Its a good spot. A bit pricey, but they are very quick and seem like decent people.Ive never had anything stolen out of my vehicle while they worked on them, which is more than I can say for Jiffy Lube.They check your lights and fluids during oil changes. Typical maintenance services are offered here, such as wiper replacements and transmission flushes.

They quoted $120, no extra filters, no extra anything, time to pay the bill and a different guy tells me it will be $143. Finally got the quotes price and drove away just to see the low air pressure indicator still on. Look at the receipt, it says all tires good at 35 psi.I feel they dropped the ball, they drove it in and out, had plenty of opportunity to see it, if they actually checked the tires it would not be on. Makes me wonder what else they say they checked but never did?I expect better for $120 for an oil change

Great place was in and out in about 15 minutes. They say 10 minute wait which is probably true for just an oil change but I had a few extra things done. Clean facility and the staff were professional and courteous. I highly recommend this place of business for your oil change needs.

Walk in and I was out really fast. Would go back again. They even offered to refill my coolant for a small price because it was low.

They had previously done my oil change, and did NOT try to sell me anything I didnt need. They helped me with my warning light at no charge and provided a top-off service for only 12.00 The customer service is amazing.

I usually go to Honda to get Oil Changes,..but in late April 2021 , I thought Id try this place (couldnt get a quick appt @Honda) since they take walk Ins....I usually service my vehicle every 3,000 miles, but Ive only driven it 550 miles since having it serviced at Express Lube & after 2 months my dash is saying I need an Oil Change?!? Im not a mechanic, but its obvious, theyre doing something wrong here and I wont be back.

I have been a customer for 8 years, but no more. First when you are asked about a air filter replacement and you say no it means no. I watched as an employee tried to remove my filter from the housing, he broke the cover tried to put it back lost the screw then was about to close the hood to complete the service when I questioned his work. The results $100.00 for the oil change, $70.00 out of my pocket to replace the filter housing The manager did give me a whole $5.00 off for the damage, wow. If you use this shop for service be sure to watch them perform their work, it is not great at all

The tech walked me through the repair shop’s assessment process, made recommendations, visually showed me what they discovered, and allowed me to pick what I wanted to do. I usually get my oil done here every February. The guys that work here are really knowledgeable and professional. If you ask really nicely they can check under your car for a potential problem. If you ask super nicely, they can scan the codes from your car and tell you whats wrong (bluetooth code readers are $5 on Ebay). Wait times are usually within 15 min unless they have a line.

One visit made me a customer for life! The prices quoted and charged are surprisingly cheap for the service they give. The staff were professional, warm, and personable in addition to sincere and respectful. Every question I asked, even those obvious in hindsight, was met with an answer both non judgmental and as an opportunity to teach an inquiring customer, in very much appreciated laymans terms. As I sat in the waiting room, an older gentleman customer mentioned how great these guys, noting hes been going there for 9 years. I thanked him for sharing that because it confirmed my gut feeling that this place and these workers were honest. My car ended up having dangerous radiator problems and I felt strongly that they were genuine and not looking to take advantage of someone unfamiliar with mechanics. I made an appointment to fix the issues and I see them in the morning. I will update post service.

Great service... was in town from LA visiting and needed an oil change. EXPRESS LUBE CLOVIS was recommended and didn’t disappoint. Richard who I was to ask for was the technician that helped me with my vehicle. He took time and explained it in details what was wrong and/or needed with my vehicle. He showed what the difference between what my oil look like and how it should be. He also informed me I also needed to replace my transmission fluid, spark plugs and he would also check my cabin filter. With all that said he did not pressure me to get all the above done. As I was in the waiting room I’ve noticed how helpful Richard was to every client waiting in that room his demeanor makes you want to have all the work done on your car. Richard also manages this location and the saying, attitude reflects leadership, the professionalism Richard shows you can also see that and his staff. I had all the work done but the spark plugs. I will be returning to get the spark done. Yes, I’m from LA and I will have my car serviced here. Thank you Richard for all your help and honesty. Greatly appreciated.

I called ahead to get an estimate on oil change for my vehicle. I was quoted $60 for synthetic and filter. I took it in. The techs got busy. 10 minutes later Im charged $106! Never again. You get me once like that and lose a customer forever. Maybe more from others seeing this.

Love this place, Ive been going here for about 5 years now and wouldnt go anywhere else honestly.

I used to go to Good Guys, and wait 1 1/2 hours just for standard oil change/lube. Then I decided to try Express Lube. They are very quick,..in and out! They dont treat me like a dumbwoman. They are respectful, explain everything, and instead of trying to tell me I need additional work, they actually tell me when something doesnt need to be done. Ive had Joe service my car twice now. He and the other staff are professional and service oriented. I definitely recommend them!

I have been to this location several times with both of my cars and had a good experience each time. They are quick and Ive watched them service my car each time. There are usually 2 to 3 technicians working on it each time and they seem professional in their approach in my opinion. I admit that they do offer to change the air filter on occasion, and I politely refuse until I feel its really dirty, and they never push the subject. All in all I am happy with the service I get here and I will keep going back.

Unbelievably fast and Professional Service. In and out in about 5 minutes. They brought me out to the car to show me the filters, they changed the AC filter and the air filter and oil change in probably less than 5 minutes.

When I left there my car had a whistle when the A/C was blowing. I finally contacted a friend who is a mechanic. He said to check the cabin filter. I did.... they had left it unclipped. I have had many places change my oil. And NEVER had to deal with this. Now I am afraid of the work they did to the rest of the car! I wont be going back!

Recommend services u dont need make sure u dont let them talk u in circles for unnecessary services cuz they could hurt ur car more than help there is a reason their employees just do lube services cuz they know nothing mechanical at all!!! This is why their technicians are not mechanics.The machines are not maintained as u can see from picture machine hadnt been signed off on tag since 17 and this machine was used to service my transmission and when we went to transmission shop they said they couldnt say yes or no if it was or wasnt the machine because once sediment is sent thru ur transmission there is no way to tell where it came from but my transmission was fine before and transmission shop said they should not have done service since transmission had over 100000 miles but they did it any ways dont get hustled.

These guys are crooks. The offered to top off my radiator fluid and didnt tell me that the pint of liquid was going to cost me $5.00.They either use dirty oil or didnt change my oil. It wasnt even then same color when they showed me a side by side comparison. Then they blamed me because I went to their competitors last time. Please save your money and go somewhere else.

Wife took the Highlander in for an oil change. I could not do it due to the 25 foot pound 2 1/2 inch nut Toyota put over the weird oil filter. I had checked the oil myself to make sure it had enough oil to operate and replaced the air filter since it looked like Pig Pens Blanket.Technician told my wife there was no oil and they needed to do a Cleaner. When my wife told him no he also said she needed to change the air filter.This sight evidently will try to take advantage of the uninformed. Better off going to Walmart. Hopefully there is a special place in Hell for these people.

I wish they would leave my air filter alone. I came in for an oil change not an air filter. So I double checked their work when I got home to find that half of the air filter compartment clips were not latched which would have allowed dirty air to bypass the air filter over time. Not good! Next time I will tell them up front to just change oil and oil filter period!!
