Hours posted 2:30 to 6:00 on fixed sign. Paper sign on door says 4:30 to 6:00. Showed up at 4:10 to pick up a package and waited for them to open. No one showed up and I waited at the door until 6:05 with numerous other customers. Finally talked to a driver and he helped us all out as best he could. Tha manager never showed despite our attempts to reach him. To the drivers that helped 5 stars all around. The drivers totally deserve the spotlight here.

Only leaving 1 star because leaving zero isnt any option. In the 2 years we have lived here not once has the delivery driver delivered any of my packages to the right house. My address is not hard, I am on one of the main roads.

Disappointed! Called before going there to inquire if they had a box and sufficient supplies to ship a bike. Was told yes but when I got there they didn’t. Parking lot is very small and poorly designed with one way in and out, tight for an F-350 dually to maneuver through.

I’m so tired of the same issue. It’s happened many times where they forget to deliver it, give a bs excuse to Amazon and I have to wait next day. 11th time happened.Additionally, the drivers don’t read the door sign when a HUGE note says “rejecting today’s delivery “ and STILL leave it on your door step. Inappropriate or unprofessional work hours to call for us needing assistance.

The attendant was efficient and pleasant enough, but the price of shipping was literally 2.5x what the website says. I showed him on the ups website where my packages were either $40 or, if I selected the option for flat-rate shipping, the price went down to 16. He said his system would not allow him to select that option, and that it only applied to UPS Stores.

They never even tried to deliver the package. they just marked it as attempted delivery and now it is lost. They have lost multiple packages and they just like and say it was delivered. The customer service number never picks up it just rings until it disconnects you. I will be reporting this location to ups Corporation. if they cant do the job they shouldnt be a delivery company for this area. Leave it to the pros USPS and FedEx who have never had a problem with my address or delivering a package on time and picking up their phones when customers call

Great people - helpful, friendly, professional, and going that extra mile on a Saturday before Christmas. The facilities could use updating, as there is metal in the parking lot, rebar sticking up on the curbs, a front door that wont stay closed in the wind, and a building in need of a paint job. I just hope those fine employees have the updated equipment and facilities to do their jobs well. They are so helpful there!

After i got out of work. I waited out side of my apartment for 3 and a half hours. From 4:54pm to 8:30pm. While waiting outside my phone alerted me that my package had been delivered. Not one single UPS truck came through my parking lot. I waited for this package because its very expensive. I am currently waiting for the service center to open.

I scheduled a pickup for a package on 26 August. I was home the entire day and no one ever came to pick up the package; however, the UPS driver marked my package as picked up, clearly lied about it. No one at the Customer Center answers the phone, it just continuously rings before disconnecting with no voicemail. I called 1-800 Customer Service, who couldn’t even reach the Customer Center. With no other option, I am filing a formal complaint against this location with UPS Corporate.Additionally, the hours listed on Google are incorrect, this location is open from 2:30pm to 6pm.This place gives a bad name to UPS and should close because they obviously don’t know what they are doing.

Worst service ever experienced. I have been trying to get UPS out of Clovis, NM to pick up a package for more than one week and they still will not come and get it. I have called CS four times and I keep getting the same run around. I spoke to my driver and he cannot take it because the office has not given him the call ticket. It was supposed to be picked up over one week ago. I will not be using them for my startup up business. FedEx all the way......... DO YOUR JOB!

Said my business wasnt opened when I dont even have a business and the address I provided them was clearly for the dorms. Called UPS to set up a time for me to just come pick up my package and the ups system said Id get a call back from them within the hour and 3 days later nothing...

June 28th, 2020 - Im having a similar experience to Trevor Franas. I was expecting two packages to arrive on Friday, June 26th and we had a minor, five minute storm that produced pea sized hail. I assumed when the website said, Emergency Situation or Severe Weather that the packages would be delayed until Saturday, which would make perfect sense. Saturday has come and gone, no status change on the website, no package delivery. I am going to attempt to contact these people on Monday before escalating. *Sigh*Good luck, all.**Edit** No call was necessary. My tracking numbers were updated Monday morning and then my packages were delivered later in the evening. Crisis averted. For now.

Consistently late with my packages. Why even bother showing a delivered by time if y’all never honor that? I have a time sensitive package coming in that I needed at the time it would be delivered. This is the final time they screw me over with late deliveries. If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. Worst delivery service ever. I wish amazon would stop sending packages through you guys.

Every time we have a new or lazy delivery driver our packages are placed on a delivery hold because we don’t have a ‘suite’ number. Next to our address.Excuse you UPS but just because the majority of homes on base housing are duplexes there are still a handful of homes that are not .I say lazy because our house is the first house on our cul-de-sac and you can clearly see our address without the ‘a’ or ‘b’. UPS drivers do your job and actually search for the house .Crazy how I order things weekly but every somehow some weeks our packages are delivered and other times they are not.

This is the first time I have ever left negative review only to turn around and change it for the positive.After two weeks of fighting the 1-800 number for UPS and BestBuy to get my return label fixed and shipped, I drove over to this local UPS customer service site in Clovis. Despite the fact their office was closed, their supervisor was on staff and more than willing to help me.After several hours of investigation, Christine followed up with me personally and sent me pictures of the resolution.Everyone wanted to throw this customer service center under the bus. That was until I went there myself and saw, firsthand, Christines willingness to go the extra mile and help me.

They have not delivered packages when they were supposed to. Or put the wrong sticker on the package and did not check it to make sure it matched the address on the package. Which resulted in my flowers dying for Valentines Day. They are not professional in any way. They have packages scheduled to be delivered but I guess I want to go home early instead of finishing delivering whats on the truck!!! Corporation needs to come and review this facility!!! Out of three packages that were part of the same shipment with different tracking numbers but the same address (all ordered on the same day from the same distributor), only 2 arrived at my house. The third mysteriously disappeared. And then I was given 2 days notice to come pick it up in a 1.5 hour window, as if I dont have a job.

Trash. This UPS is trash. That’s the most polite way to describe this location. I’ve been stationed here for six years now and it’s been six years of lackluster service. It’s so bad that I’ve requested merchants to use any company but UPS. It’s so bad that I got blocked from the company’s Twitter help account. Everything from saying I’m not home when I’ve been home all day with out a knock or doorbell ring to expedited shipping being delivered up to a week late. The most recent error was that apparently the number to my apartment was missing. Either they have the most lazy driver or he/she is illiterate which is possible with the low level of education of the locals. To make it even worse they do nothing to rectify the situation when you bring it to their attention. They will tell you that they will alert the driver to come back to your house at the end of their route but their routes must be endless because I’ve never had one do it. The ineptitude of this location is appalling. In a town of roughly 45,000 you can’t find just one person that can competently manage the location for this small town? It’s so bad I’ve contemplated calling corporate and putting in a formal complaint but that’s a lot of effort with a low chance of anything actually happening. Bottom line is avoid using UPS here as much as possible.

This is absolutely the worst ups branch. They try to deliver a package while I’m at work (with a final delivery attempt notice) , then I get a notice saying it is at the service center on Brady. So I drive out there to pick it up and all the associate can say is that it’s not here and it MIGHT be in the truck. Then he says if it’s not delivered by Friday for me to go all the way out there again to try and see if it magically might be back in there service center, otherwise it will be returned to the sender. I don’t normally write reviews about anything and I’m usually a pretty patient person but this experience has been absolutely ridiculous. And you can’t even call the phone number because all it says is the line is busy. UPS Clovis is a joke.

Called literally non stop for 30 mins straight. (Have the call records) There was a busy tone at 1730 then it just rang until 1755, at which there was another busy tone. Kept calling until it stopped being busy and no one answered. I drove there to see what was going on because I wanted to ensure I received my package on the day it was due to arrive. I was told that the package was out and that it would be delivered tonight. Being that they have failed to meet the time promised before, I was skeptical. Waited by the door with the door open to make sure they had no excuse about me not being home.But wouldnt you know it, I receive an email saying they couldnt find my place or the address was wrong. They have delivered to my house on multiple occasions and I have my address pre-set so the address isnt wrong. I firmly believe that they didnt try because of a bit of rain.Multiple instances of failed timelines, intentionally not picking up their phone, and dismissing the customer at the customer service desk... nothing about this is acceptable. With it being a Friday, my only hope is that it comes on Saturday... but the customer service doesnt open again until 1430 on Monday. Here is hoping! UPS upper management please take notice of the high volume of bad reviews and make a change. I held your company in high regard before moving to this location. Best wishes.

3 different times my packages were given to random people who live in the area! I never received them, tonight I was home and got an email at 9:16pm my package was delivered to my porch. Since when does ups deliver after 9pm? My door was open and if they even showed up didnt bother knocking and or leaving the package. I walked out at 9:18pm. No package was on my damn pourch!!! I am so frustrated! I am beyond done ordering anything because this company in this area is a damn joke!

Was at my home 30 mins after receiving a text that my package was delivered. It never got here. My neighbors never saw them. Pretty sure they either took the package to the wrong place or kept it for themselves. They didnt leave a receipt on the door or anything. My room mate was even home. Nothing, and when I called nobody answered. They obviously dont give a damn about whether you get your stuff or not. I have to chose the option to leave stuff at my house or I have to miss work to get to the store. Its the most ridiculous service I have ever used and Im always scared when I know my stuff is coming UPS. Theres a 50/50 chance youll actually get it.

On multiple occasions my package has been delivered to the wrong house. On the most recent one, the driver marked “delivered” and “left on porch” I was home at the time and no package was dropped off. After calling the location (nobody answered multiple calls even though they were open) someone finally answered the next day, they said I couldn’t file a claim and that the package was lost. Yet, the driver marked delivered?

They dont pick up their phone and they either dont knock/ring the doorbell or they deliver to the wrong address because I went outside two hours after the package was delivered (I was home when it says it was) and my package wasnt there. I checked around all surrounding apartments so either it was stolen in a two hour window during the middle of the day AND they didnt knock, or they delivered to the wrong address. I tried calling and I let it ring for 3 minutes before I got beep, beep, beep.

On a large sign beside door it reads hours are 230 pm to 600 pm. I get there at 4pm and they are still not open. A small sign on the entry door reads as of 8/19 hours will be 430 pm to 6pm.

I cant even change it to pick up because they said I already updated it once. All I gave them is the name of the business, with the same address.
