I am I regular and today I called asked for a round trip which they usually charge me 25$/30 I was just going to pick up a check and the driver tells me it’ll be 40$ just to take me to pick up my check !!? And it wasn’t the same driver that picks me up and I also let him know they don’t charge me 40$ So I politely got right out of the car. I can see now I will NO LONGER be a regular with this company seeing as the driver tried to cheat me out my money over something that would’ve took no longer then a minute ! I’m completely dissatisfied. In the process of having my car worked on as I speak because these taxi company’s aren’t at all professional

I was trying to get a ride for an elderly man. They didnt want to be bothered because the elderly man didnt have a cell phone...Dont waste your time dialing this number !! It is a waste of time !!!

On April 8th at 12:02 I was picked up from my job by a driver who was threatening and rude. He charge me $90 one way when the other regular drivers usually charge me $30. I don’t appreciate the disrespect and this isn’t the first time he has done this. I believe the vehicle he is driving is a black atlima

I had called for a taxi, the taxi guy named Frank said he needed my card info before going to my destination. I gave it to him. A few minutes later I called & ended up canceling the ride. A few days later he used my card info in the amount of $450!!!!I would not recommend him!!! Horrible.

I use 24/7 Taxi for my guest about 3 times already and so far have been satisified with there services and i love that they have been on time that means alot to my guest especially when they have a flight to catch So thank you!

I tried calling for a Cab for 30 minutes. I tried 10 times and let the phone ring 30 to 40 times. And no one answered. I needed a ride to the airport. I spoke with John the manager about this a just got a load of excuses. Your 24/7 name is a joke avoid these clowns at all costs.

First time using this service. I was told I would be picked up in 20 minutes and was actually picked up over an hour after requesting services. There was no meter running and the cost was 30 dollars. Ive taken an Uber for less than half that going to the same place and only cash payments are accepted. I will not use this service again

Just used this service over the weekend, they were pretty awesome. It was an affordable flat rate to and from my place, not sure what some are talking about here but like other reviewers it shows these guys rock. Keep it up!!

They never showed up

Been using this service for a couple years now. Definitely took a turn for the worse. Very moody dispatcher. Yelled at me over the phone do to his misunderstanding. Inconsistent prices. 30 dollars for a 6mile ride. I no longer have anything good to say about this company.

There there when I call them. Always clean and polite. Not as cheap as Uber or lyft but much better then cabs.

I had a medical emergency while part of a group tour in Sequoia National Park and was two hours away from the closest medical supply store. I reached Mike and requested a driver to pick up a medical device and bring it to me. Sam went to the medical device store, waited a while for the order to be filled, and rushed it to me. When Sam arrived, I instructed him to wait because if the device didn’t work I had to be taken to the hospital. Sam waited nearly an hour and had to rush me to the hospital. Mike kindly gave me a special rate for this ride. Three hours later when I left the hospital after minor surgery, Sam was awaken to take me back to my wife and tour in the middle of the night. I can’t describe in words how nicely I was treated and how much this meant to me.

Unreliable and rude. They had one job pick my husband up and take him to work. They went to the wrong location and then yelled and blamed my husband for it! On top of that took their time getting here and made him late for work! Very unprofessional.

Called for a ride to the train station. I was worried I wont make it on time. My driver promised I would be on time and he delivered.
