This is without a doubt the worst tax company I have ever used would give it a lower rating if I could. The wife and I filed our taxes in February and it took us 3 months to get any information from H&R Block after they made us pay up front only to find out that the address they sent our return to doesnt accept returns nor does it have anything to do with processing them so the IRS site shreds them when they are sent to this specific office, this is straight from an IRS agent who then told us to refile. H&R Block refused to refile the paperwork insisting that we would have to repay them and refused to give us a refund, in short we had to file twice and now must pay late fees for passing the tax deadline.

The lady didnt really help she was in rush. Could tell she hated her job. she didnt ask no questions. Had to go to library to print unemployment I asked before I came up if I needed anything from unemployment they said my phone should be ok as l ok as long as I could get in. I live in tucumcari I made sure to call and ask . It was inconvenience . I dont think she tried she asked no questions I wanted to claim my fiance because I provided for him the majority of the year because he was trying to get disability and was approved for disability this month but with unemployment he had income so the lady said I was not able to claim him which I thought was not right because I provided for him the majority of the year cuz he didnt work much.
