trim. I also asked her to clean my neck and she didnt even touch it! All of this bad service for thirty five dollars, money wasted! I then went to Cones Classic in Freeport to get it fixed, and Karen did a great job! Besides a great inexpensive haircut and big screen TVs with the game, this place has those little extras that make it really nice: beard trims, hot towel and a payment process that gets you out quick and easy.

The stylist Bebe rushed my hair, am finding pieces uneven and sticking up not like I normally have it done, she tried selling me hair product aggressively multiple times after saying no politely. Little to no socialize and the only times were about her selling me product. I normally have a good experience and im not the type to write reviews but this experience makes me not want to go to that particular store location.

When my son went to sports clips he left with shaggy hair and was only going to get a trim. He returns home with a bold head, uneven side burns, no bangs and his sides shaved with patches here and there where she missed. I about flipped out! He told me that he told the woman what he wanted and instead ruined his hair! What kind of styles have they hired??? My son is 17 and he said he didnt want to say anything to the woman bc he didnt want to hurt her feelings. Her feelings??? How about my pocket book!!! Im giving them one star because this is the 2nd time theyve done this. He isnt returning there anymore.

We been taking my son to sports cut at the woodshore location since he was 3 and is now 4.5 . He has good and bad times, he improves every time . But today, Serena cut his hair and was so ruff with him and left red marks on his head. Serena has no business cutting lil kids hair. If she wasnt so hard with him, he wouldnt of been as bad.

Ladies are great and cert patient with my 4yr old who is picky and doesnt sit any kind of still.
