If i could give zero stars I absolutely would. To give context, I am in the military (Navy) stationed on the east coast. I had a reception planned on the 19th of December, 2020. My chance of coming home was uncertain due to COVID-19, and the only reason I was able to convice my leadership to allow me to go was to cancel the reception - our reception was originally hosting 150 people. EVERY SINGLE COMPANY, from the venue all the way to the DJ gave me my money back EXCEPT KATIE (owner of this company). She refused to even negotiate a partial refund due to the fact that it was within 10 days of the event. However, due to the pandemic and strict shutdown of California, I was not cleared to leave the east coast until 5 days before the wedding. Given these extended circumstances, Katie was unprofessional and unresonable in our conversation. She essentially took $1,400 from a service member and the company barely lifted a finger. The only offer on the table was for ME to pay a 25% fee, in addition to my $1,400 payment, to move to a later date. If you want someone who is reasonable and will have your back for your special day GO ELSEWHERE.

Best Part Rentals REALLY is THE BEST. From placing my order, to the delivery. They made the process easy and stress free. They were accommodating considering it decided to rain on my wedding day. In no time they were setting up a tent and helping move my ceremony in order to keep my guests comfortable and as dry as possible. Their efforts did not go unnoticed and I would defiantly recommend them for all events bug or small.

I can’t recommend them enough. We tragically had to have a celebration of life for a young man last month and due to Covid it was difficult and needed to be outside. They went above and beyond to help us get heaters and all that was needed.

Used them for my daughters wedding 2 years ago and they were awesome! They had to bring 32 banquet tables and huge amount of banquet chairs upstairs and they did so swiftly and carefully!They were friendly on time and communicated with us frequently.Prices were the BEST in town and they had a good selection. Ill be using them again for my next family event!

Best Party Rentals came highly recommended so I decided to give them a try for my most recent baby shower and my experience was nothing shy of exceptional. From the first call their Customer service was superior. My delivery was punctual and their drivers were friendly & helpful being as i was almost 8 months pregnant. I hardly lifted a finger! All my linens were clean, vibrant & exactly what was shown to me when i originally placed my order in their clovis showroom. They even extended their services and recommended someone to help me make custom napkins that would later be turned into a blanket for my Daughter. I will definitely recommend them & use them again for all my future events.

Their delivery fee to Visalia is 350 compared to their competitor down the street is 150. They were not very kind and did not seem to want to be bothered to help.

I wanted to take some time to acknowledge the attention to detail the ladies @ Best Party Rentals provided for me. I was very limited on time to plan a 60th birthday dinner for a party of 15. In very short notice Best Party Rentals came to the rescue! They helped me choose the Perfect napkin color AND suggested folding my napkins in a Rose pattern to add an extra element to my otherwise “simple dinner setting”. These ladies even went the extra mile and had the Rose Bud napkins SO BEAUTIFULLY FOLDED for me, when I arrived to pick up my order the day of the event. A small VERY generous gesture that was SO greatly appreciated and made my table setting over the top! Best Party Rentals is hands down my new GO TO for all my party needs. I received over the top customer service, walked into an extremely clean business, my order ready ahead of time and very well kept rentals at an affordable price! Great prices and friendly people. I rented 100 White Resin padded chairs. The chairs were in great condition. Amanda helped me out 4 weeks prior to the event when all other places couldnt help me out. The gentleman who helped me load/unloaded the chairs was also very helpful. I really recommend this place and I will definitely be doing more business with them in the near future.

This is the premier place for all your party needs. Tables with a multitude of colored tablecloths and napkins. Chairs. All sorts of flatware, plates, glasses, tents... Even portable dance floors. If you need it for your party, theyve got it. And Im not just saying that because I work there.

I have been using Best Party for years. They have any kind of theme you could think of and are very helpful. I have always had good results from a small party of 15 to a huge graduation party. This is the only place I will go and I tell anyone who needs a rental place thats the place to go.

They only good thing I have to say is they delivered on time and the delivery guys were very nice. The chairs were filthy we had to clean them, stuff was spilled on them bird poop and just plain filthy. They also yelled at my daughter the bride because she added onto our order and they wanted to charge us twice for a delivery charge which makes no sense to pay two when your adding two things to the order. All the chairs seats were not the same color either some were white and some were a dark tan. We had like 5 chairs that were broke and the bride happen to get one and hit the floor she was so embarrassed!Colleen watts

I had used Best Party rental for a few years, for family functions and parties. They had always done a great job. But today is the day before Thanksgiving and I am totally disappointed. My order for today showed up with the wrong size tablecloths, one was mismatched. My glasses are a shade of lilac which is not what I intended for my fall theme table. The table that was to seat three to four turned out to be a tall tiny cocktail table. Bad enough but worse than that when I called to find out if they could fix it I received a thats too bad attitude. I never will use them again.

The truck drivers for this company were absolutely amazing and work their tails off covering up for the rest of this company!! Management on the other hand were terrible. We were scheduled as the 2nd stop for the day but delivery truck didn’t arrive at our reception site until after 2pm and didn’t even have all of our rentals. We were short dance floor pieces, decor and even our dinned plates. The drivers drove back to Clovis that afternoon to pick up what was supposed to be the rest of our load. The truck didn’t make it back to our reception site until 8:00pm. Come to find out, they still left some of our rentals back in Clovis. Come Saturday morning, the day of our wedding, we were still short 200 plates. We had a 350 person wedding so you can imagine the amount of rentals we had through this company. We had a family friend drive to Clovis to Best to pick up what was left of the needed plates (after we told them to forget about the shepherds hooks because they were forgetter twice and we were fine without). The lady from Best said all of the plates were in stacks of 10 in the boxes outside and that all 12 boxes were there. She was correct, there was 10 plates per box and 12 boxes were out there, except we needed 200 plates, not 120. Luckily OUR GUY that we had to send to Fresno was observant enough to figure that out or we would have been shorted rentals yet again. We have been trying to get ahold of a manager all week to just discuss what has happened over the weekend but out of 4 different phone calls, each time the manager “has just stepped out”. We have left our names and number each time and have yet to hear anything. Thank goodness for coordinators and amazing family and friends because this company was a complete cluster to work with.

I use to work for Sierra sky ranch in Oakhurst CA they always used this place when they had functions never any problems. They where always prompt courteous when Id show up for our pickups all around good folks over there thanks yall

I rented a dance floor through Best Party Rentals for our July 2nd wedding. The floor was only mediocre, a few of the panels were slightly warped and the pieces didnt stay together once we started dancing. We had to stop and have the groomsmen try to push them back together twice in a three hour period.The dance floor was delivered and set up on time. My biggest issue was with the dance floor being picked up. When I had initially called and booked the floor, I was told that it would be delivered and set up on Friday July 1st and picked up on Tuesday July 5th. The delivery date worked well for me, but the pick-up date did not. I explained that our wedding and reception was being held in my mother-in-laws church and that the floor needed to be picked up on Saturday July 2nd by 3:30pm so that the church could started setting up for Sunday services. I was informed there was an additional fee was $150 to have the floor picked up on Saturday July 2nd. I happily agreed to this fee since wed saved money in other areas. I was told that the floor would be picked up between 3:00pm and 3:30pm on July 2nd.On the day of our wedding, after the reception had ended, my husband and I went with our photographer to another venue to take some more pictures. Once finished, we decided to swing by the church and see how the clean up was going. Everything had been cleared and put away.... Except for the dance floor. It was 3:45pm and the church facilities manager was in the process of taking the floor apart himself and stacking it in a corner so that he could set the room back up. I immediately called Best Party Rentals. No one answered, but there was an emergency number. Well this wasnt an emergency, I had paid extra to have the floor picked on a specific day and at a specific time. I called the emergency number only to have it go straight to voice mail. I left a message and waiting for a return phone call. It was an hour and a half before my call was returned!!! I was told that the rental company could try to get a crew out to pick up the floor that evening, but at this point the church was locked up for the evening. Turned out they couldnt pick it up until Tuesday. I asked about being refunded and was told theyd have to double check their files, but if they had charged me an after hours fee, Id be reimbursed. When I didnt hear back from them on July 5th, I called their office the next day to find out what was going on. I placed on hold for several minutes and then told that theyd be processing my refund and I should have those funds back within 3 days. They actually ended up refunding me $175, $25 more than the initial fee. (Which is why I gave them two starts instead of one).Although everyone I spoke to on the phone was very nice and did their best to resolve the situation, I wouldnt recommend Best Party Rentals to anyone. Choose a different rental company if you can.

I just couldnt believe the service. I was trying to have a great birthday party for my 8 year old, and they sent me dirty chairs that stank like the smoke at a Vegas casino. Very disappointed. .
