I have been using Erwins Pest Control for the past few years. I have multiple properties and they have always done a fabulous job. Their service guys are friendly and very reliable. Switched to Erwins 1 year ago after using Dewey for years. Dewey was not getting it done anymore. Erwins has been great! Bugs are at lowest levels ever. Cobwebs etc are always cleaned away. Always get a call/text the day before coming out. Fantastic all around job! If you are looking for a great pest control company, THIS IS IT!!!!

I was looking into pest control service because I had concerns about fleas, tics and spiders in my backyard. Thomas G. came out to start my service and I was impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. I highly recommend Erwins Pest Control.

Technician parked his truck in the middle of a very small residential street area to fill out his paperwork or who knows what, very rude to be in the middle of the road where there were two cars trying to go around him. have some common courtesy for the other drivers around you! Can you even meet a sweeter family?! What a precious pair the owners make. I am not as up to par as to what I need to know about bugs so if there are question of what creepy crawleys are around they will know.

We just cancelled service and immediately were served a cancelled contract fee that my wife was never told she was signing.the pest guy insisted it was month to month.and I mean we got the bill in the mail two days later.when we called to get them to come out it would take weeks or more if they remembered at all.the bugs never went away there was never a difference.every time he came we told him it was doing nothing and he promised to come back and make it right and not charge us but the one time he did they charged us.i would gladly pay for the service if they would have just did what they said they would do.im very upset.

Ive used them for just over a year. I have ZERO complaints. Always kind and casual when you call in to make payments. AND when the tech calls you to let you know when hell stop by. Weve got Augie! Such a calm and gentle soul😁. Im only writing a review because I needed to call in and somehow didnt have their # in my phone anymore. I saw the 1 star review. I wont devalue his opinion but Ill just say... that HAS NOT been my experience. I think these guys are great. The very first time Augie came out, I had something growing under our deflated swimming pool that hadnt been moved all winter. I refused to touch it, it completely grossed me out. Lol. Augie very calmly and pleasantly offered to throw it in my garabage bin after he sprayed under it. I give these guys 👍🏾👍🏾

SCAM ARTISTS!They did NOTHING to solve my tiny roach problem, they over charged me 3 times for incomplete services only in invade my privacy and sprayed that did nothing the roaces walked right through where they sprayed. I got a better product that solved my problem in one day. Do not recommend at all! Go to Amazon and get the gel roach killer called Advent I believe. It works great unlike them who cancelled on me twice. Ill be sure to tell everyone not to use them.

Where should I start? This is the most incompetent service EVER. Paid them $500 cash for a 1 year monthly service. Now, if you feel like having to fight and claw and ARGUE with these clowns to get EXTREMELY sub par service then STILL have ant and various other pest infestations, then maybe youd be happy with them, but we are NOT and have requested our balance refunded. First (initial) service - the guy spent less than 20 minutes (which is charged at TWICE the monthly rate), so for $80 I got about 18 minutes of work from Keith. Had to call him back as he missed more than 80% of the cobwebs. When pointing out all the cobwebs on our wind chimes he told me, We dont do wind chimes. Well, obviously they dont DO a whole lot of other things, as even after calling him BACK, he pissed around a bit then left (took ME and my HUSBAND over 30 minutes to go around the outside of our home to remove the cobwebs that obviously Keith DIDNT)!!! So, second service comes along, and another $40. We requested the backyard be sprayed EVERY service for fleas and ants, as we have 3 dogs. He failed to spray the lawn so when my husband ran after him and asked him to come back and spray the lawn this nincompoop ARGUED about it!!! All he does is walk around the perimeter of the yard with a cheap Lowes spray can on his back which I am CONVINCED contains sugar water, because we have ants now WORSE than we EVER have had, even BEFORE these clowns ever STARTED. Again, after second spray the house remains with MANY cobwebs all OVER the exterior and windows - theyre in PLAIN SIGHT, dont know HOW he could miss them. I swear he just gives his Webster a ride as he sure doesnt USE the dang thing! So, just days after second service one of our dogs sneaks a bone to the backyard and less than 20 minutes later the bone is LITERALLY COATED with ants. I wish I could post the pictures I took, as underneath the bone the lawn was literally BLACK - thats how BAD the ants are! Good Ole Boy Keith will sweet talk you and try to be your friend so you will feel bad if you complain, but I dont want him as a friend, I want him to DO HIS STINKIN JOB!!! We have cancelled service with these jokers and expect our $380 refund immediately. I would NEVER EVER recommend these guys ... EVER!

We have been with Erwins for a few years and the service has been nothing short of exceptional. A few years ago we had a problem with ants and an even worse problem with red roaches. Our problems have been and continue to be successfully resolved. Earlier this year Erwins offered a mosquito control program - and given our significant problem with mosquitoes we jumped at the chance for any relief. We noticed results immediately. For the first time in years I have been able to go out into my yard without having to spray myself with mosquito repellent - its almost like a miracle. Rob and team are fantastic. I cannot express enough our appreciation for the great service we have received.

READ THIS! READ THIS! READ THIS! READ THIS!Where should I start? I am writing this review in response to an unfair, immature and disrespectful bad 1-star review. Given by my neighbors to this professional and caring company and employee. My family lives in Woodward Lakes where their is a lot of spider and pest activity. Everyone recommended Erwins Pest Control. When the technician arrived he introduced himself very kindly and professionally then proceeded to ask me what problems I was having. He actually took the time to explain things to us. He also took the time to acknowledge my children and ask them their names and if they had any bugs in their bedrooms.(it was so cute) When we got to the backyard he was greeted very loudly by my dog. (what happened next was awesome) He then knelt down and pulled out a dog biscuit from his pocket and gave it to her as he pets her. She doesnt let anyone just pet her like that, he does a great job when he does our service, I dont want anyone else doing my service. This technicians name is Keith. WE LOVE HIM! So naturally, I was confused when I read a bad review about Erwins Pest Control and about Keith. Especially since it was from one of my neighbors around the corner. I asked about what happened. He told me and my husband how they were asking him to treat their yard for a problem they didnt have. They also asked him to get the webs around the windows, which he did. Then called him back out after 2 weeks and complained that he didnt do anything because the webs came back. (My webs come back before my next service all the time and the same for all my neighbors) After he said that, they told him that they dont want to hear excuses and to just do his job better. (OMG how rude and disrespectful) They also asked him to de web the windchimes and he told them that they dont do windchimes. Btw I asked other pest control companys if they de web windchimes and none of them do. They also complained that they only got about 18 minutes of service.Thats about how long it takes him to do my service also. (what is there problem?) Thats not the end of these clowns. They then asked him to use the hose on the truck instead of his backpack. After he informed them that they dont use spray hoses anymore they got upset. (you dont take your car to the mechanic and tell him what tools you want him to use to fix your car. stop telling him how to do his job.) Later on, they called him back out again because they had ants on their lawn. My neighbor said, they were on the bones we gave the dogs. Keith then laughed kindly thinking the guy was kidding. My neighbor then said, why is that funny?. Keith asked: youre just joking, right? My neighbor said, NO, I shouldnt have any ants because thats what I have you for. (ARE YOU KIDDING ME? HOW IGNORANT CAN YOU BE?) They then told him how they never met someone who failed at the there job so miserably. He has been doing this for 15 years. Obviously they have a complete misunderstanding about Pest Control and their expectations are too high. Which explains why I have seen 2 other pest control companies at their place since then.(how ironic) No one can please these clowns. Just because you have a physical or medical problem that causes you daily pain is no reason to treat other people like crap. Judging from some of the other bad reviews these people have written about other companys, it sounds like if they just dont get there way then they will write a bad review to try to hurt you and make you feel bad. its called a TEMPER TANTRUM. There is nothing mature about a temper tantrum. Well to these jokers and unfortunate neighbors of mine this is your scolding. A little humility and being more CHRIST LIKE would serve you well. I hope these people dont have children. Because the last thing this country needs is for people like this breeding. But never the less, nothing to worry about too much because no one attends the funeral for people like them and when that day comes for Good Ole STEVE & BECKY YOUNG.... R.I.P.

Best Pest Control Company is the Valley

I had ants in my new home. They were all over my kitchen and I could not get rid of them no matter what I tried. Erwins came out once, I havent had an ant since!
