I was hauling empty totes in the middle of the night when a strap came loose and they started flying off the trailer! I lost three of them in no time and was on that busy stretch between Angleton and Alvin, with traffic flying by. By the time I had turned around Dylan with J&M had pulled over and put his emergency lights on. When I stopped he helped me load them back on the trailer and I was back on the road in minutes. He wouldnt even take any cash from me either! J&M has a great driver who was paying attention and helped avoid a potential accident. If you want to use a company with good people call J&M

Dylan was very kind, helpful, & a complete gentleman. He jumpstarted my car for me & saved me the towing cost as well as the pain of dealing with a dealership. He even stuck around to make sure it ran well enough for me to get to AutoZone & get a new battery installed. I have only positive things to say about J&M’s wrecker service!

Dylan was super helpful and understanding. He maintained great contact over the phone by letting me know when he was going to arrive, and even shed great insight into what was wrong with my vehicle. These guys are legit good tow people. I needed a hazmat tow inside of the plant. They have all the credentials to get into the plants. Thier drivers are truck drivers themselves. I will always call them for any tow needs commercial or personal any time i need them.

J&M had a busy day with a wreck but Dispatched a Tow Truck and I was able to have my car towed to my home within less than an hour. The Driver was Very nice and even showed me a way to Unlock my shifter in the Event that the car died and I lost power, so that i could place it in Neutral to move it to a Safer spot.

We were stranded in Eagle Lake Tx and our roadside service could not find any of the contracted companies who would be willing to pick us up due to late hour. I ask my roadside assistance company if I might look for someone out of network. I did a google search and found J and M Wrecker. Dylan answered the phone. I explained the situation regarding the roadside assistance. Dylan handled everything from the phone call to arrange payment, to vehicle recovery and transit from Eagle Lake to Clute. He was careful with the load and unload of the vehicle, professional in his interactions with roadside assistance folks, and a pure pleasure to travel for 2 hours in the middle of the night with. Dylan is 23 years old but much beyond his years in professional.

They slide it back upright just real smooth like. Took precautions to make sure it wouldnt roll over if anything was to happen just in case.

The worst kind of people work here. Rude and uneducated. I had my car towed here after a crash because the ljpd called them to get my car and I was unaware it was going here to get impounded. Well they charged me over 300 to just take it out of this place. And to top it off I called the place to ask if the driver was on his way to where I wanted it towed and who ever answered me said “ they’ll show up whenever they get there”. Very unprofessional.

1 star is WAY too generous for this business but there is no option for 0 stars. The lady who works the counter and answers the telephone is very disrespectful and all she cares about is getting my money. Due to an accident my sister had her car was regretfully towed here. When it came time to receiving the vehicle I got NO help from the lady. All I wanted to do was visually inspect the vehicle to see if it was drivable. If so I could take the car and wouldnt need it towed to my home. You would think this small based company would be all about helping people out. This review is my outlet for the anger I have for this sorry, pathetic company. If my actions had no repercussions I would have handled things much differently but im not trying to break anymore laws these days. Save yourself the headache and frustration and go elsewhere.

I experienced greed and glutton over the past weekend from this company. A racketeer going on between this company and the Lakeview Apartments over the mosquito festival! 240.00 for a mile tow.is this not highway robbery? Some people were visitors at this apartment complex, and manager watched people park and then called this pathetic company.

Just moved into the neighborhood with my children. My children were playing in the yard this morning when one of their trucks came speeding down the road and the driver was flipping people off. I would never conduct business with a company that allows this kind of behavior from their drivers.....SLOW DOWN IN A RESIDENTIAL AREA WERE CHILDREN ARE PLAYING!!!!

Bad service

Had a pair of medical braces for mouth that was left in company vehicle while I was taking my daughter to the hospital. Guy on call made excuses for why he could not let me have them. Low customer service.

Would give a negative or lower rating if possible. I never give feedback but this company needs it. The Towing crew doesnt even know their own policy. Especially driver Charles! Thinks since hes been there for 12 years he knows everything. Drove an hour to get my belongings one night with the correct documentations and he still wouldnt let me get anything. Stole items from my sons car (golf clubs, new school clothes, etc.) after picking it up after wreck. Then would not release car to me due to title not being in my name but I made some calls and they should have released to me due to the fact that I was carrying insurance on the car and had proof of financial liability and the title transfer paperwork was in the glove compartment of the car which they would not let me get into. I live in San Antonio, and I wanted to move a car from Clute to Lake Jackson quickly. I did not have time to price several. This was my first call. The person that answered was efficient and friendly, which made this a very painless transaction. Within 3 minutes, she knew what kind of car, where the car was, who she was picking it up from, his contact info, where it was going, and who to give the keys to. I paid over the phone and got an emailed PDF receipt within a few hours of the drop off. The driver (Jerom on invoice) stopped halfway through the hookup to move his truck and let someone pass. Danielle took my info and payment and closed out with an emailed receipt professionally. I am aware that I could have been taken advantage of. Picked my only company truck up at 730 am. Dropped my trailer off at my house. And keft my house at 930 to go to rosharon directly. Called driver off my delivery. Left my truck at there shop , and never delivered my truck. So now my guys are not working and my job is not getting done. And all they can say is there sorry. Not even an offer to compt, or nothing. Will be going in to office to rase cane in the am.

On Friday July 8th, 2018, i got a flat tire. I called J&M wrecking services 5 minutes before they closed and they sent Josh out to help me. He was seriously my angel in disguise that night! He changed my tire for me and i was on my way to DT but if it wasnt for him being so quick and honestly sooooo nice I wouldnt have been able to get my babies for the weekend! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR BEING SO GOOD TO YOUR CUSTOMERS! Im totally a customer for life!!

What a bunch of CON ARTISTS. We were quoted a price on the phone before the call out. I was told that the total amount was an estimate.I thought the mileage was the estimate not the amount per mile. They increased the mileage charge by 50%.They stripped bolts attempting to take off the driveline and then had to pull the axels. Now we have to have those fixed as well.When I talked to the employee who towed the vehicle he quickly gave me two options, (a) Pay the asked amount, (b) have the truck towed back to their yard and impounded.

Not very friendly. My truck was stolen and they charged lots of fees for a 24 hour stay it cost me $190 to get my truck back.

Our vehicle got stuck on Surfside Beach last night. We called our Allstate 24/7 Roadside Help line and they dispatched Campbells Towing Inc truck to help us. They tried to pull our pickup truck from the front without success. Then my husband asked if they could try to pull it from behind. Towing guy pulled his winch in, got into his Towing vehicle and left us stranded without a word. Imagine, your family is stranded at Midnight in the dark on the beach, and ocean water is getting closer & closer, and finally help arrives & leaves you stranded. Thank God, when we called another Towing co., (had to pay out of pocket) to J&M Wrecker Services.. but Blake knew what he was doing (had the same truck as Campbells Towing Inc) pulled our vehicle within minutes. If you ever get in the same situation on the beach near Surfside, J&M Wrecker Service is the way to go! Thank you Blake for saving us last night!!!

Didnt ask where I needed help . I asked so your not available for work tonight by then its just a Lil after 10pm he Says No with no explanation, hangs up on me ..At any rate Josh arrives and its as exactly as he said earlier, just a move here and there and Well be on motion. Nope we couldnt do the maneuvering before he arrived. He gets there shakes our hands introduces himself. Less then 3 minutes fixes Jaylons jeep issue. Buy USA boy only. Josh calmed our fear and worry of scrambling of how me and my daughter were going to pay this as we are in between paychecks. I asked ok how much. ,, Nada!!! Zero ... This wonderfully GOD SENT YOUNG MAN HAS A BIG HEART WE APPRECIATE HIM TO THE FULLEST ...For those that Cant just speed 100 just because. ..we surely didnt have that in one bank account much less 2 !!!
